ایران سالیانه 120میلیارد دلار درآمد نفتی دارد

این سومین بار است که رئیس جمهور محترم، تاکید می کند که اگر نفت ایران صادر نشود، هیچ نفتی صادر نخواهد شد! و ما تنگه هرمز را می بندیم. با اینکه رهبر انقلاب و فرمانده کل قوا هم، از این سخنان حمایت کرده، ولی دشمنان فکر می کنند این یک بلوف یا یک شعار است! در حالیکه اینطور نیست. در دوران جنگ تحمیلی هم این حرف ها را می زدند. فرماندهان ایران برای اینکه موضوع اجرایی تر باشد، می گفتند فقط کافی است یک کشتی را از طول، در عرض تنگه هرمز غرق نماییم! دیگر هیچ کشتی نمی تواند از انجا عبور کند! و 60درصد اقتصادنفتی جهان و 90درصد تجارت بین المللی مختل می شوند! و آمریکا باعث می شود تا همه مردم دنیا، در این هوای سرد از بین بروند! در زمان ما که راحت تر شده است. نیروی دریایی قدرتمند ایران نیاز ندارد: کشتی غرق کند کافیست اخطار بدهد، تا کشتی ها نزدیک تنگه نشوند! آن وقت ناوهای آمریکایی مستقر در خلیج فارس هم به تله می افتند. کشتی های نفت کش هم بیکار می شوند. راه ساده تر هم اینکه: اصلا لازم نیست جنگی فکر کنیم! بلکه  با یک فرمول اقتصادی، از همین امروز می تواند بسته شود! مانند  باب المندب که بسته شد و: عربستان امکان انتقال نفت از انجا را ندارد. بعد از بسته شدن تنگه هرمز، تعرفه ای تعیین می شود و فقط: نفتکش هایی خق عبور دارند که عوارض داده باشند. عوارض عبور هم، با یک فرمول ساده محاسبه می شود: درآمد مورد انتظار ایران تقسیم بر میزان حمل بشکه نفت. توجیه اقتصادی این فرمول هم ساده است: ایران سالیانه 120میلیارد دلار درآمد نفتی دارد. هرچه این میزان درآمد، براثر تحریم نفتی کاهش یابد، باید از نفت های صادره دیگران اخذ شود، تا جبران گردد. طبیعتا با این روش، بستن تنگه هرمز یک امر نظامی هم تلقی نمی شود! مانند افزایش تعرفه آمریکا برعلیه چین منظور میشود. در واقع، تعرفه عوارض عبور هر کشتی ار تنگه هرمز، عبارت می شود از: رابطه میزان بشکه هرکشتی، با کسری درآمد ایران. اگر فرض کنیم که کل تولیدات کشورهای جنوبی خلیج فارس، 10میلیارد بشکه در سال باشد، و درآمد نفتی ایران 60میلیارد (نصف) شده باشد عوارض هر بشکه نفت 6دلار می شود. طبیعی است اگر تحریم نفتی انجام نشود، یا درآمد نفت ایران کاهش نیابد، عوارض هم صفر شده و مانند گذشته: عبور کشتی های نفت کش آزاد می شود. ناوهای گروگان هم رها می گردد. این امر با تاییدات الهی انجام می شود! زیرا در قران آمده که (فاعتدوا بمثل مااعتدا علیکم!) دشمنان را مجازات کنید، ولی به اندازه تعدی آنها به شما باشد، نه زیادتر و نه کمتر! و برای اثبات حقانیت جمهوری اسلامی، می بینیم دریا سالار و فرمانده نیروهای آمریکایی در خلیج فارس؛ در رختخواب خود می میرد. لذا در اینجا از سربازان آمریکایی، و حتی فرماندهان آنها در خلیج فارس می خواهیم که: خود را به جمهوری اسلامی تسلیم نمایند. زیرا اگر آنها در شرایط عدم درگیری تسلیم شوند، فوری آزاد می شوند تا هرجا که دلشان خواست بروند. ولی اگر در شرایط جنگی، دستگیر شوند برای مبادله استفاده می شوند! یا در زندانها بعنوان اسیر جنگی باقی می مانند. البته سربازان عربستانی یا بحرین هم مشمول این قانون می شوند. یعنی اگر تسلیم مردم خود بشوند، یا از پادگانها فرار کنند، انقلابیون آنها را می پذیرند. اما اگر در جنگ اسیر شوند، مانند اسرای جنگی آنها را وجه المعامله قرار می دهند! چنانچه الان شاهد هستیم الحوثی ها در یمن، دست برتر در مذاکره دارند! فقط برای اینکه اسیران جنگی بیشتری دارند. و جالب است که اسیران جنگی یمن، همه کشورهای ائتلاف سعودی را شامل می شود! که آل سعود به آنها خیانت می کند.

