خود را بدبخت نشان می دهند، تا از دولت بیشتر پول بگیرند

هنرمند و طنزپرداز متعهد، آقای ریوندی اجرایی دارد که نشان می دهد: برخی از ایرانی ها بد عادت شده، تا خودشان را بدبخت تر از همه نشان ندهند، ساکت نمی شوند: اگر به او بگویی من یکبار مرده بودم! می گوید اینکه چیزی نیست، من سه بار مرده بودم! به همین دلیل آنها وجود نفت را در ایران یک بدبختی می دانند! می گویند ای کاش ایران نفت نداشت. برخی ها هم که اینقدر جرات ندارند، می گویند اقتصاد منهای نفت! یعنی چشم خود را به نعمت خدادادی، که به ما ارزانی داشته ببندیم! و به بهانه آینده نگری آن را نفرین شده بدانیم! اگر خدا به ما نفت را داده، برای اینده ها هم چیزی خواهد داد. بدانید خدا آن موقع هم هست! لذا باید آن را مانند نعمت های دیگر قدر بدانیم، و برای این مردم خرج کنیم. این افراد دلسوز، در جای دیگر می گویند: مردم ایران در فشار هستند! اگر منظور این است که بیکارند، یا درآمد ندارند برای همین است که: شما مانع الرزق می شوید، و نمی گذارید نفت را به آنها یارانه بدهند! این یک بام و دوهوا، همه جا به دنبال آنان است. البته خودشان هم می دانند دروغ می گویند! ولی اصرار دارند این دروغ به نام آنها ثبت شود، نه به نام مصدق و دیگران. مثلا می گویند روستا ها خالی شده! در حالیکه قبل از انقلاب اسلامی، 6هزار روستا داشتیم والان 60هزار! یعنی ده برابر شده اند. روستاهای قبلی هم انقدر پر جمعیت شده، که سه هزاتای آن تبدیل به بخش و شهر شده اند! معلوم نیست منظور آنها چیست؟ همان تئوری بدبخت تر نشان دادن خودشان است! جالب است که همه روستاهای قبلی، داری بیمارستان و آب و برق و جاده شده اند! اگر روستاهای تازه ای بوجود آمده، باید مانند حاشیه نشینان شهرها، از این به بعد برایش فکری کرد. از همه مهمتر اینکه مردم روستاها، قبلا هم روستاها را خالی می کردند! ولی نام این کار ییلاق قشلاق بود. یعنی اکثرا دو مرکزیت داشتند. زمستانها به جاهای گرم و تابستانها، به جاهای خنک می رفتند. فرقش این بود که آن وقت، با الاغ و سگ و گوسفند این کار را می کردند، الان با ماشین های شاسی بلند: چینی و امریکایی و اروپایی! مرکز دوم آنها هم نه روستای عقب افتاده، که شهری مثل تهران است! مثلا در قزوین یا زنجان، ایلات قاقازان و چاموش گزک، مثل تمام ایلات ایرانی، برای رهایی از دود بخاری ها! و هوای آلوده شوفاژها! زمستان خود را به طارم علیا میرفتند، و در تابستان به کوهستان های: خنک طارم سفلی پناه می بردند. همه آنها در تهران منزل دارند، و در طارم هم، ویلا ساخته اند. ماهین یکی از روستاهای مهم آن(که حاج آقا ابوترابی سالها نماینده آن بودند)، در زمستان فقط 14 خانوار دارد! که آنهم جنبه نگهبانی محلی دارند، دستمزد می گیرند تا مواظب خانه ها و مراتع باشند. ولی در ایام محرم و تابستان، جمعیت آنجا از یک بخش هم بیشتر می شود. همه آنها هم اغلب زمین کشاورزی دارند، و ویلاهای زیبا ساخته اند. در ایام محرم کل آنها، سه وعده غذا را مهمان مسجد ماهین هستند! حالا چرا عده ای فقط نیمه خالی لیوان را می بینند، و می گویند روستاها خالی شده؟ همین اهالی ماهین، در سراسر ایران و خارج از ایران، در درون آمریکا هم، صاحب ملک و املاک، و مشاغل مهم هستند. چرا این نیمه لیوان را نمی بینند؟ البه چند تا حدس زده می شود: اول اینکه خود را بدبخت نشان می دهند، تا از دولت بیشتر پول بگیرند! یا امکانات بیشتری را جذب کنند. یا اینکه در بحث های کلامی کم نیاورند!(همانطور که ریوندی می گوید) روی دیگر این سکه هم هست. عده ای با این گریه وزاری ها،و دروغ پراکنی ها، می خواهند رزومه برای خودشان درست کنند! تا راحت تر بتوانند: پناهنده شوند! درواقع همان کارها را، با دولت های خارجی می کنند!

