شکستن شیشه بانکها، مصادره اموال فروشگاهها

شهردار تهران گفته که تهران را باید تخلیه کنند! چون آلودگی هوا به مرز 200رسیده است. البته او تنها نیست که این حرف را می زند. بلکه نماینده یک جریان فکری مدیریت کوچک است. آنها قدرت اداره کلانشهر ها را ندارند، لذا می خواهند آن را کوچکتر کنند، تا بتوانند اداره کنند. از نظر انها ایران نیزباید کوچکتر شود! دریای شمال را که دادند، حالا می خواهند دریای جتوب را هم بدهند. تمام این بلاها را سر مردم می اورند، تا آنها بروند! و اینها به مدیریت کوچک خود ادامه دهند. گرانی و تورم را کرباسچی ایجاد کرد، وی موقعی که شهردار تهران شد گفت: باید شهر را آنقدر گران کنیم، که همه از ان بروند. و به دهات خودشان برگردند. نتیجه این تفکر منجمد و کوچک، در سیاست خارجی همان مذاکره با آمریکا است. چون قدرت اداره ایران را ندارند، می خواهند با کمک عموسام ایران را بکنند. بنابر این گرانی و تورم و آلودگی هوا، همه اینها برای فرار مردم از صحنه است. تا فقط تکنوکرات ها باقی بمانند. و دو دستی ایران را تقدیم آمریکا نمایند. در حالیکه الان اوضاع برعکس شده، آمریکا در حال تحویل دادن به ایران است. زیرا ارتش و پنتاگون به نهضت 99دردصدی پیوستند، فقط چند جنایت کار اف بی آی است که: از صهیونیست ها پول می گیرند، مردم را می کشند تا جلوی این کار را بگیرند. گرانی تهران به تمام شهرها سرایت می کند، و مردم را در فشار قرار می دهد، تا آنها را از اسلام و دین ناراحت کند. اما مدیریت واسعه( برضد مدیریت کوچک) با سعه صدر، همه چیز را خنثی می کند. کاری می کند که مردم گرانی را حس نکنند. یکی از این کارها  پرداخت یارانه و کمک معیشتی به مردم است. اما آنها مخالفند و سعی دارند که: یارانه ها را قطع کنند و کمک معیشتی را هم از بین ببرند. چنانچه فعلا این ماه پرداخت نخواهند کرد. دیگری تقسیم جرائم گرانفروشی بین مردم است. باید سیستمی طراحی شود تا اگر کسی گرانفروشی، احتکار و یا قاچاق انجام داد، جریمه آن بین مردم و ذینفعان تقسیم شود. نه اینکه به بانکها داده شود، تا گردن کلفت تر بشوند، و ربا خواری را توجیه و توسعه دهند. سه برابر واردات کشور، از لابلای قاچاق می گذرد. یعنی سه برابر بودجه کشور نابود می شود. قوه قضائیه بجای اینکه این بودجه را، به چرخه اقتصاد ایران وارد کند، و مستقیما به دست مردم برساند، یا آن را نابود می کند! یا در حساب سپرده های خود می ریزد. لذا هیچکس مایل به گزارش گران فروشی نیست. زیرا چند برابر جریمه اصناف، از مردم گرفته می شود. یعنی هر صنفی که جریمه می شود، همه ضرر های خود را بعلاوه خسارت فرصت از دست رفته(آبرور یزی اش) را، روی قیمت جنس می کشد، و تا قران آخر از مردم می گیرد. پس،  گرانی و احتکار و قاچاق، مردم را  چند برابر متضرر می کند. لذا راهی جز تخریب بانکها برای مردم باقی نمی ماند. شکستن شیشه بانکها، مصادره اموال فروشگاههای زنجیره ای، گرچه کار مناسبی نیست، ولی بخشی از خشم مردم را نشان می دهد. زیرا مدیران کوچک با مغزهای زنگ زده، راهی جز آن باقی نمی گذارند. اگر در انقلاب هم دقت کنیم، بیشترین بار اعتراضات و حرکتهای انقلابی، بر شانه حاشیه نشین ها بوده است. که حلبی آباد های ان موقع، در حال تکرار شدن است. توسعه شهری امری اجتناب ناپذیر است، هرکس در مقابل آن بایستد خود را نابود می کند. در حالیکه با مدیریت واسعه (انا لموسعون) حق شهروندی رعایت می شود. حق انتخاب مسکن و محل شغل و زندگی در قانون اساسی، به رسمیت شناخته شده آنها حتی قانون اساسی را هم قبول ندارند! مردم را مجبور می کنند علیرغم میل باطنی، به روستاها برگردند تا غذاهای محلی و سنتی برایشان آماده کنند.