براثر صرفه جویی در آب و برق!

آیا زمین را آلوده نکنیم، یا آن را پاکسازی کنیم؟ البته سوال بسیار شبیه هم هست، شاید یکی است و تفاوتی با هم ندارد. ولی در سیاست گذاری محیط زیست انسانی، بسیار فرق دارد! یکی از آنها ناظر به حفظ محیط زیست از مبدا هست، و دیگری از معاد(انتها). سیاست های جهانی براثر اشتباه متفکران، به سراغ حفظ از مبدا رفته، و آن را تبلیغ می کنند. اما باید دانست که این اندیشه ناپاک، مقاومت در مقابل تغییرات و مبارزه با پیشرفت است. فرض کنید کلاغی صابونی را بخورد! آیا باید کلاغ را بکشیم، تا دیگر صابونی خورده نشود؟ و مردم صابون داشته باشند که نظافت کنند؟ یا به مردم بگوییم: برای اینکه مدفوع نداشته باشند، بهتر است اصلا غذا نخورند! این یعنی حفاظت از مبدا. معاون حمل و نقل شهرداری تهران یا وزارت راه ترابری هم، اعتقاد دارند که باید خودروهای  دودزا را از بین ببریم، تا هوا پاک شود. طبیعی است که این نظریه مورد قبول همه باشد! ولی نقطه انحرافی ان این است که: وسائل دودزا فقط خودرو نیست، باید شوفاژ خانه ها، موتور سیکلت و هرانچه: آثار صنعتی و تمدنی است، را از بین بریم تا آلودگی هوا نداشته باشیم. تازه آنگاه دچار گردوخاک در مناطق شهری! و ریزگردها در مناطق بیابانی می شویم، که خطرناک تر هست. (چون جاده ها لازم نیست اسفالت شوند). شاید وقتی اولین بار، مشاهده کردند که لایه اوزون سوراخ شده،  بجای دوختن آن! گفتند گازهای گلخانه ای را از بین ببرید. ولی این یک عقبگرد بود، لذا کسی آن را امضا نکرد، آنهایی هم که امضا کردند، عمل نکردند فقط پز حمایت از محیط زیست را دادند. این روش که از سوی دانشمندان بزرگ در اروپا! ارائه شد پایه همه تفکرات قرار گرفت. در واقع ارتجاع و بازگشت یا کهنه پرستی، لباس علم پوشید! مردم با ساخت راه آهن و کندن تونل، و هر نوع اقدام پیشرو مخالفت کردند: به بهانه سوراخ شدن لایه اوزون! در تهران برج سازی ازبین رفت، چون باغ های درختی را، تبدیل به باغ های اسکلتی از جنس: بتن یا آهن می کرد! جلوی کاشتن هندوانه را گرفتند، چون آب زیاد مصرف می کرد! نساجی را به باد دادند، که پنبه آن سی لیتر آب می بلعد! و رنگ های ان در طبیعت تجزیه نمی شود. اما همه اینها بهانه بود تا: واردات اضافه شود و مردم بگویند: چون تولید داخلی نیست یا کیفیت آن، ( براثر صرفه جویی در آب و برق!) بد است. بما گفتند که اگر در خلیج فارس یا دریای عمان، دستگاه آب شیرین کن بزنیم، دبی نمک، که دو درصد است به چهار درصد، یعنی دوبرابر می رسد! و برای محیط زیست خطرناک است. ولی همه این ها تله بوده تا عربستان این کار را بکند، بعد هم بگویند: عربستان از ایران پیشرفته تر است!(یادشان رفت که دبی نمک را چند برابر می کند) لذا باید دیدگاه عوض شود، پیشرفت ها بسرعت انجام پذیرد، محصولات تولید و به بازار عرضه شود. ضایعات آنها هم بازیافت شود. در واقع بازیافت پسماند، همان روش حقاظت از انتها است. هوا آلوده است؟ آلودگی ان را بگیرید! با فیلتر این کار را بکنید، و از حاصل این دودها در فیلتر، شمش های سرب تولید کنید. اگر آب شیرین کم است، آب شیرین کن مثل عربستان درست کنید، و به داخل مرزها بفرستید. برای نمک اضافی آن (پسماند) هم، صادرات نمک به کره داشته باشید! تا اینهمه در سریال هایشان، برای نمک آدم نکشند! اگر بیابان زایی است، تونل بزنید و آب دریاها را به کویر بکشید، نگویید اکوسیستم را به هم می زند! دریاچه های خشک شده را از دریاها پرکنید! وقتی قطر چاه 5هزار متری زده، نفت ایران را می دزد، یا روسیه چاه 12هزارمتری (تا 2010)می زند، و همه نفت و گاز و آبهای ما را می دزدد، مانباید بیش از 350متر؟

