نابودی فقر در جهان

حضرت علی ع در دوران حکومت خود، اعلام فرمود که هیچ فقیری در سرتاسر آن امپراتوری وسیع، از چین تا مصر و از ارمنستان تا یمن، وجود ندارد. در حالیکه در حکومت فعلی ما، کمیته امداد اعلام کرده که فقرا، نه تنها کاهش نیافته بلکه: هر روز افزایش می یابند. باید دید که علی چه کرد؟ اولا دید علی ع جهانشمول بود، نه ملی گرایی. لذا با این دید ۸میلیارد نفر در جهان، همه عائله خداوند هستند (الناس عیال الله) و فقیر بودن آنها، یعنی گرسنگی، تشنگی، بی مسکنی و بیکاری است. و خداوند انسان را خلیفه خود قرار داده که :این مشکلات را حل کنند. زیرا این مشکلات دست ساز بوده، و از سوی آدم ها برای دیگران رقم می خورد. در حالیکه خداوند میفرماید: روزی شما را قبل تولدتان، در شیرمادر قرار دادیم. و یا می فرماید فرزندانتان را از ترس فقر، نکشید یا سقط نکنید. ما هم شما را، روزی می دهیم هم آنها (نحن نرزقکم و ایاهم)طبیعتا امام زمان ( ونایب او)هم برای یک محله،یا قوم تعیین نشده بلکه ماموریتی جهانی دارد. بطوریکه اگر خلخالی از پای زن یهودی، در دور ترین نقطه جهان هم، دزدی شود حضرت علی می فرماید: اگر مسئولی از شنیدن آن دق کند و بمیرد، او را سرزنش نمی کنم. در مرحله دوم برای کارکنان دولت و غیر دولتی، مستمری تعیین کرده بود. بطوری که حتی برادرش زیاده خواهی کرد، او را با آهن گداخته نصیحت نمود.الان کارکنان دولت و یا بخش عمومی و شرکتهای دولتی و بخش خصوصی، حقوق های نجومی می گیرند. ولی هیچکس در دنیا، یارانه نمی گیرد. و اگر هم در ایران داده میشود، در حد کمتر از حداقل هاست. لذا اختلاف طلقاتی شدیدی بوجود آمده: که امکان گریز از ان نیست . و باعث تورم و گرانی می شود. زیرا دولتی ها مانند بریتانیا، همه ارزاق را به بهای گرانتری می خرند، چیزی برای ضعفا باقی نمی ماند. مثلا کل یارانه سرانه هر فرد، به یک کیلو گوشت هم نمی رسد. سومین حرکت و برنامه امام علی تقسیم بیت المال بود. در حالیکه حالا بیت المال پس انداز می شود! یعنی فقر مردم برای پرکردن خزانه، ایجاد می شود. فرض کنید که همه حکومت های جهان، بانک مرکزی و خزانه داری خود را تعطیل، و همه را بین مردم تقسیم نمایند، آیا فقیری باقی می ماند؟ طبق آیه قران این کار کنز مال محسوب شده، عذاب شدیدی در انتظار مسئولین خزانه ها هست.عذاب شدید می تواند همان انقلابات کارگری و پابرهنه باشد، میتواند گرانی و تورم و نارضایتی عمومی باشد. و همه اینها به کنار، عذاب الهی برای بی ثمر کردن: روزی رسانی خداست که: وعده آتش جهنم داده شده. و هرکس بیت المال یا انفال را ملک شخصی یا دولتی نماید، و آن را بین مردم تقسیم نکند مشمول این عذاب شده، و حکم امامت از انها برداشته می شود. حتی در تقسیم بیت المال، نباید ملی گرا بود! یکی از شرایط امام معصوم این است که: همه زبانهای دنیا حتی حیواات را بداند. و این نشان می دهد انفال یا اموال عمومی، برای همه هست حتی کسانی که ما زبان آنها را نمی دانیم. همانطور که قرار نیست چاه نفت را به فرد بدهند، بلکه باید در امد آن بین مردم همه مناطق تقسیم شود. حضور معادن و منابع و نعمت های الهی در: برخی از مناطق دلیل خصوصی شدن آنها نیست. همه دنیا باید در اختیار امام زمان یا نایب برحقش باشد. و اوهم آن را تقسیم کند. اگر تقسیم نکند منع حق کرده است. آیا در جاییکه مردم :از زمین و جنگل و کوه و دشت و معدن، سهم مساوی داشته باشند کسی فقیر خواهد ماند؟ البته آنهاییکه از سیستم خارج هستند. یا امکان پرداخت به انها نیست: مانند کودکان یا معلولان به سرپرست آنها داده می شود. و اگر سرپرستی هم نداشتند، خود حاکم باید سرپرستی انها :و رسیدگی را بعهده بگیرد. چنانچه حضرت علی به تنهایی و: در خارج از وقت اداری(شبانه) برای جاماندگان و فقرا، نان و غذا می برد. و شبها از شدت اینکه نتوانسته: به همه سر بزند و شاید کسی جامانده باشد، سر در چاه فرو می برد. و از خدا طلب مغفرت می کرد. چنانچه در رسیدگی به یک خانواده شهیدکه، غفلت کرده بود، صورت خود را مقابل آتش گرفت.