راه نجات لبنان عقب نشینی حزب الله نیست، زیرا که امید همه مردم لبنان، به سید حسن نصرالله است. اگر صدای مخالفی هم می اید، مزدوران سعودی یا صهیونیست ها هستند. از بلند بودن این صداها میتوان فهمید که: همچون طبل توخالی هستند. لذا به آنها نباید توجه کرد. آنها می خواهند که حزب الله دست از فعالیت بکشد، تا مردم لبنان در سختی بمانند و خیال کنند که: تقصیر حزب الله است. لذا باید به فعالیت های اقتصادی خود ادامه دهد. روشهای شیعه در حکومت داری، به حزب الله این امکان را می دهد تا: دست برتر را داشته باشد. خزب الله این را بداند که: دشمنان او صهیونیست ها و یا فالانژها نیستند، زیرا که قران فرموده: کافران را بر مسلمانان راه تسلطی نیست. آنها آنقدر با هوش نیستند، که سر از کار های حزب الله دراورند. لذا اگر مخالفتی هم می شود، از همان شیعیان خود فروخته: امثال شیعه انگلیسی است. نصرالله بخوبی می داند: که قاتل های بزرگ فالانژ ها هم شیعه بودند! که مزدوری می کردند. یعنی خود فالانژها یا کتائب، ترس در دل داشتند و در کار های سخت، به این افراد تکیه داشتند. بنا براین چه مسیحیان و چه یهودیان و یا برادران اهل تسنن، هیچکدام نه به فکر دشمنی هستند، و نه خواستار انحلال حزب الله هستند. بلکه همه آنها اعتراف می کنند: وجود حزب الله مایه رشد و ارتقا لبنان است. از یکسو توانسته امنیت را به لبنان هدیه دهد، و از سوی دیگر دشمنان را ترسانده،  سر زمین های لبنان را آزاد کرده است. از نظر اسلام هم دست سید حسن باز است. زیرا در قران، مسیحیان را قسسین گفته و فرموده اند که: نسبت به مسلمانها مهربانترند. در مورد اهل کتاب نرمش های زیادی میتوان داشت. قران می فرماید: با آنها در مشترکات صحبت کنید، و به هم افزایی بیاندیشید.( قُلْ یَا أَهْلَ الْکِتَابِ تَعَالَوْا إِلَىٰ کَلِمَةٍ سَوَاءٍ بَیْنَنَا وَبَیْنَکُمْ) بنابر این عقب نشینی لازم نیست، بلکه همنشینی لازم است. از نظر تاریخی و فلسفی هم، نقش لبنان بسیار حساس تر از ایران و عراق است. در ایران بحث قومیت ها مطرح است، و در عراق بیشتر بحث سیعه و سنی، ولی در لبنان با فضای وسیعتری، یعنی ادیان توحیدی روبرو هستیم. اما از نظر دشمنان هرسه دولت یکی است! با یک چوب همه آنها را می رانند. در نمایش! اعتراضات دیدیم که: در هر سه کشور استعفای دولت(ناکار آمد) در دستور کار بود. که البته لبنان زود تسلیم شد، و سعد حریری سریع استعفا داد. عراق کمی دیر تر،  ولی ایران مقاومت کرد.  گرچه حریری هم  برگشته است، یعنی در واقع استعفایی در کار نبوده. اما عراق، فشار رئیس جمهور زندیق، باعث شد تا دولت استعفا دهد: زیرا که قدرت را در نبود نخست وزیر، میتوانست قبضه کند. پس برای اینکه به دام اشتباه نیافتند، باید بازی دولت را رها کنند! یعنی دولتمردان را فریب خورده دشمن بدانند، و کاری به کار انها نداشته باشند. و دولت در سایه تشکیل دهند که لیبرال نباشند، و نگاهی به بیرون از ملت هم نکنند. مانند حشد الشعبی در عراق، یا بسیج در ایران و حزب الله در لبنان . همانطور که سپاه و ارتش در ایران، به میان مردم رفته و مشکلات آنها را برطرف می کند، حزب الله و حشد الشعبی هم، بدون توجه به بازی دولتهایشان، به سازندگی و کشور مشغول شوند. در جهت رفع محرومیت و بیکاری اقدام نمایند. این کار باعث می شود: اوقات فراعت ارتش و نیروهای بسیج و حشد والشعبی وحزب الله پر شود، وهم کار مفید انجام دهند، وابستگی به دشمنان را به حداقل برسانند. در نهایت موجب فعال شدن دولت ها هم می شود. زیرا وقتی دولتها از جنگ یا: بازی سیاسی و قدرت طلبی، خسته شدند خواهد دید که کار برای مردم، از همه چیز بهتر است. با تداوم  کار، ثروت تولید، کسری بودجه ازبین  رفته، مردم هم خوشحال می شوند

بعد از چهل سال باید دوباره بحث های اول انقلاب رونمایی شود! زیرا که هنوز بسیاری از انها روشن نشده است. یکی از این بحثها روبنا و زیربنا! بود. عده ای معتقد بودند که اقتصاد زیربنا است، و فرهنگ روبنا! و از تئوری ابزاری استفاده کرده می گفتند: ابزار که اختراع شد فرهنگ جدید می اورد. مثلا وقتی فضای مجازی را پذیرفتیم، باید پیامد های فرهنگی ان را هم بپذیریم. اما عده ای می گفتند: ابزار مهم نیست، کاربر ابزار مهم است. یعنی کسی که آن را ایجاد کرده، و پیش می برد. البته دکتر سروش می گفت :زیر بنا هرچه باشد ارتباطی به روبنا ندارد. جهان بینی شخص میتواند از ایدئولوژی او جدا باشد. در بحث مادیگرایی هم به شکل دیگری مطرح می شد: بنام اصالت وجود و اصالت ماهیت. برخی ها می گفتند: اول وجود است، بعد تفاوت های آنها ظاهر می شود  و برخی می گفتند فبل از وجود طراحی می شود، و بعد به همان سرشت خود ایجاد می شود. اینکه این بحث های فلسفی به چه درد می خورد؟ به این دلیل است که بعد از چهل سال، هنوز مشکلات اقتصادی حل نشده است. چون اصالت را به اقتصاد دادند، ولی ابزار های ان را ندادند. یکی از این ابزار ها بی وطن بودن است. نمیتوان هم شرف داشت و هم اقتصاد!(کرم داران را به دست اندر درم نیست)نمی توان هم خدا را داشت و هم خرما را.  در هیچیک از آیات قران کفته نشده: برای آبادی دنیا بکوشید! بلکه برعکس همه جا گفته دست از دنیا بکشید. تمام کشورهایی که به عنوان الگوی توسعه برای ایران معرفی می شوند، همگی وابسته هستند. یعنی پیشرفت خود را از آمریکا گرفته اند. طبیعتا اگر ما هم بخواهیم مثل آنان، پیشرفت کنیم باید مرگ بر آمریکا نگوییم! زیرا کسی که دستش دراز است (گدایی می کند) باید زبانش کوتاه باشد. در زمان امام خمینی این مشکل حل شده بود. ایشان می گفت ما برای شکم انقلاب نکردیم! انقلاب ما یک انقلاب فرهنگی و الهی است. با صراحت می فرمود: اقتصاد مال خر است. زیرا این حیوان زبان بسته فقط برای: خوردن و کار کردن است. اما شعار کمونیست ها: نان، کار ، ازادی بود. یعین اول نان که شکم پر شود، بعد کار که مثل خر حمالی بکنند.(باراندازها مرکز تبلیغات لنین بود) در اخر اگر همه چیز ردیف شد، آزادی هم یدهند تا چند تا جفتک بیاندازد! بعد از رحلت امام خمینی این موضوع کاملا بایکوت شد. و بانکها جاکمیت پیدا کردند. زیرا نان و مسکن و کار به دست آناها بود. فکر و ذکر همه شد: وام بگیرند و پس ندهند، یعنی اختلاس کنند. زیرا نیاز های مادی حد یقف ندارد. کسی که وام نگرفته فکر می کند اگر وام بگیرد، همه مشکلاتش حل می شود. بعد که وام می گیرد، هیچ انگیزه ای برای پس دادن آن ندارد. زیرا که آن را حداقل: سهم خودش از زندگی می داند. وقتی به او فشار وارد می شود که پس بدهد. دنبال وام دیگری می رود، تا آن را بدهد(کلاه به کلاه می کند) و این روند رو به افزایش می گذارد. لذا نقدینگی در جامعه افزایش یافته، تقاضا برای کالاها بالا می رود. این رشد تقاضا، به رشد قیمت ها (تورم)دامن می زند. همه جامعه دچار بیماری حرص و آز می شوند! هرچه می دوند به جایی نمی رسند. در حالیکه همه چیز دارند، ولی فکر می کنند چیزی ندارند، و دیگران حق انها پایمال کرده اند. لذا وارد فاز دزدی و اختلاس می شوند. دولت هم می شود شاه دزد!از این دزدها می دزدد.( همه اینها نتیجه بحث فلسفی زیر بنا و روبنا است). نکته مهم این است که همه این دزدی ها، با قیافه حق به جانب هست. مثل عیاران قدرم و داش مشتی ها، می گویند ما گوشت را از بغل ران می بریم.! پول بانکها را اختلاس می کنیم. ارز را یا بنزین را گران می کنیم تا از پولدارها بگیریم، به فقرا بدهیم.

 مولانا شیخ محمد مولوی، در بلخ به دنیا آمد و در ایران تحصیل و رشد کرد، و در قونیه ساکن شد تا فوت کرد. متاسفانه اکنون در ثبت آثار ایرانی  این موضوع احتلاف برانگیز شده،  و ترکیه آن را بنام خود ثبت کرده. لذا باید دانست که قونیه قبلا جزو ایران بوده که: مولوی به آنجا رفته الان نیز باید به ایران برگردانده شود. آنجا نیز مانند کربلا قبله امال شود، و مردم حتی با پای پیاده! به زیارت قبر مولانا بروند. و در دهه مولانا (آراز) در آنجا اقامت کنند. اشعار مولانا را با خط اصلی برای مردم بخوانند و بنویسند، تا گرد فراموشی از بین برود. این امر از زمانی قوت گرفت که ترکیه، عداوت خود را با ایران علنی کرد. در گذشته های 200سال پیش، عثمانی ها سعی داشتند با شکست صفویه، بر ایران مسلط شوند. ولی وقتی در جنگ چالدران شکست خوردند، برای مدتها حمله به ایران را فراموش کردند. در زمان آتاترک این حملات شدید تر شد، تا جاییکه رضاشاه ترسید و آرارات و اطراف ان را، به آتاترک بخشید تا دیگر سخنی از حمله به ایران نداشته باشند.چنان که رضا قلدر می گوید: خاک مهم نیست! مهم این است که ما الان با ترکیه، در صلح هستیم. یعنی زمین در برابر صلح. بعد از انقلاب اسلامی، با پرورش گروههای ضد ایرانی در انسوی مرزها، حرکت ایذایی خود را آغاز کردند. ولی با سرکوب شدید ارتش و سپاه مواجه، و از فکر تجاوز منصرف گردیدند. ولی بجای ان به جذب عناصر فاسد، و ایجاد مرکز فساد برای ایرانیها در انتالیا و غیره، سعی کردند برای انها ملک و املاک تهیه کرده، و شهروند ترکیه نمایند. بطوریکه امروزه بالاترین قاچاق انسان و کالا، از مرز ترکیه صورت می گیرد. چه قاچاق سوخت از ایران به ترکیه، و چه قاچاق پوشاک و خوراکی (شکلات ) از انسو به