کنترل جمعیت و کاهش آن چه منافعی و چه ضرر هایی دارد؟ چرا تعدادی برای کاهش جمعیت کوشش کرده ،و در نهایت به جرم جاسوسی گرفتار می شوند. در برخی کشورها، جمعیت به پیری دچار شده، و جایگزینی از نسل نو ندارند. طبیعی است اگر این روال ادامه پیدا کند، نسل آن کشورها منقرض می شود. زیرا جمعیت پیر بزودی از دنیا می روند، و جایگزین ندارند. جامعه ژاپن و اروپا در چنین موقعیتی هستند. یعنی تا 33درصد جمعیت آنان، پیر و بازنشسته هستند. اگر امید به زندگی 75سال و سن بازنشستگی 60سال باشد، بطور متوسط پیران حدود 15 سال بدون کار کردن، از دولت حقوق می گیرند! اگر فرزندان نابالغ یا همسر داشته باشند، بعد از مرگ نیز مستمری برقرار است. میتوان گفت سی سال کار می کنند، و سی سال هم حقوق بازنشستگی می گیرند! و این امر اثر منفی در تولید ناخالص ملی دارد. زیرا بدون تولید کردن، مصرف می کنند! و این علاوه بر: هزینه های بهداشتی و درمانی آنها است، که بطور طبیعی با افزایش سن، میزان آن هم افزایش می یابد. با محاسبه تورم و آمثال آن میتوان گفت: حاصل عمر آنها برآیندی نزدیک به  صفر دارد! یعنی هر انچه پس انداز کرده یا حق بیمه داده اند، بعد از بازنشستگی حداقل یک برابر آن را مصرف می کنند، که برآیندش صفر می شود.از اثرات اقتصادی آن که بگذریم، نبودن نسل نو و کاهش تولید مثل، علاوه بر انقراض نسل ها، زیان های سیاسی زیادی دارد. مشاغل حساس یا مکان های حساس، براثر نبود جوانان به افراد غیر بومی داده می شود. و این امر خطر کودتا یا: تسخیر بدون خونریزی کشور را، از سوی گروههای پر جمعیت دیگر بالا می برد. مثلا در اروپا با وجود نابودی و انقراض نسل اروپایی، نسل رنگین پوستان و کله سیاهها، افزایش یافته و اکثر مراکز مهم را هم، در دست گرفته اند بطوریکه میتوان گفت: آینده اروپا در دست رنگین پوستان است، و جمعیت اصیل اروپایی، به زباله دان تاریخ سپرده می شوند. در ایران نیز، اغلب همسایگان دارای نرخ زاد و ولد بالا می باشند. و با صدور جمعیت به ایران، تقریبا ایرانی ها را کنار گذاشته اند. در مناطق سنی نشین، یارانه فرزند داده می شود! تا آنها تشویق به فرزنداوری بیشتری شوند، و ترکیب جمعیتی را معکوس نمایند. حضور 4میلیون افغانی در ایران، گرچه به عنوان مهمان هستند، ولی تاثیر آنها بر ترکیب جمعیتی را، نمی توان نادیده گرفت. قومیت های داخلی از قبیل لرها و کردها، ترک و عرب و بلوچ  و ترکمن هم، چون معمولا تابع قانون جمعیت نیستند، زاد و ولد بهتری دارند. فارس ها و مخصوصا جمعیت شیعه، که در کلانشهرها مستقر هستند، تحت تاثیر برنامه سابق کنترل جمعیت که: می گفت دوتا بچه کافیه، دچار انحطاط شده اند. 12میلیون جوان ازدواج نکرده، گرچه ممکن است معضل اجتماعی نباشد، ولی معضل جمعیتی هست: یعنی 6میلیون خانوار بدون فرزند! درصد خانواده هایی که براثر برنامه های: سری و مخوف کنترل جمعیت نازا شده، یا خود را عقیم کرده اند، یا آنهاییکه خودشان بچه نمی خواهند، را اگر به این جمعیت اضافه کنیم، حداقل ده میلیون خانوار بدون فرزند را رقم می زند!.روشهای مرموز آنها تشویق به عدم ازدواج، طلاق گرفتن بدون دلیل و غیره هست. راه حل هم، بازگشت به اصول اسلامی است. مثلا در اسلام گفته شده که: عقد دختر عمو وپسر عمو در آسمانها بسته می شود، ولی جاسوسان می گفتند ازدواج فامیلی، باعث افزایش معلولیتها می شود! آزمایش های قبل از ازدواج، همگی پرده دری  و حرام است، زیرا ترس از احتمال بیماری، آنان را افسرده و ضد ازدواج می کند. مهریه و جهیزیه ها هم باید سبک و بجز ایمان شرط دیگری نباشد.

