تجاوز به تمامیت ارضی ایران

باز خوانی پرونده تجزیه طلبان، در موضوع بحرین نیاز امروز جهان است. ایران باید بداند که چرا بحرین جدا شد؟ و چه کسی در این تجزیه طلبی دست داشت. باید آنها محاکمه شوند. به همین منظور نیاز به دادگاه جهانی، بنام دادگاه تاریخ است. این موضوع از دو دیدگاه قابل بررسی است: یکی از لحاظ دلایل تاریخی(سیاسی) و دیگری از لحاظ مستندات تاریخی. دلایل تاریخی به عهده وزارت خارجه و: مستندات آن به عهده قوه قضائیه است. دلایل تاریخی شیطنت های بحرین است. دولت بحرین از هنگامی که با انگلیسی ها، سر وسری پیدا کرد، همیشه بر علیه ایران و تمامیت ارضی آن، اقدام می کرد. مرکز شورش در بخش های عرب نشین خوزستان، و جزایر خلیج فارس بود. در جنگ صدام علیه ایران، با آن همکاری کرد. بعنوان عضو شورای همکاری خلیج فارس، پایگاههایی در اختیار آمریکا و اروپا قرارداده، که همگی بر روی ایران تنظیم شده اند. برای سرکوب مردم خود، از عربستان تقاضای کمک کرد و: نیروهای زمینی عربستان از مرزجنوبی وارد بحرین شدند، و تا کنون از ان خارج نشده اند. بحرین را مانند زندان آلکاتراز، یا جزیره روبن بر روی تمامی اهالی آنها بسته اند. امروزه با اجرای طرح معامله قرن، می خواهد همین زندان را در غزه  درست کند، تا برای همیشه آنان را در محاصره بمانند تا از بین بروند. طبیعتا این شیطنت ها برعلیه ایران و فلسطین، ممکن است از نظر خودشان قدرت نمایی باشد! ولی از نظر و دلایل سیاسی، زمینه پیوستن به خاک ایران را فراهم می کند. درواقع نشان می دهد تا موقعی که: به خاک ایران ملحق نشده، همچنان یک متخاصم اصلی خواهد ماند.طبق قانون جنگ یا قانون مخاصمات: در عرف دیپلماسی بین المللی، فقط با تسلیم شدن یک طرف پایان می پذیرد. و بحرین تا کنون نشان داده، که آمادگی تسلیم را دارد! زیرا که قدرت دولتی آن کاملا مضمحل شده است: چون از یکسو پشتوانه مردمی ندارد، زیرا همه مردم بحرین  شیعه هستند. ولی دولت آنها وهابی و طرفدار آل سعود و صهیونیسم می باشند. از سوی دیگر طبق ایه قران، افرادی که با صهیونیست ها دوست شوند، مانند همان ها هستند! لذا باید همانطور که برای نابودی: رژیم اشغالگر قدس دعا می کنیم، برای محود دولت مزدور و: ضد مردمی بحرین هم دعا کنیم. اما مستندات تاریخی، مدارکی است که قوه قضائیه میتواند، به وسیله آن پرونده تجزیه طلبی بحرین را بازخوانی یا واخواهی کند. تمام کتب درسی قبل از سالهای 1348(1969)، چه در بحرین و چه در ایران، نشان می دهد که بحرین استان 14م ایران بود. در این سالها استعمار جدید، آن را از ایران جدا کرد. مبنای جدایی آن هم فقط رضایت شفاهی محمد رضاشاه است، که در ان موقع شاه ایران بود. لذا هیچ مدرک دیگری برای این تجزیه طلبی وجود ندارد. البته دولت انگلیس، بعد از رضایت محمد رضا کارهایی انجام داده، ولی همه آنها در حکم: تجاوز به تمامیت ارضی ایران است. زیرا که مدارک را یا جعل می کرده، و یا با امضای فرماندار دست نشانده خودشان، به مراجع بین المللی ارائه می کرد. حتی برگزاری رفراندوم یا انتخابات، بدون حضور ایران، و بصورت نمایشی برگزار می شده. یعنی خودشان بریدند و خودشان هم دوختند. لذا قوه قضائیه باید که اولا: در دادگاه تاریخ( به دلیل زنده نبودن متشاکی)، محمد رضاشاه را به عنوان تجزیه طلب، و حامی تجاوز به تمامیت ارضی ایران، محکوم کند. و براساس این محکومیت، نتایج آن هم باطل اعلام نماید. رای را به دادگاههای بین المللی ارائه، و آل خلیفه را به پای میز محاکمه کشانده، و همه انها را به دست قانون بسپارد. تا مردم بحرین ازاد شوند. وبرای استانداری آن، از بحرینی های ساکن قم استفاده شود.

