در حد و اندازه اختلاس و غارت بیت المال نیست،

خیلی از پرونده های بزرگ و سنگین، وجود دارد که شاکی نداشته! و لذا رسیدگی نمی شود و خاک می خورد! مثل پرونده دختر وزیر صنعت سابق! برخی پرونده ها هم  موقع دستگیری، اسم کسی گفته می شود که: معمولا منتسب به وزیر و وکیل است! ولی موقع محاکمه، ناگهان یک ناشناسی از ابرقو! که اصلا حرف زدن بلد نیست، یا در حد و اندازه اختلاس و غارت بیت المال نیست،(درمنی!) محاکمه می شود! البته منظور ما فقط ایران نیست! در همه جای دنیا، جرم نیابتی(گردن گرفتن) یا بزه انتسابی (پاپوش دوزی) وجود دارد. مثلا در همین آمریکا. همه کسانی که مسئول سازمان های حقوق بشری هستند، خودشان پرونده دارند! مانند عربستان که در کشتار یمن دست دارد، ولی رئیس کمیسیون حقوق بشر است. رئیس جمهور آمریکا که ناقض: همه قطعنامه های شورای امنیت است،  رئیس آن شورا هم هست!  کسی نیست از اینها بپرسد: ناقضان حقوق، چگونه میتوانند مجری آن باشد. کسی که قانون را قبول ندارد، چطور می تواند به اجرای آن قسم بخورد! یا آن را اجرا کند؟ کار بجایی رسیده که مانند یونان قدیم، سوفسطائیان راستگوی میدان هستند. در یونان قدیم، مجادله اهمیت زیادی داشت، اقراد اگر قادر به محکوم کردن: طرف جدال نبودند، وکیل می گرفتند و: وکیل هرکس قوی تر بود، حرف او برحق بود! لذا گروهی بوجود آمدند بنام: سوفسطائیان که گفتند حقیقتی وجود ندارد! حقیقت همان توانایی برتر وکلا هست. که نمونه رقیق شده آن، فرضیه نسبیت انیشتین است، که برخی به اخلاق و دین هم تسری داده، و می گویند اخلاق و دین هم نسبی است. مثلا اخلاق فردی که در کنار دریا، برای شنا می رود با کسی که: به یک جلسه رسمی می رود، فرق دارد و هر دو هم حق دارند! در ایران فلاسفه خیلی جواب های دندان شکنی، به این فرضیه ها داده اند: ملا نصرالدین بعنوان داور انتخاب می شود! شاکی ها یکی بعد از دیگری می آیند، و حرفهایی می زنند متضاد هم، ولی ملا به هر دو آنها می گوید: حق باشما ست! همسرش اعتراض می کند: می گوید مگر می شود حق، هم با شاکی باشد و هم با متشاکی؟ ملا جواب می دهد: حق باتو هم هست! یا : می گویند یک سوفسطایی، بطور شدیدی استدلال می کرد که: هیچ چیز واقعی وجود ندارد، همه چیز در خیال ما است. ناگهان به چاله ای افتاد. و فریادش بلند شد که: پاهایم شکسته، درد می کند، کمک کنید! ولی بقیه گفتند: استاد شما خیال می کنید! پایتان شکسته و درد می کند، هیچ چیز واقعی وجود ندارد. با تمام منطق خوبی که در جواب: آن اراجیف هست ولی غرب و: فیلسوفان و سیاستمداران آن، ترجیح می دهند همان سوفسطایی باقی بمانند. لذا مثلا انجمن مبارزه با  دخانیات، مرکز تبلیغ و ایجاد اعتیاد و توزیع سیگار می شود! مراکز مبارزه با مواد مخدر، تبدیل به نفوذی های قاچاقچیان مواد مخدر شده، و راههای فرار را به آنها آموزش می دهند. سازمان های بین المللی بجای: احقاق حقوق ملت ها، به احقاق حقوق شخصی، یا دولتی خود مشغول می شوند. یکی از اینها جنایات مهم آمریکا در سراسر جهان است. که به دلیل ریاست آمریکا در شورای امنیت، و داشتن حق وتو! همه آنها حق آمریکا ثبت می شود. واگر کسی برعلیه: ظلم ها و زور گویی های آمریکا اقدامی کند، دشمن و ضد حقوق بشر تبلیغ می شود. البته بعد از انقلاب اسلامی، مردم دنیا بیدار شده و به دنبال: احقاق حقوق خود هستند، ولی هنوز کسی جرات شکایت از آمریکا را ندارد. آمریکا پرونده سنگینی در مورد ایران دارد. از کودتای 28مرداد تا کشتار: وسیع 17شهریور 1357و تحمیل جنگ صدامیان: علیه ایران، حمله به صحرای طبس. ولی هیچکدام از اینها در هیچ دادگاهی مطرح نشده، چون شاکی نداشته! امیدواریم رئیس جمهور ایران، بتواند این پرونده سنگین را در سازمان ملل به جریان اندازد.