آمریکا و اروپا نه تنها کالایی ندارند که: به ایران بفروشند، بلکه پولی هم ندارند

سعدی شاعر معروف، قصه ای دارد که اشارت دارد بر اینکه: اگر تولید ملی را یاری کنیم، بهتر است تا واردات از چین و ماچین! (کهن جامه خویشتن پیراستن، به از جامه عاریت خواستن!) البته این قصه عارفانه برای همه قابل درک نیست! برخی ها ترجیح می دهند: لباس خود را از آمریکا بخرند! اگر آنها ندادند یا تحریم کردند،  میروند با انها برجام امضا می کنند، تا شاید بدهند! و عجز و لابه که: ما می خواهیم با شما دوست باشیم، به ما رحم کنید. وقتی که دیدند آبی گرم نشد، و برجام خط خطی و پاره شد، میروند کمی انطرف تر: به سراغ اروپا، اروپا هم آنها را چند ماهی سرگردان می کند، بعد ناگهان زیر میز می زند و بجای تضمین ، تحریم را با کلی حرف و حدیث اعطا می کنند. باز هم از رو نمی روند، به سراغ حریر ختن! می روند و می گویند: منتظر اروپا نمی مانیم، از هند و چین می خریم! ولی هنوز به مرحله اینهم نرسیدند، تا بدانند بازهم دماغ سوخته میشوند. چون وقتی اروپا نتوانست در مقابل آمریکا، کاری کند هند، روسیه و چین چه می توانند؟ با توجه به اینکه شمشیر تحریم، به آنها هم زخم زده است. در حالیکه باید بدانند: ثروت ودارایی های درونی ایران، تمام هیکل تحریم کنندگان را یکجا می خرد! از نظر واقعی، آنها از ترس همین قدرت خرید، ایران تحریم می کنند! یعنی اگر بازارهای خود را باز کنند، چیزی برای خودشان باقی نمی ماند. این رمز همان عرفان است. حافظ و دیگر شاعران و عرفا هم به آنها رسیده اند.:(سالها دل طلب جام جم از ما می کرد! آنچه خود داشت زبیگانه تمنا می کرد.)ولی این تازه به دوران رسیده ها، و تحصیلکرده های غربی، آن را درک نمی کنند! همانطور که اربابان و استادان آنها هم نمی فهمند. ایران در همین دوران تحریم، بزرگترین خریدار اجناس اروپایی و آمریکایی بوده است. و این پتانسیل را دشمن درک می کند: که اگر اجازه داده شود، همه را می بلعد. الان اقتصاد جهان در جایگاهی قرار ندارد که: دنبال بازاریابی باشد! بلکه دنبال منابع و مواد اولیه است، تا نیازهای خود را تامین کند. شاید در زمان 1940 بعلت تولید انبوه، نیاز به تبلیغ: مصرف بیشتر بود. اما الان برعکس است. به دو دلیل: اول اینکه در ان موقع، آمریکا و اروپا با استعمار جهان، مواد اولیه رایگان در اختیار داشتند. دوم اینکه کارگران هنوز اتحادیه یا سندیکایی نداشتند، لذا دستمزدها هم شبیه رایگان بود. لذا بسرعت کالاها تولید و انباشته می شد. و برای مصرف آن نیاز به بازار بود. که در ان موقع فروش اقساطی، یا پیش فروش با تسهیلات زیاد باب شد. هزینه های زیادی برای تبلغات داده شد، تا مردم به مصرف بیشتر روی بیاورند.علم بازار یابی رونق پیدا کرد. یقه سفید های بازاریاب، نسخه اصلی تمدن (یا استعمار) غرب شدند. اما در اثر مصرف زیاد، بازار اشباع شد. مخصوصا در امر مسکن، متقاضیان قادر به پرداخت اقساط نشدند. مسکن های واگذاری یکی پس از دیگری، مصادره شده و به موجودی اضافه شد، عرضه ارتقا پیدا کرد. درحالیکه بطور معکوس، تقاضا کاهش می یافت. به همین جهت الان آمریکا، ترکیه و کشورهای باصطلاح آزاد تجاری، ترجیح می دهند مسکن(یا هرکالای دیگری را) به ایرانی ها بفروشند. و اگر رفتار پولی (سویفت) باز شود، ایرانی ها تمام املاک و کالاها را خواهند خرید. وجود مالکیت بسیار زیاد ایرانی ها در این کشورها روشن است. ایرانی ها پول فراوان دارند( حجم نقدینگی بسیار زیاد است). که فقط صدور نقدینگی چاره ساز ان است. لیبرال های ایرانی نمی دانند: کلیه اموال ایران در امریکا و اروپا، اول پیشخور شده بعدا بلوکه گردیده! یعنی آمریکا و اروپا نه تنها کالایی ندارند که: به ایران بفروشند، بلکه پولی هم ندارند که: طلب ایران را پس بدهند.