ایران. البته از مرز کردستان هم این کار صورت می گیرد، ولی چون با کردها مخالفند، جلوی انها را می گیرند. اخیرا نیز شاهد تحرکاتی در چالدران بوده ایم، که به سپاه پاسداران حمله کردند. البته جواب دندان شکنی گرفتند ولی ساکت ننشستند، و از طریق بی وطن های تراختور! پرچم ترکیه را در استادیوم تبریز به اهتزا در اوردند. بعد نماینده ای در مجلس ترکیه، از اینها تشکر کرد و خواستار توسعه این رفتار شد. اردوغان برای اینکه چهره خود را بپوشاند، اخطار داد که ممکن است: اعتراضات عراق به ایران هم برسد! ولی وقتی سلاح ها و فلاش بالهای ترکیه ای را، از اغتشاش گران کشف کردند، معلوم شد اعتراضات لبنان و عراق هم، کار ترکیه بوده تا ارتش او بتواند: ترکیه دوران عثمانی را زنده کند. به همین دلیل هم در شمال ایران(آرارات) و عراق و هم شمال سوریه، حضور نظامی داشته و قصد خروج از انجا را ندارند. اخیرا اردوغان اعلام کرده که: مهاجران را در قسمت های اشغالی سوریه، ساکن خواهد کرد. این یعنی تغییر ترکیب جمعیت، برای ادامه اشغالگری در عراق و سوریه و ایران! لذا تا هنگامیکه آرارات به ایران برگردانده نشود، تئوری ترکیه عثمانی خود را پیروز منطقه خواهد دانست، و از عراق و سوریه و آذربایجان بیرون نخواهد رفت.  مردم عزیز آرارات ( آغری داغ) و دوغو بیاض و شهر مهم وان تا قونیه بدانند که: ما به فکر انها هستیم. و اعتراضات آنها را می شنویم، و به زودی به یاری انها خواهیم رفت.  کردهای جنوب ترکیه هم بدانند که: برای نجات از ستم دولت ترکیه، راه درست را پیدا کنند. کسانیکه آنها را برعلیه ایران تجهیز می کنند، و بنام پژاک به پاسداران و ارتش ایران شبیخون می زنند، کرد نیستند. بلکه با این کار،تنها شده، دولت ترکیه آنها را به راحتی قلع و قمع کند. عجیب است با اینکه کرد ها و فارس ها هم ریشه هستند، ولی ترکیه جدایی انداخته و حکومت کند.

چگونه بودجه را متعادل کنیم؟

مدیریت مالی کشور برحسب: بودجه نویسی سنتی از قدیم، همیشه دارای کسر بودجه بوده است. زیرا طبق نظر قدمای بودجه نویسی، کسر بودجه یک سرمایه است! یعنی دولت توانسته با پولی که ندارد، هزینه های خود را پرداخت کند. که به عنوان افزایش اعتبار نزد مردم است. بنابر این نه تنها تهدید محسوب نمی شود، بلکه یک نوع فرصت است. نکته دیگری که بودجه نویسی سنتی دارد این است که: متکی به ارقام نجومی بدون پشتوانه، یا غیر واقعی است. مثلا قیمت نفت در بودجه اصلا واقعی نیست. در حالیکه صادرات نقت هم واقعی نیست، زیرا که اصلا پولی در کار نیست. چون هرچه صادر می شود، به دلیل دور زدن تحریم، هم ارزامتر فروش می رود، و هم به دلیل نبودن سویفت و ارتباط بانکی، اصلا به ایران(خزانه) منتقل نمی گردد. لذا این دو عامل باعث می شود: بودجه تورم زا بوده و براساس قانون: ایندکسینگ (شاخص محوری) سیکل معیوب: افزایش تورم را داشته باشد. به عبارت ساده: برای پرداخت هزینه ها، پول چاپ می کنند بدون اینکه: پشتوانه ای داشته باشد. برای رهایی از این مشکل عمده، دو راه وجود دارد. یکی تحقیق و تفحص از واردات، مخصوصا واردات کالاهای اساسی. دوم اخذ مالیات صد درصد از: درآمدهای نجومی و غیر تخصصی. در مورد اول باید گفت که سالانه، بیش از 20میلیارد دلار ( از پول نیامده به خزانه) برای اینکه سوخت نشود! کالاهای اساسی خریداری می شود. ظاهر امر می گوید که مردم، سه برابر مصرف عادی زندگی خودشان، کالاهای اساسی دریافت می کنند! اما در واقع می بینیم که: همه به نان شب محتاج هستند، و از قطع یارانه فریادشان بلند می شود. این امر نشان می دهد که وارداتی صورت نمی گیرد! ولی مطالبات نفت و گاز صفر می شود. یه عبارت مردم فهم! دلار های ان ور آبی، وصول می شود ولی به حساب دیگری، در همان کشورها واریز می شود. پس تا بجال در این 40سال خدود 8تریلیون دلار، اختلاس شده و بجای خرید کالای اساسی، در حساب وارد کنندگان، در خارج از کشور پس انداز گردیده. و از سود آن برخی کالاهای تاریخ گذشته، یا حراجی خریداری و به دولت، نشان داده شده است! لذا با هر سال تحقیق و تفحص 20میلیارد دلار کشف می شود، و 20میلیارد دلار سال جاری هم، خرج نمی شود! لذا دلار فراوان شده و ارزش آن کاهش یافته، پول ملی تقویت می گردد و: قدرت خرید مردم بالا می رود. مورد دوم که درآمد های ریالی یا بخش دوم: درآمد های بودجه است، مسئله مالیات ها است. در کشورهای پیشرفته! درآمد و حساب های بانکی همه افراد، دقیقا رصد می شود و از آنها مالیات پلکانی اخذ می شود. که ارقام بالای 60میلیون تومان در سال، کلا مشمول مالیات می گردد! یعنی کسی حق ندارد