فوت دریاسالار آمریکایی، همزمان با به آب انداختن ناوگان ایران، نشان می دهد ایران، به سلاح پیشرفته ای دست پیدا کرده که: میتواند دشمنان بزرگ را، با ساده ترین امکانات از میان بردارد. این سلاح همیشه مورد استفاده انبیاء الهی و اولیا خدا نیز بوده است، و در آیات قرانی نیز به آن تاکید شده! و آن ترس مرگ آور دشمن است. یعنی خداوند کاری می کند : تعداد مومنان و تسلیحات آنها، چنان بزرگ جلوه کند که دشمنان از ترس آن، سکته کرده و بمیرند. چنانچه با اقتدار ایران در نیروی هوایی، بوش پدر سکته کرد و با اقتداردر نیروی دریایی، فرمانده نیروهای آمریکایی: مستقر در بحرین نابود شد. در دفاع مقدس نیز، همین امر به کمک مردم می آمد. برای اثبات این موضوع کافی است بدانیم که: دشمن تاچه حد غدار بوده که: همه نیروهای همراه حضرت امام در پاریس را، یا خرید و همراه کرد و از آنها جاسوس بزرگی ساخت، یا اینکه آنها را با روش های پیچیده به شهادت رساند. وقتی امرای ارتش در اول انقلاب، بارها و بارها دست به کودتا زدند، دیدیم که فرمانده کل قوا(بنی صدر)، فرمانده نیروی دریایی(احمد مدنی ) امیر انتظام (سخنگوس دولت)، و خیل دولتمردان دیگر با آنها همراه بودند. اگر هم کسانی بودند که همراهی نمی کردند، مانند تیمسار فلاحی و شهید کلاهدوز و امثال ایشان، در هواپیمای بسیار ایمن سی 130آمریکایی هم، آنها را دچار سانحه می کردند. هنوز هم این روند ادامه دارد! ما شاهد دستگیری گسترده جاسوسان، از کارمندان سازمان ظاهرا غیر سیاسی سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست! و سازمان جمعیت کشوری هستیم،که به موقع نتوانستند فرار کنند! والا افرادی که با وجوه کلان اختلاس شده، فرار کردند از اینها بالاترند! حتی روسای جمهور گذشته(خاتمی)یا نخست وزیر(موسوی) هم، از این سیل جمعیت برکنار نبودند. اینها بخش داخل کشور بوده، ولی در خارج از کشور، و در مسائل بین المللی وضع از این هم سنگین تر است. می بینیم با اینکه همه دنیا و مسئولین، به قاتل بودن بن سلمان اعتراف می کنند، ولی در همایش گروه 20با او همدست، و او را تشویق کردند! فرانسه که در موضوع اشوبگران ایران، رئیس جمهور ایران را به خویشتن داری توصیه می کرد! الان در برابر کشتار مردم خودش، به دست خودش! هیچ ناراحتی ندارد و می گوید: این آشوب ها ربطی به مطالبات مردمی ندارد! رئیس جمهور روسیه که در خط مقاومت بوده! آل سعود را رسما به حضور می پذیرد، و قراردادهای زیادی  اوبا منعقد می کند. چین و روسیه به کشتار وسیع مسلمان ادامه می دهند، ایالت های مسلمان نشین همیشه در حالت نظامی هستند! آنها را مجبور به رفتارهای حرام، از قبیل کشف حجاب و روسپیگری، خوردن سوسک و مدفوع انسان مجبور می کنند. میانمار می گوید ما نمی خواهیم: حزب الله دیگری در شرق داشته باشیم! و مانند اسرائیل مسلمانها را از خانه خود یرون می کنند. یا آنها را دسته جمعی می کشند. نقاط بحرانی زیادی حتی دربین: مسلمانان ایجاد کرده اند. در پاراچنار پاکستان، هیچ شیعه ای حق زندگی ندارد! در لاچین ار منستان، همه باید مشروب بخورند و روسپیگری کنند، تا شیعه بودنشان مخفی بماند. هنوز هم در قرن مدعیان صلح! در اسپانیا و انگلیس و کشورهای اروپایی، کسی جرات نمی کند روسری سرکند! به عنوان یک نماد، همیشه مورد هجوم چماقداران رژیم های لیبرال هستند! مساجد آنها به آتش کشیده می شود. در عربستان و بحرین و امارات، شیعه بودن جرم سنگینی دارد! هرکس هفت شیعه را به قتل برساند، به بهشت می رود... اما خداوند اراده کرده که: مستضعفین را پیروز کند، زمین را برای انان باقی گذارد، تا وارث همه خوبی ها باشند. و با سلاح ترس همه دشمنان را نابود کند.

