اقتصاد خرد در ایران

دشمنان که فرمول های اقتصاد کلان را مطالعه می کنند میتوانند با تاثیر گذاری بر روند اقتصادی ایران، آن را ورشکسته کنند. اما در اقتصاد خرد، بدلیل فهم نادرست همیشه شکست می خورند. این امر به این معنی است که اقتصاد کلان در ایران، در پی براندازی است ولی اقتصاد خرد یک اقتصاد مقاومتی . و تا کنون اقتصاد خرد با پیچیدگی های خاص خود، اقتصاد کلان را فشل کرده و نگذاشته نظام  ضربه ای ببیند.

لذا کودتای امریکایی در ایران نتوانست همه ارکان را تغییر دهد. آنها با سیات های مارشالی و اصل چهار ترومن در صدد نابودی کشاورزی و صنعت خرد در ایران بودند. تا جاییکه موفق شدند تخم مرغ و برنج و گوشت و مرغ داخلی را نابود و بجای ان برنج آمریکایی و مرغ تا حتی کره و نان آمریکایی را در سفره روستاییان بگذارند. به عنوان کمک تغریه به دانش آموزان نسبت به تغییر ذائقه آنان اقدام و کره و شیر و گوشت آمریکایی را به آنان تزریق کردند. و نسل دهه 40دیگر اعتقادی به تولید داخلی و کشاورزی سنتی نداشت. روستاها تخریب شدند و همه روستاییان به شهر ها مهاجرت و در حاشیه شهرها به انتظار کار و تولید در کارخانجات آمریکایی حلبی اباد ها را تاسیس کردند. اما با وقوع انقلاب اسلامی پایه های چنین فرهنگی از بین رفت. زیرا امام خمینی با شناخت دقیق اقتصاد خرد و کلان دستور دادند جهاد کشاورزی ایجاد شود. و برای جلوگیری از انحراف دوباره فرمودند: همه بروند گندم بکارند. در همان سال اول انقلاب آنقدر گندم کاشته شد که کشاورزان قادر به برداشت آنها نبودند لذا فراخوان عمومی داده شد تا همه به یاری گندم کاران بروند. لذا با این روش امنیت غذایی را به ایران برگرداند. زیرا آمریکا به  دلیل داشتن زمین های حاصلخیز حتی به کشاورزان دستور داده بود کشت نکنند! و مازاد آن را به دریا می ریخت تا قیمت ها کاهش پیدا نکند. و یکبار هم نیکسون گفته بود که دانه های گندم برای ما از بمب اتم مهمتر است. و اگر یک روز به شوروی گندم ندهیم همه آنها خواهند مرد. پس اهمیت اقتصاد خرد و یا اصطلاحا تکیه بر مردم برای تولید، طرح اصلی امام خمینی بود که از داخل دستورات اسلامی بیرون می امد. اما دشمنان او را زهر دادند تا بتوانند گندم وارد کنند. در واقع وارد کنندگان گندم همان هایی هستند که به امام خمینی جام زهر را نوشاندند. درراس آنها میتوان به حجاریان اشاره کرد. آنها به بهانه مکانیزاسیون همه زمین های کشاورزان را نابود کردند تا بتوانند گندم وارد کنند. اکنون پس از گذشت 45سال از انقلاب اسلامی دیروز در همایش دانشکده کشاورز دانشگاه تهران معاون وزیر اعلام کرد: زمین های کشاورزی ما براساس مکانیزاسیون طراحی شده در حالیکه کشاورزان قادر نیستند بودجه لازم را تهیه کنند. لذا این امر مانع کشت سنتی شده است و باید این روش اصلاح شود و زمین های کوچک و اقتصاد خرد مورد توجه قرار گیرد. زیرا وقتی تولید گندم در دست چند شرکت بزرگ شد، امنیت غذایی از بین می رود. زیرا این چند شرکت هم بدنبال سود بیشتر تمامی مزارع را به کشت توتون یا خشخاش و کیوی و موز تبدیل می کنند. یا آنها را برای ساخت و ساز می فروشند. و به این وسیله کشور با اینکه جند بار جشن خودکفایی در گندم اعلام کرده، ولی سالانه بیش از نیمی از در آمد نفت را برای واردات آن کنار می گذارد! و جون با ارز دولتی وارد می شود لذا باعث می شود گندم کاران داخلی ورشکست بشوند. برای درک عمق فاجعه باید گفت که از گندم کاران داخلی به یک دهم قیمت بازار بین المللی خرید می کنند و حتی ان را رایگان آرد کرده و به نانوایان می دهند تا قیمت نان بالا نیاید. ولی واردات گندم 8برابر نیاز داخل انجام شده است و در کشتی ها از بین می رود و یا در کامیون ها سرریز می شود و یا سیلوها تحویل نمی گیرند. و اغلب آنها بصورت ظاهری فقط برگه واردات می خورند تا سهمیه ارز ان گرفته شود و در همان کشور مبدا باقی می مانند تا پوسیده شوند. و یا دوباره فاکتور شوند برای ارز مجدد.