از یک مبلغ ( مجلس تعیین می کند) بیشتر، درآمد یا حقوق داشته باشد. اما در ایران به دلیل بودجه ترسو! و سنتی، نه حساب افراد رصد می شود، و نه با کسانی که حقوق ها و درآمد های نجومی دارند، برخورد می شود. سلیبریتی ها نمونه این موضوع هستند. که درآمد آنها بالای صد میلیون تومان در سال است. از دولتی ها مدیران شرکتها و روسای ادارات به بالا، دارای حقوق های بالای 5میلیون تومان در ماه (که مجلس تعیین کرده) می باشند. تا سه میلیون تومان معاف است، و اگر پلکانی باشد تا5میلیون تومان ده درصد، و بالای آن صد در صد مالیات اخذ شود. این کار هم مانند واردات کالاهای اساسی، ویا معادل آن است، و برای روشن شدن موضوع، ابتدا باید تحقیق و تفحص صورت بگیرد. و قانون مربوطه هم در مجلس تصویب شود. وگرنه عدالت مالیاتی زیر سوال رفته، و اهداف مالیات که کاهش فاصله طبقاتی است، نابود می شود.

همانطور که سازمان نظام مهندسی، یا سازمان نظام پزشکی وجود دارد، باید سازمان نظام مدیریتی هم ایجاد شود، تا صلاحیت مدیران را بررسی کرده، قدرت اجرایی و لغو پروانه داشته باشد. البته انجمن مدیریت یا انجمن دانش اموختگان و دیگر وجود دارد، ولی هیچکدام قدرت اجرایی ندارند. چه بسا اگر این مرکز ایجاد شود، جلوی فساد بسیاری از مدیران را از ابتدا بگیرد! زیرا میتواند به کسانی که شرایط مدیریت را ندارند، کارت عضویت ندهد و یا با کنترل اعضا، مواظب آنها باشد و با اولین تخلف اشکار، لغو عضویت بنماید. مضاف به اینکه ممکن است: نبود این سازمان بهتر باشد. زیرا از قدیم گفته اند کوزه گر، از کوزه شکسته اب می خورد: یعنی تولیدات خوب را برای صادرات و فروش عرضه می کند، و از تولیدات نامرغوب که، امکان تبدیل به پول ندارد، خودش استفاده می کند. ایران هم بهترین مدیران را صادر می کند! به همین دلیل بهترین مدیران دنیا، ایرانی تبارها هستند. کسانی که باقی می مانند افرادی هستند که: قابلیت صدور را ندارند، لذا در داخل به کار گرفته می شوند. این امر علاوه بر ارز آوری و نام آوری! باعث گسترش مدیریت ایران بر: جهان و ارکان دنیا می شود. همانطور که در زمان داریوش بزرگ یا کورش، مدیریت ایران بر جهان تسلط داشت. برخی ها از کشف تلگراف نوری در ان زمان خبر می دهند. که ارتباطات را سریعتر و اسان تر می کرد. و بقایای آن در شهر سوخته به دست آمده است. لذا کسانی که به مدیریت در ایران اشکال دارند، از این موضوع خبر ندارند. که ایران از هزاران سال پیش، مدیریت جهانی داشته چه رسد به مدیریت: بازرگانی و شرکتی و غیره! حتی این امر کشف فساد را هم اسان تر می کند، زیرا مدیران چون تایید شده جایی نیستند، بلافاصله افشا می شوند. اما اگر سازمانی مثل نظام پزشکی پشت سرشان باشد، فساد سیستماتیک و سازمان یافته می شود. یعنی نظام پزشکی با ایجاد حصار: بین اعضا خود برای انها حاشیه امن می سازد، تا هیچکس نتواند آنها را به فساد متهم کند! براساس همین حاشیه امنیتی، پزشکان غالبا در ساختمان سازی یا سیاست وارد می شوند. و همه نظام کشور را به هم می ریزند. چون مورد تایید سازمان نظام پزشکی هستند. سازمان نظام مهندسی هم این قدرت را به اعضا خود داده است، که اول نماینده مجلس بشوند! تا بتوانند راحت تر به کار پزشکی! بپردازند. اگر عدل را به این معنی بدانیم که: هر چیزی باید سرجای خودش باشد(العدل یضع الامور علی موضعها-امام علی ع) عکس آن فساد  و بی عدالتی و ظلم است. بنا براین وزیر اقتصاد باید جایزه را به بنده بدهد! که این فساد ها را کشف کرده ام. کلیه پزشکان عضو نظام پزشکی، که به کاری غیر از تخصص خود مشغولند، فاسد هستند!(نمایندگان مجلس – شوراها شورایاری ها و..) یا: کلیه اغضا رسمی نظام مهندسی، که حقوق از جاهای غیر تخصص خود می گیرند، فاسد هستند و باید دستگیر و محاکمه شوند! وجوه مربوطه توقیف و بین فقرا تقسیم شود. اگر سازمان نظام مدیریتی هم تشکیل شود، که جایزه بنده بیشتر می شود! زیرا همه کسانی که شرایط مدیریت را نداشته، و مدیر شده اند باید عزل شوند و: مبالغ دریافتی را هم به خزانه برگردانند! اگر یک درصد دریافتی آنها، حق الکشف اینجانب بشود میتوان: تمام کاخهای سفید و سرخ و زرد و لیزه و غیره را خرید، و به حسینیه تبدیل کرد، تا همیشه غذای نذری به مردم بدهند. برای تشکیل این امر باید از هر دانشکده، یک استاد برجسته شورایی را تشکیل دهند، و به عنوان هیات موسس خود را ثبت قانونی کنند. بعد اساسنامه آن را تهیه و به مجلس یا دولت ارائه کنند که تصویب شود. ضوابط مدیریتی برای اخلاق حرفه ای را هم، حضرت علی ع در نامه اش به مالک اشتر بیان کرده.