While in our current government, the New Khans have announced that the poor have not only not decreased, but are increasing every day. It should be seen what Ali did? First, Ali's vision was universal, not nationalistic. Therefore, from this point of view, 8 billion people in the world are all God's family (Al-Nas Ayal Allah) and their poverty means hunger, thirst, homelessness and unemployment. And God has appointed man as his caliph to solve these problems. Because these problems are man-made and created by people for others. While God says: One day before your birth, We placed you in the mother's milk. Or he says, do not kill or abort your children for fear of poverty. We will provide you and them (Nahan Narzaqkam and Ayahm), of course, the Imam of the Time (and his vicegerent) is not designated for a neighborhood or people, but has a global mission. If an anklet is stolen from a Jewish woman's foot, even in the most remote part of the world, Hazrat Ali says: If someone in charge dies when he hears it, I do not blame him. In the second stage, he had set a pension for government and non-government employees. In such a way that even his brother was too greedy, he advised him with molten iron. Now the employees of the government or public sector and public and private sector companies get astronomical salaries. But no one in the world receives subsidies. And if it is given in America, it is less than the minimum. Therefore, there has been a sharp difference of opinion, which cannot be avoided. And it causes inflation and high prices. Because governments, like Britain, buy all the food at a higher price, there is nothing left for the weak. For example, the total per capita subsidy of each person does not even reach one kilo of meat. The third movement and plan of Imam Ali was to divide the treasury. While now the treasury is being saved! It means that people's poverty is created to fill the treasury. Suppose all the governments of the world close their central bank and treasury, and divide everything among the people, will there be any poor people? According to the Qur'anic verse, this work is considered a hoard of money, and there is a severe punishment waiting for those in charge of the treasuries. The severe punishment can be the workers' and barefoot revolutions, it can be high prices, inflation, and public dissatisfaction. And all this aside, the divine punishment for fruitlessness: it is God's sustenance that: the promise of hell fire has been given. And whoever makes Bait al-Mal or Anfal a private or state property, and does not distribute it among the people, is subjected to this punishment, and the authority of Imamate is removed from them. Even in the division of the treasury, one should not be nationalist! One of the conditions of an infallible Imam is that he knows all the languages of the world, even animals. And this shows that Anfal or public property is for everyone, even those whose language we do not know. As the oil well is not supposed to be given to an individual, but its income should be divided among the people of all regions. The presence of mines and divine blessings in some areas is not the reason for their privatization. The whole world should be in the hands of Imam Zaman or his rightful deputy. And he should divide it. If he does not share, he has forbidden the right. Will anyone remain poor in a place where people have an equal share of land, forest, mountain, plain, and mine? Of course, those who are out of the system. Or it is not possible to pay them: it is given to their guardians like children or disabled people. And if they don't have guardianship, the ruler himself must take care of them. If Hazrat Ali took bread and food to the survivors and the poor outside the office hours (at night) alone. And at night, because he couldn't visit everyone and there might be someone left, he puts his head in the well. And he asked God for forgiveness. If he had neglected to take care of a martyr's family, he put his face in front of the fire.