تئوریهای غلط اقتصادی

بسیاری از مشکلات اقتصادی کشور، نتیجه تئوری های غلط است. مثلا در حالیکه اشباع تولید، بازار را از بین برده، باز هم صحبت از رونق تولید می شود. یا اینکه فضای کسب و کار انقدر باز است، که کلاهبرداری در ان انجام می شود، باز هم می گویند:باید فضای کسب و کار را باز کنیم! علت این کار هم، تبلیغات دشمنان است! زیرا دشمنان می خواهند: فضا برای قاچاق مواد مخدر، تن فروشی، خرید و فروش سلاح و: کلیه کسب و کار های حرام باز شود. زیرا در ایران این مشاغل فضای باز ندارند. ساده ترین آنها همین اسنپ است! ابتدا که راه افتاد، همه فریاد زدند استارت اپ ها باید حمایت شوند، و شدند ولی الان به دلیل کمبود راننده، دچار مضیقه شده! تپسی حتی حاضر است به هرراننده ای که: ثبت نام کند در اول کار 500هزار تومان جایزه دهد! یا بیت کوین را راه اندازی کردند! معلوم شد که حتی برق ارزان ایران، آنقدر زیاد است که برای استخراج بیت کوین هم، به صرفه است. این تصورات باطل یا توهمات که: مبنای عملکرد دولت، یا سیاستگذاری های کلان شده، فقط اینده جوانان را خراب می کند، و آنها نیز در توهمات زندگی می کنند! در نشست خبری وزیر اقتصاد بسیاری از این تئوریها مطرح شد، که در واقع  یک شانتاژ محسوب می شود: وقتی صحبت از کارایی پایین می کنند، توجه نمی ندارند که تعطیلی ظرفیت کارخانه ها و کارگاهها، بخاطر اشباع تولید است، نه کمبود سرمایه در گردش یا غیره .زیرا وقتی مشتری باشد و تولید به فروش برسد، سرمایه در گردش را هم ایجاد می شود. بطور نمونه خودروسازی در ایران، به دلیل جمایت بیش از حد دولت، و ترس از بیکاری! به سرعت سرمایه در گردش را از محل: پیش فروش تهیه می کند! اگر کالاهای دیگر هم اشباع نشده باشند، میتوانند با پیش فروش، سرمایه و نقدینگی را تامین کنند. لذا این فرضیه باطل است که بگوییم: کارگاهها بخاطر کمبود نقدینگی تعطیل شده اند، یا با ظرفیت حداقلی کار می کنند. تئوری بیکاری هم بی معنی است. اولا باید ده درصدی بیکار وجود داشته باشند، تا استخدام و گزینش معنی بدهد. ثانیا اگر همه نیروهای فعال مشغول کار باشند، باعث گرانی  و تورم می شوند. تورم که ریشه های آن در جای دیگر جستجو می شود، اشتباه است. اشتغال کامل است که: باعث بالارفتن دستمزدها می شود، و هزینه تولید بالا می رود و: نتیجتا همه چیز گران می شود، که قابل کنترل هم نیست. چون به محض اینکه بخواهند: دستمزد ها را کاهش دهند، به دلیل وجود همیشگی کار، کارگران به سادگی به جاهای دیگر که: دستمزد بالاتری بدهد، منتقل می شوند و چون نیروی بیکار وجود ندارد، جایگزینی برای آنها نخواهد بود! لذا دائما در حال بالارفتن نرخ تورم خواهد بود. بنابراین تئوری جدیدی که باید در اینجا اثبات شود: اینکه تورم و گرانی در ایران، ناشی از اشتغال حداکثری است. زیرا حمایت از بیکاران، در انسوی جدول نرمال قرار گرفته! و باعث شده توقع دستمزد بالاتر، به یک اپیدمی تبدیل شود. کسانی که در ایران بیکار محسوب می شوند، در واقع کسانی هستند که: دستمزد بالاتری می خواهند! یعنی یک فشار دائمی وجود دارد که: قیمت ها را بالا ببرد. و این چرخه معیوب است، زیرا وقتی کارگر دستمزد بالاتری گرفت، تقاضا برای کالاها بیشتر می شود، و قیمت کالاها افزایش می یابد. مردم هم معتاد به خرید کالاهایی می شوند: که دائما گرانتر شود. زیرا قیمت ثابت نشان بی ارزشی است.