نهضت 99درصدی در ان زنده است. و ضد وال استریت است

در حالیکه ایران بزرگترین قدرت دنیا، و مرکز تصمیم های جهانی و با اقتصاد قوی است، عده ای دگر اندیش کاری کرده اند که: ایران مستعمره آمریکا به نظر برسد: آمریکا به ژاپن اجازه داد تا به ایران سفر کند! آمریکا اجازه نمی دهد که ایران نفت صادر کند. آمریکا اجازه نمی دهد که وزیر خارجه، از منزلش در نیویورک انطرف تر برود! صد سال مردم مبارزه کردند، تا آمریکا را از ایران بیرون کنند، اما دولتمردان مخفیانه با آمریکا ساختند، و پای او را به ایران باز کردند. کودتای 28مرداد 1332 نمونه ای است که شاه رفته را بازگرداند. مردم اتش زیر خاکستر بودند، تا اینکه در 15خرداد باردیگر شعله ورشد و: امام خمینی در قضیه کاپیتولاسیون، آمریکا و اسرائیل را دشمن اصلی معرفی کرد. گرچه این نهضت هم به پیروزی نرسید، ولی احساسات ضد امریکایی ( و شوروی و اسرائیل) هر روز شعله ورتر می شد. تا اینکه سازمان مجاهدین اولیه تاسیس و: چند آمریکایی را به درک واصل کرد. اما دولتمردان با دستگیر و اعدام اعضای این سازمان، بجای ان افراد سازشکار را در راس قراردادند، تا اینکه می بینیم که مریم رجوی، الان هرشب در آغوش چند آمریکایی است، تا بلکه کمک مالی بگیرد، یا با سناتورهای آمریکایی ملاقات کند. دختران بیگناه ایرانی را بنام میلیشیا، تربیت کرده و به آنها تقدیم می کند. البته در 22بهمن1357 مردم به پیروزی رسیدند، و آمریکایی ها را بیرون کردند، و در 13 آبان  1358ته مانده آنها، یعنی جاسوسخانه را نیز از لوث وجود آنها پاک کردند. اما همان نفوذی هایی که مجاهدین ضد آمریکایی را، نوکر امریکا کرد، دانشجویان خط امام را هم، نوکر صفت نموده و تعدادی از انان به امریکا رفته، و تعدادی هم در آرزوی آمریکا، فرزندان خود را فرستاده اند. این جریان نفوذی بعد از انقلاب بنام اصلاحات، یا لیبرالیزم در ایران مطرح شد. هدف آنها مذاکره با آمریکا و بازگرداندن آنها به قدرت است. با دروغ دغل سکان کشور را در بسیاری از مراکز به دست گرفته اند. و تقریبا تا بیخ گوش رهبری رفته اند. زیرا رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی، بارها اعلام کرده با امریکا مذاکره نخواهیم کرد! ولی انها می گویند: در مذاکره با امریکا باز است! از هر اعتراض یا فتنه ای برای براندازی استفاده می کنند. زیرا فکر می کنند اگر بتوانند: خط رهبری را کور کنند، قدرت در دست آنها خواهد بود! اما خودشان میدانند که هیچ قدرتی ندارند جز: دروغ گویی و سالوس بازی. نمونه اش در جریان روز دانشجودر دانشگاه فرهنگیان، سخنران مربوطه علاوه بر اینکه  درب مذاکره را باز کرد! گفت دانشجو باید از قدرت انتقاد کند. این حرف او اعتراف به این است، که خودش قدرتی نیست! بلکه قدرت در جای دیگر است. و دانشجو را کیش می دهد به سوی آن قدرت. در حالیکه همه می بینند که از خودش انتقاد می شود، ولی اصلا به روی خود نمی اورد. در یک ویدیو گفته است: اگر می خواهید لعنت کنید، به کسی لعنت بفرستید که مسبب این اوضاع است. اشاره به افاضات مهدی کروبی است، که گفته است مسبب همه بدبختی ایرانیان، رهبری است. اما اینها بدانند که دروغ و ریاکاری انها، نتیجه نداده و ملت ایران روز به روز قدرتمند تر می شود. آمریکا نیز تابع جمهوری اسلامی است، زیرا نهضت 99درصدی در ان زنده است. ارتش و پنتاگون و سازمان سیا، همبستگی خود را با ایران اعلام کرده اند، زیرا آخرین ناو یعنی ابراهام لینکلن نیز، با بدرقه قایق های تندرو سپاه، خلیج فارس را ترک کردند. فقط صهیون لیبرال ها! که یک درصد جامعه آمریکا را تشکیل می دهند، به پشتوانه پلیس فدرال و برخی افسران جنایتکار،  که اگر انها هم تنبیه شوند، ترامپ و پمپیو هم از بین می روند. و جمهوری اسلامی آمریکا محقق می شود.