چرا به معیشت مردم سخت می گیرید؟

با اینکه مردم وفاداری خود را، در همه میدان ها ثابت کردند، ولی دولتمردان هنوز آنها را عاقل نمی دانند! که بتواند خودش پول خرج کند. 13میلیارد دلار بی زبان را به وزیر بهداشت می دهند، تا غذا و دارو وارد کند. این مبلغ را اگر بین مردم تقسیم کنند، نفری دوهزار دلار می رسد! مردم به عنوان قدر دانی، از هیچ فقر و بیکاری و تنگدستی! شکایت نخواهند داشت. اما وزیر بهداشت آن را چه می کند؟ به دلال ها می دهد تا کالا وارد کنند! این کار حداقل دو عیب اساسی دارد: اول اینکه ثابت می کند: خودکفایی در زمینه غذا و دارو دروغی بیش نیست! و مردم هنوز محتاج غذا و داروی خارجی هستند. و این اجر و مزد همه نحبگان و: تولید کنندگان را به باد می دهد. آنهاییکه می گویند تا 98 درصد دارو ها، در ایران تولید می شود یا: آنهاییکه می گویند در برنج و گندم و: کالاهای اساسی به خودکفایی رسیدیم! میتوانیم آن را صادر کنیم. بر فرض درست بودن خودکفایی، واردات غذا و دارو با دلار ارزان، باعث ورشکستگی آنان شده و: زحمت چهل ساله انقلاب اسلامی، که برای خودکفایی و: اقتصادمقاومتی داشته از بین می رود. در این کار باید رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی ورود کند، زیرا این 13میلیارد دلار از صندوق ذخیره ارزی تامین شده، که به مجوز ایشان نیاز دارد. اما از این بدتر آن که دلار های فوق، نه تنها به افزایش رضایت عمومی کمکی نمی کند، بلکه به دلیل سفته بازی و بانک داری های معمول، به افزایش باند های اختلاس و غارتگر بیت المال کمک می کند. شبکه های بین المللی قاچاق دارو، با شگردهای خود، بازار غذا و دارو را همچنان ملتهب نگهمیدارند، تا باز هم ارز بیشتری تخصیص یابد. سالیان سال است که دولت، به نیابت از ملت، به خرید و ذخیره ارزاق با دلار های نفتی اقدام می کند. ولی همیشه شاهد بودیم که: کالاهای سهمیه ای یا کوپنی، دیر به دست مصرف کننده می رسد، ناچار می شود بدون دریافت کالا، بن یا کوپن خود را به دلال ها بفروشد! دلال ها با جمع آوری این بن ها و کوپن ها، کالاهای اساسی سهمیه ای و دارو ها را ترخیص کرده، و در بازار سیاه می فروشند. نمونه این موضوع در درمان جانبازان، کاملا واضح است. آنها هیچگاه به داروی دولتی، دست رسی ندارند و همیشه داروی مورد نیاز خود را، از بازار سیاه تهیه می کنند. بیماریهای خاص و نادر، بیماریهای مزمن وصعب العلاج، همگی این موضوع را تجربه می کنند. روستاییان هم محصولات اساسی خود را، در زمین زراعت رها می کنند تا بپوسد! و با وامهای کشاوری وغیره، اقدام به خرید آن در بازار سیاه می کنند. زیرا سیب زمینی یا گندم کشاورز، نیاز به کود های بازار سیاه، دستمزد های بالای درو گران و کشاورزان دارد، که از عهده کشاورز بر نمی اید، لذا آنها را رها می کند! حالا بعد از چهل سال پرکردن: شکم دلالان، یکبار هم شده به شکم مردم توجه کنید. فقط کافی است که نفری دوهزار دلار را، در حساب یارانه آنها بریزید، خواهید دید همه نوع بیماری و بیکاری! و نارضایتی پودر شده به هوا می رود. کسی که دوهزار دلار گرفته (معادل آن 20میلیلون تومان) مگر می تواند اظهار فقر یا بیکاری بکند؟ اصلا در شان این فرد نیست. ممکن است برخی استفاده های تبلیغاتی بکنند، ولی اگر 120میلیارد دلار درآمد نفت را، بطور مستقیم به مردم بدهیم، هم اختلاس و دزدی کم می شود، و هم اینکه مردم به نوایی می رسند. ریشه بیکاری و بیماری هم خشکیده می شود..یکبار هم شده غصه طرحهای عمرانی را نخورید! چهل سال غصه خوردید بس است. شهردار تهران را ببینید: هیچ طرح عمرانی جدید به بهانه مبارزه با شهر فروشی ندارد، طرح های قبلی راهم مانند خطوط مترو تعطیل کرده. کسی هم کاری ندارد. در یک کلام نیابتا از طرف مردم، پول خرج کردن را رها کنید.