کاهش مصرف آب در کشاورزی، صنایع و خدمات!

 کشاورزی حدود 70درصد منابع آبی را مصرف می کند، صنعت نیز تقریبا 27درصد منابع آبی را در گرو خود دارد، 3درصد باقی مصارف نوشیدنی نیز، به دو بخش مصارف خدماتی! و مصارف تغذیه ای تقسیم می شود. به نظر می رسد که فقط یک درصد آبها، صرف شرب می شود، و 99درصد آبها چندان ضروری نیست، و میتواند جایگزین داشته باشد. جایگزین آب مصرفی کشاورزی، صنعتی و خدماتی هرچقد گران هم باشد، برابر هزینه تحمیلی جنگ آب، رقم زیادی نخواهند بود.لذا بررسی راههای کاهش مصرف آب، یا تهیه الگوی مصرف آب بصورت بومی، لازمه برنامه ریزی مدیریت منابع آب کشور است. رئیس جمهور اعلام کرده که: کمبود منابع آبی خطرناک است.  مدیرآبفای خراسان هم در همایش مشهد، آن را بیان کرد! اما باید گفت به چند دلیل این حرفها ناصحیح است. اول اینکه اگر از زبان رئیس جمهور باشد، زمینه سازی برای انتقال آب دریای مازندران، به استان سمنان است. دوم اینکه اگر از زبان مسئولین بخش آب باشد، برای گرفتن بودجه بیشتر است! یعنی آنها بحران آب را داغ می کنند، تا بتوانند حمایت و بودجه بیشتری بگیرند. اگر از زبان عوامل محیط زیستی باشد که، آنها برای خوش رقصی بیگانگان و: بدبخت نشان دادن ملت، هرکاری از دستشان بیاید می کنند! بقیه کسانی هستند که بخاطر مهاجرت، عقاید ناباب پیدا کرده اند! مثلا اهل شمال به تهران رفته، تهرانی به یزد، یزدی به سیستان و بلوچستان! طبیعی است که این افراد، احساس بیچارگی و بحران آب را داشته باشند! زیرا کسی که در شمال بوده و بارش :باران صد میلیمتری دیده، باران 20میلیمتری تهران، به نظرش قحطی می رسد، و به همین قیاس بقیه! لذا اگر تخقیق بومی واقعی باشد، اصلا کمبود آب وجود ندارد. و بحران سازی از آن، خیانت به آینده کشور است. برای بومی سازی باید: اولا آب را صادر نکرد! دوما در صنایع برای خنک کنندگی استفاده نشود.( مثلا از گاز فلور یا آرگون و به روش یخچالی، خنک شوندگی را توسعه دهند) سوما در کارهای خداماتی، مخصوصا شستشوی ماشین (کارواش)، بنایی و غیره از آب تصفیه شده استفاده نشود. در کارواش میتوان بجای آب، از حلال های مایع و گازی استفاده شود. اما در مورد صادرات آب، روش  دزدی،  قاچاقی قانونی و طبیعی در جریان است! دزدی آن است که همسایه ها، حقابه ایران را نمی دهند! قاچاقی آن است که بخاطر ارزش افزوده بالا، و سودهای باد آورده آبهای مصرفی مردم، توسط سودجویان به کشورهای همسایه فرستاده می شود. راه قانونی هم آن است که: به بهانه صادرات غیرنفتی، آب را صادر کنیم، تا درآمد ارزی بالا رود! این راه مانند بقیه راهها، دوطریق مخفی و علنی دارد! علنی ان است که آب را بصورت: بطری صادر کنیم. ولی مخفی آن است که میوه و سبزیجاتی که: مصرف آب بالایی دارند، برای صادرات کاشته شوند! و اما طبیعی آن، بصورت مهاجرت آبهای زیر زمینی است. زیرا سلسله کوههای زاگرس، از سیرجان تا سنندج دولایه بوده، و برفهای ذوب شده دره میانی آن، راه خروج ندارد و به زمین فرومی رود. و از طریق  سفره های زیر زمینی، بصورت چشمه های آب شیرین، به خلیج فارس یا دریای عمان می ریزد. و یا در کشورهای همسایه منبع خرمی می شود: مانند قطیف و کویت و امارات و دبی و شارجه. از طرف دیگر طبق قانون ترمودینامیک، پایین آوردن حرارت ماشینهای صنعتی، معضل بزرگی است که غالب آنها از طریق مصرف آب انجام می شود. که باید دانشمندان ما راههای دیگری پیدا کنند. بنده 6راه را به همایش و جشنواره فولاد ایران، در برج میلاد دادم. ازقبیل استفاده از گاز فلور. و تجزیه عوامل گرما.