(مانند نمک یا آب). یک مثال روشن در مورد هویج!(یا پیاز و گوجه) است، قبلا مردم آن را برای حیوانات مصرف می کردند! ولی از وقتی که گران شد، برای آن خاصیت های بیشماری نوشتند! و تقاضا افزایش یافت. برای نجات کشور، باید جور دیگری نگاه کرد.

There is a constant pressure to raise prices. And this cycle is defective, because when a worker gets a higher salary, demand for goods increases, and commodity prices increase. People are addicted to buying goods: they are constantly becoming more expensive. Because the fixed price is worthless (like salt or water). A clear example is about carrots (or onions and tomatoes), people used it for animals before! But since it was expensive, they wrote countless attributes! And demand has risen. To save the country, one should look at another.

اشباع تولید

عامل اصلی ناهنجاری در اقتصاد ایران، اشباع تولید است. در حالیکه به نظر می رسد: تولید کم است، ولی بازاری برای فروش آن پیدا نمی شود! یعنی تولید هر کالا به حدی رسیده که: مشتری نئارد. لذا کالاها در انبار ها منجمد شده، و باعث منجمد شدن تمام داراییها، من جمله سرمایه در گردش می شود. راههای برون رفت از این مخمصه، عدم واردات و افزایش صادرات است، که هر دو برعکس عمل می شود! یعنی واردات بی رویه است: با کوچکترین روزنه امیدی، واردات تریلیاردی صورت می گیرد. و صادرات نیز قدرت رقابت با: دامپینگ جهانی ندارد. راه سومی هم وجود دارد و آن: تحریک تقاضا های چند برابری است! زیرا یک یا دوبرابر شدن تقاضا، مشکلی را حل نمی کند! چون دریچه ای باز می کند برای: واردات چند برابری زیرا: مسئولین می گویند کمبود شده، پس وارد کنیم! چون تولید، بازه زمانی می طلبد ولی، واردات فوری انجام می شود. بنابر این فقط یک راه باقی می ماند: تعطیلی کارخانجات و اخراج کارگران. برای اینکه کارگران بیکار نشوند، دولت ادعای غیر علمی مطرح می کند که: تولید کم است و سرمایه در گردش باید تزریق شود، تا تولید افزایش یابد. تحت عنوان ایجاد اشتغال، همه بودجه ها را به سوی مدیران هدایت می کند. بعد از دریافت همه بودجه ها، آن وقت مدیران اقرار می کنند که: بازار اشباع است و فروش ندارند! و لذا از باز پرداخت وام ها امتناع می کنند. و چون دستشان رو شده و معلوم شد که: نبود بازار یا اشباع بازار را، لاپوشانی کرده اند و ممکن است: به جرم کلاهبرداری از سوی بانکها، زندانی شوند لذا همه پولهای دریافتی را، برداشته  راهی خارج می شوند! این رمز اصلی تبلیغات برای رونق تولید است. اما چرا تولید اشباع شده؟ و روشهای آن چه بوده؟ باید گفت که در اقتصاد قانونی وجود دارد: بنام تعادل، که نمی گذارد تولید کاهش یابد. این اصل را استادان برای رفع  تکلیف درس می دهند، و دانشجویان هم برای اخذ نمره حفظ می کنند! این قانون می گوید: وقتی کالایی کمیاب شود، قیمت آن بالا می رود، لذا همه برای تولید آن هجوم می اورند. تولید تا جایی زیاد می شود که: قیمت ها به تعادل برسد. اگر از نقطه سربه سری هزینه عبور کرد، تولید کنندگان هم یا جدیدا وارد نمی شوند، و یا اگر هستند خارج می شوند. لذا همیشه تولید در حال تعادل است. تولید کنندگان در یک ماتریس دو در دو هستند. تولید کنندگان داخلی و خارجی، تولید کنندگان رسمی و غیر رسمی! در حالت تعادل فقط تولید کنندگان رسمی هستند. که باید استاندارد بگیرند: بیمه و مالیات پرداخت کنند، و مانع واردات شوند. اما دلالان بزرگ، این معادله را به هم می زنند. تا راه برای واردات باز شود، و بتوانند صندوق ذخیره ارزی را خالی کنند. اگر دلالان با دولت هماهنگ نباشند، علاوه بر واردات رسمی، کالا بصورت قاچاق هم وارد می شود. از انطرف تولید کنندگان داخلی غیر رسمی(زیر زمینی) هم وارد بازار می شوند. لذا از چهار پنجره، کالا به بازار تزریق می شود. از این جهت بازار اشباع می شود. مصرف کنندگان گارد می گیرند! و ممکن است قیمت کاهش یابد. برای شکستن گارد مصرف کنندگان، به آنها وام داده می شود! یا بصورت قسطی فروخته می شود. به همین جهت مصرف زدگی! بالامیگیرد و همه مصرف کنندگان، دچار سوء تغذیه: فشارخون و دیابت و چربی بالا می شوند. ( در کالاهای خوراکی) و در کالاهای غیر خوراکی، به روانپریشی انبار کردن گرفتار می شوند. یعنی هر کالایی را می خرند و انبار می کنند، تا مبادا گرانتر نشود. لذا تنها راه جلوگیری از بیماری روانی مردم که درشکل استرس و فشاز خون98درصدی خود را نشان می دهد، آموزش رفتار اسلامی، از جمله قناعت است.

This is the main propaganda code for the production boom. But why is saturated production? What were its methods? بیشترین خیانت ها به ایران را، کشورهای شیخ نشین می کنند، آنها با دعوت از انگلیس و آمریکا، برای حضور ناوهای هواپیمابر به خلیج فارس، آن را نا امن می کنند. لذا به نظر می رسد تنها را ساکت کردن آنها، در خواست الحاق به جمهوری اسلامی است. زیرا این کشورها قبلا و براساس: اسناد تاریخی دکتر احمد اقتداری،  تابع فرمانداری بوشهر بودند. انگلیس در چندسال پیش آنها را از ایران تجزیه نمود. البته بعنوان بازدارنده میتوان ادعا کرد که: پرونده تجزیه طلبی آنها بازبینی می شود، و برای آغاز این کار میتوان: عاملان ایرانی این تجزیه طلبی را افشاکرد. مثلا در مورد بحرین، که پایگاهی برای فروش فلسطین شده است، به راحتی میتوان پرونده: تجزیه