بحران هوشمند
بحران سازی امری تخصصی و ما فوق هوشمندی است! و درک آن برای افراد عادی مشکل است. اگر بحرانها را به چهار قسمت تقسیم کنیم، این بحران نوع پنجم است، که بحران ساز با بحران زده، وارد بازی می شود. بحران نوع یک بحران فردی بازمینه طبیعی است(مثل معلولیت) اما نوع دوم : بحران فردی با منشا انسانی(مانند خودکشی یا قتل) ولی نوع سوم: بحران جمعی با منشا طبیعی (یاخدایی)مانند سیل و زلزله بحران، بالاخره نوع چهارم، جمعی با منشا انسانی است. اما همه اینها یک طرفه و بدون عوامل مداخله گر می باشد. مانند بیماری واگیر، که اگر داروی آن کشف شود از بین می رود. اما در بحران پنجم عوامل مداخله گر انسانی، همراه بحران هستند و مرحله به مرحله، آن را هدایت می کنند لذا مبارزه با آن، پیچیده تر و علائم آن ناشناخته تر می شود. به گقته وزیر غیر متخصص بهداشت: ویروس کرونا بیماری واگیر داری است، که هربارعلائم جدیدی از خود بروز می دهد! گاهی هم اصلا علامت ندارد! این یعنی بحران، هوشمند است. عوامل ایجاد کننده بصورت جمعی، راه حل های بحران زده ها را مطالعه می کنند، و براساس راه حل آنها، از بحران تعریف تازه می دهند، که با آن راه حل ها از بین نرود! مانند یک شطرنج باز ماهر، که حرکت طرف را می خواند، و حرکت جدید او برای خنثی سازی آن انجام می شود. مشخصات دیگر بحران هوشمند این است که: بحران سازان دارای هوش بالاتری هستند، که از نظر مردم قابل شناسایی نیست. یعنی چهره خود را بعنوان خیر، با مبارزه گر با ویروس به مردم معرفی می کند. مردم با اعتماد به انها، نظرات خود را می گویند که: درحرکت جدید ان ها را خنثی می کند. ولی چهره او چندان ناشناخته هم نیست! بلکه در انتهای بحران یا حتی در مسیر بحران، هرکسی بیشترین درآمد یا قدرت را، در جامعه بدست آورد! همان عامل بحران است. لذا برای شناخت او قدم به قدم جلو می رویم! ابتدا همه تصور کردند که یک ویروس طبیعی، ار خفاش به انسان سرایت کرده! و لذا چین با ایجاد بیمارستان یک هفته ای، آن را مهار کرد! ولی ویروس رفتار جدیدی از خود نشان داد: تمام توصیه های پزشکان چین، در ایران نتیجه معکوس داد که: سخنگوی ستاد کرونا هم به ان شوخی تلخ گفت. لذا انگشت اتهام به سوی پنتاگون و سازمان سیا رفت، ولی با واگیری ناو روزولت و دیگر تفنگدارن، معلوم شد انها هم رفتار ویروس جدید را نمی شناسند. لذا انگشت اتهام به سوی چین برگشت: که می خواهد سهام آمریکایی ها را بخرد. چین مجبور شد مخفی کاری را کنار بگذارد، و از ادامه بحران در کشورش سخن بگوید. مدت بعد به همکاری: چین و آمریکا و یا حتی فرانسه و ایتالیا مشکوک شدند. زیرا فرانسه سابقه فروش خون های آلوده، و بیماری ایدز را در افریقا داشت، ایتالیا نیز با سودجویی شدید مافیا روبرو بود: که می خواست از بحران کرونا بهره ببرد. اما واگیری ایتالیا و فرانسه و آلمان و حتی انگلیس، نشان داد که درست نیست. زیرا اگر بازیگر اصلی بودند سالم می ماندند! و از سود و یا قدرت حاصله بهره برداری می کردند. تا اینکه چهره محبوب و خیر بنام بیل گیتس مصاحبه ای کرد. و در ان به تحقیقات وسیع خود در بنیاد گیتس اشاره نمود. مشخص گردید که قبلا نیز ایشان ذهنها را اماده کرده بود: جنگ آینده جنگ موشک ها نیست، بلکه جنگ ویروس ها است. و دراین زمینه فیلمهای زیادی هم ساخته و نمایش دادند. تنها راه حلی که تغییر نمی کرد،خانه نشینی و استفاده بیشتر از گوشی و کامپیوتر بود. که سود سرشاری را نصیب بیل گیتس می کرد. و بانو ملیندای تشنه قدرت را، به آرزوی های دیرینه خود نردیک می نمود. وکسی هم به این بیل گیتس ظنین نبود.

Crisi intelligente