علیرغم رشادت های: مردان ایران در میدان های مبارزه با ظالمان، شاهد پیروزی قطعی آنان نبودیم! کودتا ها، خیانت ها و انشعاب ها، امان مردم را بریده بود،  تا اینکه زنها آنهم با حجاب اسلامی، در روز 17دی 1356 به میدان آمدند و: کار را تمام کردند! تا قبل از ان قیام مردم گیلان و: جمهوری اسلامی میرزا کوچک خان، با خیانت خالو قربان کمو نیست، از بین رفت. مشروطه خواهان با اعدام شیخ فضل الله نوری، خانه نشین شدند. قیام سی تیر به کودتای 28مرداد انجامید! 15خرداد هم به حاکمیت ساواک و مزدوران: خود فروخته جبهه ملی و حزب توده رسید. اما وقتی زنان به میدان آمدند، دیگر کار تمام و پیروزی  انقلاب اسلامی امضا شد! زیرا آنها به دنبال گروه بازی و دسته بندی و این کار ها نبودند. انتخاب روز 17دی که روز کشف حجاب، با سرنیزه رضاخانی بود، آنهم در یک تظاهرات منسجم  و سراسری، با حجاب و چادر، فقط یک پیام را داشت: ما خواهان اسلام و حکومت قران هستیم. و هیچ گروه یا حزبی را هم نمی شناسیم! حرکت عمومی و یکپارچه، با پرچم حجاب اسلامی، خط بطلانی بود بر روی تمام: سیاست بازی ها، حزب گرایی ها و دسته بندی ها.  امام خمینی هم بارها این پیشتازی زنان را تذکر داد، و از انان قدر دانی کرد.( زنان ایرانی به خاطر: ادب اسلامی که داشتند، چادر را انتخاب کردند!) اکنون نیز زمان میدان داری: زنان اروپا و آمریکا است. فقط زنها می توانند از گروه بازی ها، سیاست کشی ها و وقت کشی ها، جلو گیری کنند و پیروزی قیام مردم را، در جهان تضمین نمایند. جلیقه زردهای فرانسه هم بدانند: تا زنان به میدان نیایند، کاری از دست آنها برنمی آید. زنان فرانسه هم نشان دادند: با انتخاب روسری فلسطینی، به نماد مقاومت اسلامی اشاره دارند. باید که همه زنان جهان، بدون گرایش های حزبی و گروهی، به میدان بیایند و فقط: شعار مبارزه با فساد حاکمان را سر بدهند. اگر زنان فرانسه بخواهند: مانند مردانشان سوسیالیست باشند، یا زنان آمریکایی بخواهند با عقاید لیبرالی، به میدان بیایند قطعا نتیجه ای نمی گیرند. اگر این مکتب ها و عقاید من درآوردی، میتوانست راه گشا باشد، که کسی اعتراض نمی کرد! در حالی که مردم سالها است: دست به اعتراض می زنند! بهتر است یکبار بنشینند و حرفهای خود را یکی کنند. زنان در این کار پیشقدم شوند، و با الهام از زنان ایرانی، برای همیشه لیبرالیزم و صهیونیزم و ارتجاع را، به زباله دان تاریخ بفرستند. خداوند هم به آنان کمک خواهد کرد، زیرا مردم با ایمان را دوست دارد. اگر دشمن نمی گذارد، تا همه مردم دنیا زیر پرچم توحید و یکتا پرستی جمع شوند، برای همین است که از محضر خدا دور باشند! و به کمک های خداوندی اعتنا نکنند. در حالیکه خداوند همه آنها را دوست دارد. قول داده است که مستضعفان را بر مستکبران پیروز گرداند. بارها در قران و دیگر کتاب آسمانی، آمده است که وارثان واقعی زمین، افراد با ایمان و نیکوکار هستند. و چه کسانی نیکوکار تر از: مبارزان برعلیه فساد و خودکامگی؟ در روایات داریم که بهترین جمله نزد خداوند، جمله ای است که فرد مظلومی، در مقابل ظالم بگوید! اطمینان داشته باشید: همه آنهایی که به خیابان آمده اند، نزد خداوند عزیر هستند، و خداوند آنها را می بیند، و صدایشان را می شنود. اگر ضرری بر آنها برسد، چند برابر آن ضرر به ظالمان می رسد. در حالیکه ضرر آنها را خداوند جبران می کند، ولی ضرر ظالمان برای همیشه خواهد بود. و غیر قابل جبران است. (خسرالدنیا و الاخره) پس نعمت های خداوند، برای کسانی است که در راه خدا جهاد کنند، و با دشمنان بشریت سازش نکنند. درود خدا بر زنان مبارزه فرانسه، و همه زن های پیوسته و وابسته.

با ایجاد مشکلات اداری، گرانی و احتکار سعی داشتند: مردم را به سوی تسلیم شدن روانه کنند

امپریالیزم خبری با هزینه های صهیونیزم و ارتجاع، چهل سال است که به یک سوژه دور از ذهن، دست آویخته اند تا واقعیتهای جهانی را انکار کند. لایه سنگینی از این سوژه در جهان ایجاد کرده، که راه نفوذ خقیقت را بسته باشد. آبتدا نام این جریان اسلام ستیزی بود. با تبلیغ اینکه اسلام دین شمشیر است، احکام آن خشن و ضد انسانی بوده، اعدام و قطع دست و دیه های گوناگون دارد، سعی داشتند با انقلاب اسلامی که در ایران اتفاق افتاده بود، و یک حقیقت میلیونی محسوب می شد، مقابله کنند. چنان تبلیغ می کردند که یک میلیارد مسلمان، اصلا دیده نشود و فقط چند بلندگو، با شعار حقوق بشر شنیده می شد. حقوق بشری که هیچ جا اجرا نمی شد! و یک ایدئالیسم مطلق بود، ولی چماقی شده بود تا: اسلامی را که حداقل یک میلیارد پیرو و: یک میلیارد هم هوادار داشت، از میدان به در کند. چنان آن دروغ (حقوق بشر) بزرگ بود که، واقعی می نمود و این واقعیت بزرگ، یعنی اسلام دروغ معرفی می شد. دو دهه جهان را به این دروغ های شاخدار مشغول کردند. ولی لایه اوزون آنها، سوراخ شد و کوه تبلیغات آن ها، تبدیل به کاه زباله دانی گردید. مسلمانان بیدار شدند و حتی تند تر از ایران، به اسلام گرویدند و طالبان وامثال آن ایجاد شد. قطب بزرگ ضد اسلام یعنی: کمونیزم بین المللی دچار فروپاشی گردید، و همه مردم دنیا خواستار حکومت اسلامی شدند! معلوم شد دزدان ناشی، به کاهدان زده اند. و در مقابل اراده خداوندی، اراده خود را بسیار بزرگ تصور نمودند. خداوند نور خود را در دلها روشن کرد، تا نور انها را خاموش شود. اما شیطان نخواست که به تنهایی: سقوط کند و نابود شود، لذا دست خود را دراز کرد، و هرچه در اطرافش را گرفت، تا نجات پیدا کند! ولی آنها را هم با خود به سقوط کشاند! این بار مسلمانان تندرو را، با خود یار کرد و به جان اسلام انداخت. حربه ای ساختند تا از این شکاف استفاده کنند! برای این کار سناریویی لازم بود! و واقعه 11سپتامبر، این را در اختیار آنها گذاشت. دیگر کاری از ضد اسلام: مانند