سورنا ستاری می گوید: تا موقعیکه شهر هوشمند نشود، شهردار کنترلی ندارد. این یک واقعیت است که سرعت فناوری اطلاعات، جهان را دگرگون کرده است و نمی توان: با روش بورکراسی جهان را اداره کرد. از سوی دیگردولت چابکتر باید کم حجم تر هم بشود. این دو ایراد اساسی، در صورتی رفع میشود که: تغییرات را پذیر باشیم: تاریخ مدیرت جهان را میتوان بر سه قسمت کرد: دوران شفاهی، دوران کتبی و دوران هوشمند. تا قبل از اسلام جهان بصورت شفاهی اداره می شد. یعنی قول و حرف، معیار هر گونه ساختار اجتماعی و سیاسی بود(چه فرمان یزدان چه فرمان شاه). اصول مدون وجود نداشت، زیرا چاپ و کتابی در کار نبود. اگر هم بود بسیار کم بود، که در جریان کلی مدیریت جهان بی تاثیر بود. مثلا یهودیان بخاطر تورات، خواندن و نوشتن می دانستند. مسیحیان هم برای انجیل.  در ایران بیشتر از جاهای دیگر کتیبه ها، و دست نوشته ها و سنگ نوشته ها، مرسوم بود. اما با دستور حضرت علی ع، دنیا متحول شد. زیرا ایشان حکومت جهانی ان موقع را در اختیار داشت، و به مردم می گفت: همه چیز را با نوشتن جاودانی کنید.( علم را با نوشتن به بند بکشید) لذا همه دستورات، کتبی ابلاغ می شد. نامه ایشان به مالک اشتر یمنی، که می خواست فرماندار کشور مصرشود، بسیار زیاد و پر بار است. البته غربی ها با حذف این قسمت از تاریخ، کلمه (نگو بنویس) را به ماکس وبر نسبت می دهند، و او را پدر بوروکراسی می دانند! در حالیکه ایشان سرقت علمی کرده، و سخنان هزار سال پیش علی ع و محمد(ص) را بنام خود ثبت کرده. در ایران نیز بورکرات ها، که تازه بیدار شده اند. هنوز فکر می کنند عصر وبر است، و سخنان او را با طلا می نویسند!و در تمام دوره های مدیریت تدریس می کنند. در حالیکه دقیقا از زمان وبر، عصر هوشمندی یا انفجار اطلاعات شروع می شود، زیرا چاپ اختراع شده و کتابها به سرعت، دست به دست می شود و مجلات و روزنامه ها هم، در انتقال اطلاعات سرعت بیشتری داده اند.  اگر قبلا دستویس بوده و: سال یا ماهی یک نسحه منتشر می شد، با اختراع چاپ هفته نامه ها و روزنامه ها، اطلاعات را روزانه کردند. ماکس وبر در انتهای بوروکراسی نشسته، و آن را تئوریزه کرد، تا کار با دقت به پایان برسد. اما غرب زده ها فکر می کنند: چراغ راه آینده است. در همان زمان که ماکس وبر فاتحه بوروکراسی را می خواند، اینترنت (رادیو تلفن و امثال ان) وجود داشت. حتی اگر محدود به ارتش ها، یا اهداف نظامی هم بود، ولی به هرحال نقش خود را در مدیریت جهان ایفا می کرد. و انفجار اطلاعات را به لحظه می رساند. یعنی با تلفن یا رادیو و تلگراف، مشکل اطلاع رسانی آن لاین حل شده بود. لذا دوران بورکراسی که از ان به: اقیانوس کاغذ بازی یاد می شد روبه افول بود. باخروج این ابزار از انحصار نظامیان، جهان با روش جدیدی از مدیریت اشنا می شد، و آن مدیریت هوشمند بود. دیگر لازم نبود چرچیل یا روزولت، نامه بنویسند! در رادیو نطق می کردند و یا با تلفن دستور می دادند. کاغذ از بین رفته بود. اما کاغذ دوستان و کتاب پرستان! این مرگ مغزی را نمی پذیرفتند. همان نطق ها را چاپ می کردند، یا همان دستورات را پرینت می گرفتند، تا مدرک! وجود داشته باشد. لذا باید به کتاب پرستان باید گفت: در ختان را بیخود قطع نکنید: امروزه حتی مدرک و امضا هم، دیحیتالی شده! بیایید همانطور که قبوض اب و برق را قطع کردید، و استفاده های نجومی بردید، همه ادارات را تعطیل کنید، بودجه آن را در جیب ملت بریزید. زیرا دولت هوشمند ضمن اینکه کم هزینه می شود، چابک و کم جا هم می شود: مانند خانه کوچک و گلی علی و فاطمه، که تاریخ را مدیریت می کند.