Microeconomics in Iran

And so far, the micro-economy with its special complications has failed the macro-economy and has not allowed the Serbian system to see it. Therefore, the American coup in Iran could not change all the elements. They were trying to destroy agriculture and petty industry in Iran with Marshall's policy and Truman's principle of four. As far as they managed to destroy the domestic eggs, rice, meat and chicken and instead put American rice and chicken and even butter and American bread on the table of the villagers. To help the students change their taste, they injected American butter, milk and meat. And the generation of the 40s no longer believed in domestic production and traditional agriculture. The villages were destroyed and all the villagers migrated to the cities and established shantytowns on the outskirts of the cities to wait for work and production in the American factories. But with the Islamic revolution, the foundations of such a culture were destroyed. Because Imam Khomeini, with a detailed understanding of micro and macro economics, ordered the creation of an agricultural jihad. And to prevent deviation, they said again: Everyone should go and plant wheat. In the first year of the revolution, so much wheat was planted that the farmers were not able to harvest them, so a public call was given for everyone to help the wheat farmers. Therefore, with this method, he returned food security to Iran. Because America even ordered the farmers not to cultivate due to having fertile lands! And the surplus was thrown into the sea so that the prices would not decrease. And Nixon once said that grains of wheat are more important to us than atomic bombs. And if one day we don't give wheat to the Soviets, they will all die. So, the importance of micro-economy or relying on the people for production was the main plan of Imam Khomeini, which comes out from within Islamic orders. But his enemies poisoned him so that they could import wheat. In fact, wheat importers are the same ones who gave Imam Khomeini the poison cup. Among them, we can mention the sculptors. They destroyed all the farmers' land under the pretext of mechanization so that they could import wheat. Now, after 45 years of the Islamic Revolution, yesterday at the conference of Tehran University's Faculty of Agriculture, the Deputy Minister announced: Our agricultural lands are designed based on mechanization, while farmers are not able to prepare the necessary budget. Therefore, this has hindered traditional cultivation and this method should be modified and small land and micro economy should be taken into consideration. Because when wheat production is in the hands of a few big companies, food security is lost. Because these few companies, in search of more profit, convert all fields to tobacco or poppy, kiwi and banana cultivation. Or they sell them for construction. And in this way, even though the country has repeatedly announced the celebration of self-sufficiency in wheat, it puts aside more than half of the oil income to import it every year! And wheat is imported with government currency, so it causes domestic wheat farmers to go bankrupt. To understand the depth of the disaster, it should be said that they buy wheat from domestic farmers at one-tenth of the international market price and even make it into flour for free and give it to bakers so that the price of bread does not rise. But the import of wheat is 8 times more than the domestic requirement, and it is lost in the ships, or it overflows in the trucks, or the silos are not delivered. And most of them apparently only eat import papers to get the currency quota and stay in the same country of origin to rot. Or be re-invoiced for a new currency.