اهمیت علم الرجال

شناخت افرادی که اسلام را به ما رساندند،(علم الرجال و الانساب) یکی از علومی است که: در حوزه های علمیه اسلامی تدریس و تحقیق می شود. برخی ها اصلا نام آن را نشنیده، یا نمیدانند چیست. بسیاری هم فکر می کنند تخصصی است! و بقیه مردم نباید بدانند. در حالیکه شناخت خدا و انبیا و اولیا، توسط همین افراد یا رجال در ما ایجاد می شود. یعنی بقای اسلام در گرو این رجال و شناخت: اصل و نسب و سابقه آنها است. ما نهج البلاغه حضرت علی ع، را با قلم سید رضی می شناسیم! یا اهمیت عدالت محوری ایشان را با قلم جرج جرداق مسحی می فهمیم. حادثه غدیر را با قلم علامه امینی درک می کنیم. اگر زحمات طاقت فرسای ایشان نبود، غدیر هم مانند حوادث دیگر، یا کمتر از آنان حساب می شد. اهمیت قیام امام حسین ع، نقل شده از همین رجال است. زیرا امام حسین ع وظیفه خود را انجام داد. حضرت زینب هم برای رساندن پیام آن امام، زحمت زیاد کشید. ولی اگر مورخان و دانشمندان اسلامی(مقاتل نویسان) یا همان رجال  نبودند، کربلا حادثه همان سال محسوب! و بایگانی می شد. شان برخی دانشمندان چنان بالا است، که  خود ائمه به آنها کمک می دادند، که مطالبی را بنویسند و منتشر کنند. فقط مربوط به گذشته هم نیست. شهریار گرچه فقط یک شاعر بود، ولی صله شاعری خود را از دست: امام علی گرفت! آن هنگام که آیت الله نجفی مرعشی، وی را خواست و گفت شعرت را برایم بخوان. و او گفت تا بحال برای کسی نخوانده ام، شما از کجا خبردار شدی؟ امام خمینی در زمان ما از لحاظ مقامی، بسیار بالاتر از برخی امامزاده ها هستند. زیرا توانستند پیام اسلام را به دنیا برسانند. امروزه میلیاردها نفر، اسلام را از  کتب امام خمینی می خوانند، و یا از زبان رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی می شنوند. پیامبر اسلام هم فرمود: افراد آخر الزمان برادران من هستند، در حالیکه شما صحابه من هستید! صحابه پرسیدند: چرا آنها افضل هستند؟ فرمود چون شما مرا دیده اید! معجرات مرا می دانید، ولی آنها بدون دیدن من، ایمان می اورند! این موضوع کم اهمیت ندارد. زیرا علما ورثه انبیا هستند، و در زمان غیبت امام زما،ن وظیفه زنده نگهداشتن اسلام به عهده آنها است. ولایت فقیه در واقع همان: ولایت رسول الله است. زیرا همان اهمیتی که رسول خدا، در معرفی دین و زنده نگهداشتن نام ویاد خدا انجام می دهد، در زمان پس از رحلت ایشان، ابتدا به ائمه و بعد به انها می رسد. تفاوت شیعه با بقیه ادیان در همین است: آنها در گدشته باقی مانده اند! و هر حادثه را مربوط به گذشته، و زمان رسول خدا می دانند. اما شیعه با روش اجتهادی خود، در همه زمان ها زنده است. زنده بودن فرقه ها و ادیان دیگر هم، به شیعه وابسته است. زیرا ایستادگی شیعه برای زنده نگهداشتن: یاد و نام و دین خدا، آنها را هم مجبور به عکس العمل کرده، تا در دین خود دقت بیشتری کنند. والا باد مادی گرایی و کمونیزم، همه آنها را برده بود! افراد یا جمعیت هایی که مانند یزید، می گفتند نه وحی وجود داشته! و نه پیامبر بلکه قوم هاشم، برای ریاست خودش، اینها را درست کرده! اما عباس عموی پیامبر، بعنوان اولین رجل، که بسیاری از اخبار توسط ایشان نقل می شد، باعث شد اسلام بماند. ائمه اطهار و فرزندان آنها، از جمله کسانی هستند که: نسبت آنها باعث شده تا بیان آنها را، مردم بپذیرند و اسلام را منتقل کنند. این نوادگان پیامبر که به سادات، یا بنی الزهرا معروفند، در همه جای دنیا حضور دارند، و در اشاعه فرهنگ اسلامی کمک می کنند. بسیاری از انها برای حفظ اسناد و فرهنگ پیامبر، جان خود را از دست داده اند: که شهید اول یا شهید ثانی نمونه آنها است. امروز هم این رجال هستند، که حیات اسلام مدیون آنهاست.