طلبی آن را به جریان انداخت. بحرین تا سال 1348یعنی 50سال پیش، استان چهاردهم ایران بود. زبان اهالی و رسمی آنها هم فارسی بود. محمدرضا با اینکه همه اینها را می دانست، به یکباره موافقت کرد که انگلیسی ها، آن را از ایران جدا کنند. بعد ها گفت جزایر تنب و ابوموسی را با آن طاق زده است! همه شیخ نشین ها به همین شکل از ایران جدا شدند. مخصوصا امارات که 80درصد جمعیت آن، ایرانی الاصل و فارسی زبان هستند. البته بجز پاکستانی ها و اقوامی که بعد جذب شدند، تا ترکیب جمعیتی را به هم بزنند. با بررسی این پرونده ها، کمی از شرارت آنها کاسته می شود. ممکن است وزارت خارجه نتواند: رسما چنین کاری بکند، ولی قوه قضائیه می تواند در خواست: واخواهی پرونده ها را بدهد، تا بعد از واکاوی و بازبینی، لایحه ای تنظیم و به سازمان ملل ارائه شود. البته وزارت خارجه نیز اشتباه می کند که: به حریم آنها احترام می گذارد! زیرا آنها قوانین بین المللی و: عرف دیپلماتیک اگر می دانستند، اینهمه توطئه برای جمهوری اسلامی نمی کردند. اگر وزارت خارجه ایران نتواند حقوق: از دست رفته ایران را پس بگیرد، کشورهای منطقه هم میتوانند اعلام جرم کنند. در مورد بحرین، همه موارد قانونی آماده است، و به لطف حماقت دشمنان، مدارک مستدلی برای شکایت از انها، وجود دارد. اولین جاییکه میتواند طرح شکایت کند: فلسطین و تشکیلات خود گردان می باشد. ابومازن اگر راست می گوید: با فروش فلسطین در معامله قرن، مخالف است از دولت بحرین، به عنوان مداخله مسقتیم در امورفلسطین، باید شکایت کند. اگر محمود عباس هم مثل وزارت خارجه ایران، راه سازش در پیش گرفت، و یا به دیلماسی التماسی اکتفا کرد، حماس و سازمان جهاد اسلامی، این مسئولیت را پذیرا شوند. علمای عراق مخصوصا آیت الله سیستانی، نفری است که باید از دولت بحرین شکایت کند. زیرا اکثریت مردم بحرین شیعه هستند، و آل خلیفه بدون توجه به نظر آنان، حکومت می کند و دستور کشتار و: زندانی کردن شیعیان را می دهد. علاوه بر اینکه یکی از عوامل تجزیه بحرین هم، ایشان بوده که در ان موقع ادعا کرده که: مردم بحرین عرب هستند، و باید به عربستان ملحق شوند! دستگاه قضایی ایران هم میتواند به عنوان: مدعی رژیم پهلوی در ایران، نسبت به ابطال برخی از اسناد تجزیه بحرین اقدام نماید. امارات هم، اعمال مجرمانه داشته و باید تنبیه و مجازات شود. پهبادی که ساقط شد، از پایگاهی در این کشور بپا خواسته، که به معنی اقدام خصمانه برای جنگ با ایران است. ضعف وزارت خارجه ایران، باعث شده که چهل سال خیانت امارات و عربستان، و اقدامات خصمانه آنها بی پاسخ باشد. چه اقدامی از این بدتر که آنها، هزینه جنگ صدام با ایران را پرداختند. این یعنی شرکت مستقیم در: جنگ با ایران است. آل سعود نه تنها مخفیانه به اسرائیل کمک می کند، تا با ایران بجنگد، بلکه اطلاعات جاسوسی زیادی برای جنگ اقتصادی، به آنها می دهد.

رونق بانکها برضد: رونق تولید است.