عده ای فقط حرف می زنند، و گوش مجانی می خواهند برای شنیدن، سعی کنید برای انها گوش مجانی نباشید. رسانه های بیگانه همین خاصیت را دارند، مخصوصا رسانه های فارسی زبان: بی بی سی یا صدای آمریکا و العربیه. البته از ترکیه و برخی کشورهای همسایه هم، رادیوها و صداهایی شنیده می شود، ولی چون گوش مجانی ندارند! لذا کسی هم آنها را نمی شناسد. یکی از مسائل مهم حوادث اخیر حضور افراد بیگانه، در تظاهرات بوده که از جمله: ترکیه تجهیزات زیادی به شورشگران فروخته بود، که با پلیس ضد شورش درگیر شوند. سلاح های سنگین و امثال آن هم، در کار بوده است. یک دیوانه صدای آمریکا هم، گیر داده که: بدل شخصیت های ایران را معرفی کند. احمق نمی داند بدل کاری برای قیلم ها و سریال ها است. والا اگر بدل کسی بهتر از خودش باشد، نیازی به خود او نیست! اصولا بدل برای برخی مواقع است، نه برای همیشه. البته در بین مردم زیاد به این حرفها گوش نمیدهند. تاسف در این است که مسئولین دهن بین ترند. آنها نمی دانند اگر هم گوش می دهند، به نمایندگی از ایران هست و: برای تحلیل محتوا است، نه این که همسو شوند و: حرفهای انها را باور کنند. و از ان بالاتر، در پخش آن هم کمک کنند. برجام نمونه این شیفتگی مسئولین است، که به کشور آمریکا و اروپا بها دادند! حرفهای ریز و درشت آنها را مهم کردند. در حالیکه اصلا نباید گوش می دادند، و آنها را در بایکوت خبری می گذاشتند. مثال مهم این امر موضوع دلار است. دلار در برابر همه ارزها، بی ارزش شده ولی در ایران، هر روز گرانتر و پربها تر می شود. چون مسئولین به حرفهای انها گوش می دهند، و آنها می گویند بمیر می میمرند. سفارتخانه های انها، زنان را به جشن ها دعوت می کنند، و با زنان ایرانی خوشگذرانی می کنند. در حالیکه همین کار را در فرانسه، یا دیگر کشورهایشان انجام دهند، به عنوان آزار جنسی دستگیر و زندانی می شوند. نه تنها در موضوع دلار و زن، دست آنها را باز گذاشته اند، بلکه در موضوع مالی وبانکها هم بی نصیب نیستند. بهره بانکی در همه دنیا، به سوی صفر میل می کند: بالاترین نرخ بهره 4درصد است. ولی این مسئولین بانکی می گویند: نرخ بهره باید بیشتر شود! حتی به 20درصد یا 40درصد هم قانع نیستند. قبلا بهانه تورم را داشتند، حالا که تورم کنترل شده بهانه دیگر می اورند. تمام روشهای تخریب دشمنان را، کسانی کار امد می کنند که: برای انها گوش مجانی هستند. در حالیکه همین ها حوصله گوش دادن: به درد دل مردم ایران را ندارند. صداو سیما را هم گوش نمی دهند، حتی اخبار خودشان را از مونیتورینگ سوال می کنند! که آیا پخش شده یا نه و چطور پخش شده. در مجموع باید گفت: با آل علی هرکه در افتد، ور افتاد. خیلی سعی می کنند که انقلاب را از بین ببرند. ولی مردم نمی گذارند. در دو جا خدا خنده اش می گیرد! یکجا که همه دست به دست هم می دهند، که فرد یا گروهی را نابود کنند، ولی خداوند آنها به انها عزت و احترام می دهد. یکی هم برعکس، همه مردم دست به دست هم می دهند تا: کسی را مهم و با شخصیت جلوه دهند، ولی خداوند او را زمین می زند. آمریکا و اسرائیل و آل سعود و دولتی ها! دست به دست هم داده اند، تا اسلام و آل علی را از بین ببرند، ولی حکومت سید ها، هر روز قوی و پر شوکت می شود.  در عراق خرج کردند تا عکس  مرجع دینی را پاره کنند، به قبر سید حکیم اهانت کردند! الان  که گردو خاک ها کنار رفته، مردم، در روشنایی ها زیرا پرچم آیت سید علی حسینی سیستانی جمع شده، و بر دشمنان سید ها لعنت می فرستند. از سید مقتدا صدر تا سید حکیم و: سید سیستانی. که هنوز گذرنامه ایرانی اش و استان را عوض نکرده است.

Don't be their free ear!

Some are just talking, and they want to hear for free, try not to listen to them for free. It is unfortunate that the authorities in the mouth are intercepted. They do not know if they are listening, they are representing Iran and: to analyze the content, not to align, and to believe their words. And above that, to help spread it. An example of this is the fascination of the officials, who paid for America and Europe! Small and big words made them important. While they were not supposed to listen, they were boycotted. An important example is the dollar. The dollar is devalued against all currencies, but in Iran, it is getting more expensive and more expensive. Because the authorities listen to their words, and they say they die. Their embassies invite women to the festivities and entertain Iranian women. While doing so in France, or other countries, they are arrested and imprisoned for sexual harassment.