در سیزدهمین همایش تعاون آسیا و اقیانوسیه، اشاره به یک کتابی نمودند که در آن، طرح بانک فقرا داده شده بود! معلوم نیست که آن کتاب قصد دارد تا پولهای: اندک فقرا را هم بگیرد، به یک پول بزرگ تبدیل کند و: بعد هم یکجا به کانادا بفرستد! یا به مردم وام بدهد، و پس نگیرد! البته اگر این طرح در قالب تعاونی باشد، و جمعی بر ان نظارت کنند، بهتر اداره خواهد شد. بخشی از این کار تعاون کشوری انجام می شود، که نام آن موسسات تعاونی اعتباری است. اما اصل موضوع نادیده گرفته شده، و حتی آن را غیرشرعی اعلام کرده! و با آن مبارزه می کنند. در حالیکه باید دولت یا وزارت تعاون ، فقط هدایتگر باشند و از دخالت، آنهم دخالت بیجا و مانع تراشی پرهیز نمایند. زیرا مردم ایران نزدیک به چهل سال است که: به عنوان صندوق های خانگی، یا تعاونی های اعتبار محلی، در حال توسعه تعاونی ها هستند. این تعاونی های اعتباری در سه مقطع تشکیل می شوند: مقطع اول قامیلی یا خانوادگی هست. هر پدر بزرگ یا مادر بزرگ در ایران، حداقل 60نفر را پیرامون خود دارد. که از فرزندان، نوه ها و نبیره ها و عروس ها و دامادها تشکیل می شوند. که همگی یک صندوق تشکیل داده، و در ان عضو هستند، تا در صورت نیاز، بدون مراجعه به خارج از فامیل، در بین خود مشکلات مالی را حل و فصل کنند. در مقطع بالاتر در هر محل، با مرکزیت مساجد یا هیات های مذهبی و تکایا، این کار صورت می گیرد. وام ها به صورت وام ضروی ،ازدواج وبیماری منحصر می شود، سقف آن یک عدد ثابتی نه چندان زیادی اعلام می باشد. در برخی از این ها، سقف وام سه برابر موجودی تعیین می شود، ولی در برخی جا مشروط به موجودی نیست، چون همدیگر را می شناسند، نیازی به اخذ ضمانت نامه ها هم نیست، لذا قرعه کشی می کنند یا: به ترتیب نوبت به همه وام می دهند. برخی مواقع این صندوق ها تخصصی تر هم هستند، مثلا  صندوق زنانه، یا بیماران خاص و امثال آن هم شکل می گیرند. در مقطع سوم ابتدا، سرمایه اولیه ای از سوی خیرین، یعنی کسانی که: انتظار بازگشت پول خود را ندارند! تهیه و با هماهنگی سازمان اقتصاد اسلامی، یا نیروی انتظامی اقدام به ثبت اولیه کرده، و بعنوان تعاونی مستقل اعتباری، راه اندازی و تاسیس می شود. چند تن از آنان بعنوان هیات امنا، این وجوه را به عنوان سرمایه اولیه ثبت کرده، و موجودیت صندوق را اعلام می کنند. بعد از این مرحله، اقدام به دریافت پس انداز های خرد( یا ثبت نام فقرا) می شود. هرکس با مقدار اندکی وجه، میتواند عضو شده، و در نوبت دریافت تسهیلات قرار می گیرند.  به وام ها تقسیمات جدیدی: از قبیل تعمیرات ساختمانی یا توانمند سازی اضافه  می شود. سقف آن هم معمولا سه برابر موجودی، در بازه زمانی چهار یا شش ماهه هست. برخی از این تعاونی ها، برای سرمایه در گردش هم، وام پرداخت می کنند و یا به عنوان دستمایه، (بجای سرمایه) بصورت بلاعوض، یا وام و یا مشارکتی مبلغی را تخصیص می دهند. و اگر اغراق نباشد در تحریم های بانکی و سودهای سرسام آور بانکها، فقط همین بخش است که اقتصاد را زنده و پویا کرده است. چون محدودیتی برای عضویت نیست، یک نفر میتواند در صندوق فامیلی، مسجد محل، انمن اسلامی صنف یا محل کارخودشان هم عضو شوند. لذا بیش از سه برابر:  80میلیون نفری جمعیت ایران،عضو این تعاونی ها هستند! ممکن است صندوق تعاون یا وزارت، آن را رقیب خود بدانند و اقدامی نکنند! یا غیر شرعی بدانند. ولی از همه مسئولین ایرانی در خواست داریم: برای به رسمیت شناختن این خیل عظیم جمعیت، حمایت لازم را داشته باشند. و چه خوب است که: این طرحها سازماندهی و: ثبت جهانی شوند