   متاسفانه این یک شعار توخالی نیست، بلکه عین واقعیت است! زیرا بانکها نمی توانند بنگاه داری کنند، لذا اگر پولها برای پس انداز، بسوی بانکها جریان پیدا کند، سرمایه در گردش صنایع نابود می شود. به عبارت ساده تر: وقتی مردم تشویق می شوند که: با جایزه ها و بهره های زیاد، و بدون ریسک، پول خود را به بانکها بدهند، این یک فرهنگ می شود! لذا کسی به سراغ تولید نمی رود. زیرا تولید دارای ریسک است: ممکن است سود سرشار داشته و یا: زیان قابل توجهی بکند. ولی مردم ترجیح می دهند پول را در بانک ذخیره کنند، تا باخیال راحت ماهانه مبلیغی را بعنوان سود بگیرند. این مبلغ معمولا معادل تورم و یا بیش از ان است، زیرا بانک ادعا می کند که با این کار، می خواهد جلوی کاهش ارزش پول را بگیرد. پس همه چیز منطقی است! که مردم درآمد یا نقدینگی را به بانکها سوق دهند. بانکه البته از ان سو تبلیغ می کنند که: این پولها را به تولید کنندگان خواهند داد! ولی این یک دام است، زیرا به بهانه وام دادن، سند کار خانه یا محل تولید را ضمانت می گیرند! بعد با بهره ها و جریمه ها و دیرکردهایی، که فقط خودشان سر در می اورند! کارخانه را بدهکار کرده و مصادره می کنند. و چون باید سود کلانی به سپرده گذاران بدهند، کارخانه را فروخته و یا تبدیل به مجتمع مسکونی می نمایند. به عبارت علمی، پس انداز مردم در یک چرخه معیوب، از اطراف تولید خارج شده و: به دارایی های منجمد تبدیل می شود. زیرا همه بانکها ورشکسته اند. اگر تا کنون اعلام ورشکستگی نکرده اند، به اعتبار دارایی های منجمد است. خاصیت داراییهای منجمد این است که: با قیمت های نجومی، ترازنامه بانک را ترمیم کرده، و آن را سود آور نشان می دهد.  اما خریداری برای این داراییها، با قیمت های نجومی وجود ندارد. لذا بانکها دائم در حال ورشکسته تر شدن هستند، ولی با سیلی صورت خود را سرخ نگه میدارند. با ارزیابی های غیر منطقی و خارج از عرف، آنهم توسط کارشناسان متخلف دادگستری، سعی می کنند نقدینگی را جذب کنند. البته چون بانکها دارای کارشناسان متخلف مالی هم هستند، لذا تئوری های مالی پیشرفته ای را می سازند، که فقط خودشان سر در می اورند! تا با آن علما را بایکوت  کنند. در حالیکه همه این تئوری های مالی، فقط کلاه شرعی برای رباخواری، و توجیه نزولخواری بانکها است. فرمول کلی این است: هر بانکی که توسعه می یابد، و یا هر شعبه ای که اضافه می شود، حتما یک کارخانه تعطیل و مصادره شده است. نه تنها بانکها بلکه سایر موسسات مالی، مانند بیمه و بورس و فرابورس و بازار متشکل پولی و غیره، اینطور هستند و با زبان علمی، به رباخواری مشغولند. بطوریکه اگر محاسبات رباخواری را، از رشته مدیریت مالی و بانکداری( از مبتدی  تا دکترا) بردارند، چیزی باقی نمی ماند. پس رونق تولید در گرو: عدم رونق بانکداری است. لذا بانکداران به دنبال تعطیل تولید هستند، تا شعبات بانکها را زیاد تر کنند. در حالیکه ما اصلا مشکل تولید و اشتغال نداریم، آنها ادعا می کنند که تولید، دچار مشکل است و کمبود نقدینگی دارد! تا بتوانند به بهانه تامین نقدینگی، آنها را مصادره و تعطیل نمایند. تبلیغات آنها چنان مسموم کننده است، که از گلوی برخی مسئولین هم بیرون می آید! در حالیکه صدای مسئولینی که می گویند: مشکل تولید نداریم اصلا به گوش نمی رسد! مثلا در وزارت کشاورزی اعلام کرده: خودکفا هستیم در دارو سازی و و صنعت هم، بیش از نیاز کشور تولید می شود. که گاهی بسیاری از تولید کنندگان، بخاطر نداشتن بازار ورشکسته می شوند. این یک واقعیت است: تولید در ایران به بالاتراز حد اشباع رسیده، اما بانکها نمی گذارند، این موضوع جدی تلقی شود.