افراد برای ثروتمند شدن، به دنبال راه های گوناگون هستند! کتابهایی زیادی هم در این زمینه نوشته اند. اما راز اصلی آن هنوز فاش نشده است! یک نگاه به جغراقیای جهان نشان می دهد که: مناطق شیعه نشین دارای بالاترین معادن: نفت و گاز و ذخایر دیگر است. حاصلخیز ترین زمین ها را دارند، با مردمان زیبا روی و: قامت برکشیده و سالم. راز این را در قران می خوانیم: (وَلَوْ أَنَّ أَهْلَ الْقُرَی ءَامَنُواْ وَاتَّقَوْاْ لَفَتَحْنَا عَلَیْهِم بَرَکَتٍ مِّنَ السَّمَآءِ وَالْأَرْضِ) اگر اهالی کشوری ایمان بیاورند، و تقوا پیشه کنند، ما آماده ایم تا: برکات بیشتری به آنها بدهیم. پس راز ثروتمند شدن ایمان آوردن و: تقوا پیشه کردن است.  از انجا که بیشترین نعمتهای خدا، در سرزمین ایران است در می یابیم که: ایمان و تقوای مورد نظر خداوند در قران کریم، ایمان و تقوا از نوع ایرانیان است. که شاخصه مهم آن شیعه بودنشان است. البته ممکن است قطر با زدن چاه 5هزار متری! یا روسیه با چاه 12هزار متری، نفت ها و گازهای ایران را از زیر زمین دزدی کنند، یا آمریکا و اروپا با بلوکه کردن دارایی های ایران، خود را ثروتمند نشان دهند! اما نقشه های زیر زمینی، فرار آب و نفت از فلات ایران به: کشورهای پست منطقه اطراف، این را ثابت می کند. پس بنابر این باید شیعه شد تا ثروتمند شد. شخصی نزد امام جعفر صادق می آید و: سه بار از فقر خود شکایت می کند، ولی امام به او می فرماید تو ثروتمندی! عاقبت شخص با تعجب می گوید: من چه ثروتی دارم؟ می فرماید تو ولایت ما را داری. آن را به چه قیمتی میفروشی؟ شخص از جا برمی خیزد و می گوید: اگر همه مال دنیا را هم بدهند، من ولایت شما را نمی فروشم! بله شیعه راهبرد و رهبر دارد، لذا هیچگاه تنها و بی حامی نمی ماند، تا نگران باشد. یک مثال امروزی و مادی تر! فقیر ترین انسان ها، حاضر نیستند چشم یا قلب خود را بفروشند! با اینکه بالاترین قیمت به آنها پیشنهاد می دهند. بنابر این خود شناسی به انسان کمک می کند: تا خدا را بهتر بشناسد و از: نعمت های فراوانی که داده شکر گزاری کند. هیچگاه به نیمه خالی لیوان نمی نگرد. خداوند می فرماید: اگر کسی رابطه خود را با من اصلاح کند، من رابطه او را با خلق اصلاح می کنم! لذا می بینیم از خود شناسی به خدا شناسی، و بعد به مردم شناسی می رسیم. یعنی اگر انسان به منبع لایزالی متصل باشد، هیچگاه احساس تهی بودن نمی کند. او باید بداند که طرح های ذهنی اش، هدیه خداوند برای رزق او است. علت اینکه انسان برای رزق خود باید دعا کند، همین است که از خدا بخواهد: در ذهن او نوری وارد شود، تا او بتواند یکی از مشکلات بشری را حل کند، و از این راه در امد کسب نماید. زیرا علم نوری (جرقه) است که: از سوی خداوند در ذهن بشر ارسال می شود.(العلم نور یقذفه الله فی قلب مایشا) و بعد از همه اینها، مهم، نگهداری و یا درست مصرف کردن دارایی و درآمد است. چون مردم غیر شیعه، برنامه ای ندارند(ولایت ندارند)، درآمد های حاصله را دسترنج خودشان می دانند، و در هزینه کرد آن طبق نظر شخصی و: به صورت افراطی عمل می کنند. این است که ثروت آنها از بین می رود، یا به دست دیگران می افتد. اما شیعه با حلال و حرام روبرو است، و درآمد خود را با این الگوها تنظیم می کند. چون این الگوها را خدا تعیین کرده، روح و جسم انسان را به شکلی: سالم و زیبا رشد می دهد. شیعه مانند حضرت علی، از بازوی خود درآمد زیادی کسب می کند ولی، آن را بین فقرا تقسیم می کند، و خودش نان خشک می خورد! زیرا در مان بسیاری از بیماری ها نخوردن است! و از سوی دیگر در حفظ آن تا پای جان مقاومت می کند، مانند ملت ایران که نگذاشت یک وجب از خاکش کم شود. و در این مدت چهل سال، چه مقدار منابع نفت و گاز و معادن اضافه شد.

در حالیکه دنیای غرب برای پاده کردن دموکراسی، عراق و افغانستان و فلسطین و یمن وبحرین را به آتش می کشد! و مردم آنجا را قتل عام می کند، آقایان لیبرال های اسلامی می گویند: ایمان با شمشیر در قلب ها نفوذ نمی کند! باید به لیبرال ها  روزنامه های زنجیره ای یاد آور شد: که اگر ناآگاهانه جای قاتل و شهید را عوض می کنند، که بیدار شوند به ولایت الله برگردند! و اگر عمدا این اشتباهات را مرتکب می شوند، بدانند که از امریکا و اسرائیل چیزی به آنها نمی رسد! و بزودی محاکمات مردمی آغاز می شود و: دست خدا از آستین قضاوت مردمی بیرون می آید، و دروغگویان  ودگر گویان را به خاک مذلت می نشاند. قضاوت عمومی، مانند مسئولین جمهوری اسلامی نیست که: رودربایستی کنند و احترام این و آن را نگهدارند. مردم به سادگی می دانند : اینکه مسئولین ایران را به جنگ طلبی، یا شمشیر کشیدن برای مومن کردن  مردم متهم کنند، نه خدا راضی است نه ملت! خیلی از مسئولین اصلا با اسلام مشکل دارند! اگر شمشیر هم ببندند، برای نابودی اسلام است مانند: روسایی که اختلاس کردند، یا آنهاییکه حقوق های نجومی می گیرند. آنهایی هم که دلشان به حال اسلام می سوزد، شمشیری ندارند که بخواهند مردم را با آن مومن کنند. مانند آیت الله جنتی یا یزدی و مصباح دامات برکاتهم. شما که خود را به هاشمی نزدیک می دانید. ایشان هم کسی نبودند که: برای اسلام شمشیر بکشند، پس منظور شما کیست؟ لذا باید دانست تعریف صلح و جنگ، از نظر اسلام و غرب کاملا با هم تفاوت دارد. از نظر لیبرالیسم غرب! و غرب زده های پیرو آنان، اگر یک نفر مسیحی یا یهودی مسلمان شد، یا یک مسلمان معمولی ، انقلابی شد این یعنی جنگ شروع شده است! لذا می بینیم جنگ ایران و عراق، به همین دلیل آغاز شد. آنها دیدند که مردم عراق، به انقلاب ایران علاقمند شده اند. فکر کردند حمله کنند تا جلوی آن را بگیرند! این داستان همه لشکر کشی های آنان به : منطقه غرب آسیا و حتی دیگر جاها مانند: بوسنی هرزگوین یا مردم فرانسه و معترضان آمریکایی  و آفریقایی است. در حالی که از نظر اسلام، جنگ زمانی است که عده ای حمله کنند و: مردم بی دفاع را بکشند! لذا جنگ طلب واقعی دولت آمریکا و سهیونیزم و آل سعود است. ولی نعل وارونه می زنند و: با نفوذ در کمیته حقوق بشر سازمان ملل، بجای اینکه خود را محکوم کنند، ایران را محکوم می کنند. اخیرا که اره کشی بن سلمان رو شده، رسانه لیبرال ها اصلا صحبتی نمی کنند! و درعوض از قتل های زنجیره ای در ایران صحبت می کنند. تا موضوع را به فراموشی بسپارند. البته ایرانی ها هم بی تقصیر نیستند، به این لیبرال ها، چندان میدان دادند که: دیگر نمی توانند آنها را کنترل کنند. همینکه رئیس جمهور محترم، یک کلمه راجع به آمریکا انتقاد می کند، صدای همه آنها در می آید. یا وقتی اسرائیل را رژیم جعلی می داند، فرانسه و آلمان آن را توهین به خودشان تلقی می کنند! و به دنبال بهانه گیری برای برهم زدن برجام هستند. لذا ایران، باید قدم پیش بگذارد و خواستار انحلال: سازمان ملل فعلی و ایجاد سازمان ملل جدید باشد. زیرا تا کنون تحول در ان ایجاد نشده، و حق وتو همچنان در ان نهادینه است. و امکان موضع گیری صحیح را نمی دهد. اکنون زمان آن فرا رسیده زیرا در سازمان ملل، با اینکه آمریکا و اسرائیل تنها مانده اند، اما همچنان به زور گویی خود ادامه می دهند تا: ثابت کنند زور دونفر بیشتر از 200نفر است! و کشور نورسیده(ینگه دنیا)و یانکی ها، با کمک رژیم جعلی، با همه کشورها مقابله میکنند. همانطور که فلسطین محور وحدت مسلمانان است، محور وحدت همه کشورها در سازمان ملل هم هست. لذا باید از این پتانسیل استفاده کرد. واقدام نمود.