کمونیزم و لیبرالیزم ساخته نبود. لذا این بار اسلام آمریکایی در مقابل اسلام ناب محمدی  قرار دادند. ترس فروپاشی شرق، یا همان کمونیزم بین المللی، در جان آمریکا ریخت. آنها این بار کاسه از آش داعتر شدند. آمریکا و عربستان و اسرائیل حامی اسلام شدند، و ایران را به ضد اسلام منتسب کردند. امپریالیزم خبری که خیلی زود، مقالات، اخبار و تحلیل های ضد اسلامی را فراموش کرده بود، این بار داعیه ایجاد حکومت اسلامی، در عراق و شام را پیشه خود کرد. حکومت اسلامی را بوجود آورد که: ریش تراشیدن بزرگترین جرم آن شد، و لباس لی پوشیدن جواز قتل و غارت. ایران را هم به این اسلام فراخواند! وقتی ایران جواب منفی داد، به سوی فتح ایران اعزام شدند! تا نزدیکی های ایران یعنی کردستان عراق، استان دیالی و بعداد آمدند. تا ایران را برای قبول اسلام، زیر فشار قرار دهند! زیرا فقط در دنیا یک گروه ، آنهم ایرانی ها کافر محسوب می شدند! اسرائیل و آمریکا و عربستان، مهد اسلام شده بودند. زیرا به آنها کمک مالی می کردند، سلاح و مهمات هم می دادند. دو دهه هم اینطور ماشین جنگی تبلیغات را اداره کردند. البته همانطور که در دوران دفاع مقدس، حاسوسانی بودند که عملیات را، لو می دادند و باعث کشته شدن 200هزار شهید گردیدند. در این دوران هم، در جبهه داخلی کسانی بودند که، آب به اسیاب دشمن می ریختند! لیبرال هایی که در دولت هم نفوذ داشتند، با ایجاد مشکلات اداری، گرانی و احتکار سعی داشتند: مردم را به سوی تسلیم شدن روانه کنند. اما مردم ایستادند. و امروز پایان دو دهه دوم ضد انقلاب و استکبار جهانی، و آغاز چهلمین سال انقلاب اسلامی را، جشن می گیرند.

اولین کار کشاورزی بود

درس دادن و درس خواندن، اولین تکلیف اجتماعی انسان است.هر کودکی به محض رشد کافی، از محیط خانه خارج شدن را یاد بگیرد، اولین جایی که به تنهایی قدم می گذارد، مدرسه است. که ارتباط نزدیکی با محیط خانواده و فضای تربیتی آن دارد. اما آیا این تجربه به سادگی به دست آمده؟ یا تاریخی بزرگ و پرتلاش را پشت سر گذاشته است؟ اولین بار در کجا و با چه شرایطی آغاز شد. ارسطو را معلم اول می دانند. فارابی معلم دوم و میرداماد معلم سوم لقب دارد، ولی اینطور نیست! به گفته امام خمینی معلمی، شغل انبیا بوده است. و به گفته قران، اول معلم خدا است.(خلق الانسان علمه البیان) بنابر این باید تاریخ علوم تربیتی را، از نو بنویسیم! تا حقی از کسی پایمال نشود. وقتی در قران می خوانیم که: خداوند همه اسما را به حضرت آدم یاد داد، یعنی معلمی کامل و مهربان بوده است. چرا باید آن را انکار کنیم؟ یا در نظر نگیریم. و شاگرد بسیار خوب، یعنی حضرت آدم را افسانه بدانیم؟ در حالیکه او با این علوم کامل، بهترین استاد برای شاگردان بعدی خود شد. جالب است بدانیم علوم نظری را خداوند، در بهشت به انسان یاد داد. اسما یا نامها، نمادی از تئوری ها و شناخت شناسی های: فلسفی و فکری است که کل گرایی را در خود دارد. زیرا در بهشت، انسان به عملگرایی نیازی نداشت! یعنی کاری نبود که انجام دهد! بلکه بر عکس یک کار را می بایست: انجام ندهد! و آن اینکه گندم نخورد! ولی در این یک عمل هم شکست خورد! و از بهشت بیرون رانده شد. در روی زمین بود که خداوند، کارهای یدی یا عملگرایی را، به او یاد داد. اولین کار کشاورزی بود! آدم گریه طولانی کرد تا خدا او را ببخشد، وقتی خدا او را بخشید، از خوشحالی سربلند کرد و دید: از محل جاری شدن اشکهایش، گیاه روییده! و خداوند به او گفت: دانه های انها را حفظ کند و: دوباره بکارد وآنها آبیاری نماید. تا اینجا آموزش به صورت آنالوگ بود. یعنی فقط خدا آموزش می داد. ولی بعدا به حضرت آدم دعا کردن را یاد داد، تا دیالوگ آغاز شود و دوطرفه باشد.  تا زمان حضرت ادریس، روش دیالوگ ادامه داشت، تا اینکه حضرت ادریس با روش جدیدی، جهان را شگفت زده کرد! همانطور که از اسم ایشان بر می اید، کلاس تشکیل داد و درس را با حضور چند نفر آغاز کزد. وی با دریافت وحی (دیالوگ با خداوند) روش لباس دوزی و برخی صنایع دیگر را هم، آموزش می داد. اما آموزش مکتوب از زمان حضرت داود، و با زبور داود آغاز می شود. و نوشتن بر روی چوب و اشیا دیگر، باب می شود. مخالفان هم بیکار نمی نشینند! نوشتن  را سحر و جادو، و آموزش پیامبران را افسانه می خوانند، و مردم را از آان می ترسانند! برخی افراد متفکر هم، به این روند کمک می کنند: ذیمقراطیس در یونان، به دلیل دوری از میانرودان، از روش های تربیتی الهی تقلید ناشیانه میکند: برای روش آنالوگ در غارها به تمرین می پردازد! اقلاطون به روش دیالوگ کار را شروع میکند. اغلب  فقط یک شاگر در کلاس خود داشت. ارسطو به روش کلاس داری یا آکادمی روی آورد، ولی چندان شاگردانی نداشت. اقلاطون به تقلید از حضرت ابراهیم، با هنر و صنایع دستی (بت سازی) مخالف بود! ولی ارسطو آن را اصلاح کرد، از هنر هم دفاع می نمود. شاگردان او سعی کردند به روش داود ع  برایش کتاب هم بنویسند! ولی نقل قول های او را به یاد نمی اوردند، لذا از خودشان می نوشتند و بنام ارسطو یا افلاطون منتشر کردند. این روش تا زمان ما ادامه دارد: یعنی دانشمندان ایرانی یا اروپایی هم، برای مقبولیت نظریات خودشان، آن را به نظریات افلاطون و ارسطو متصل می کنند! در حالیکه دانش و هنر بیش از 15هزار سال سابقه  دارد، ارسطو و افلاطون سبد! چیدن این میوه ها است.

قانون اساسی در هر کشوری بسیار مهم است. موجب نظم و انسجام آن جامعه شده، و باعث قانونمندی در رفتار اجتماعی و فردی انسان میگردد. از جمله قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، که با وجود گذشت 40سال از تصویب آن، فقط یکبار بازنگری شده است. البته قانون اساسی ایران، محصول نهایی تمام قوانین اساسی موجود در جهان بوده! زیرا هریک از افراد دریکی از این قانون ها، تبحر داشته نظرات خود را اعمال کرده است. گفته میشود بیشترین تاثیر را، از قانون اساسی فرانسه دارد. ولی قانون اساسی امریکا، یا دیگر کشورها هم دور از ذهن نبوده. اگر این آخرین قانون اساسی باشد، اولین قانون اساسی برای کدام کشوراست؟ شاید قویترین حدس به منشور حقوق بشر سازمان ملل، یا قانون اساسی کشور فرانسه باشد، که خوشبختانه در هردو آنها، جای پای ایران و تمدن بزرگ ایرانی، بعنوان منشا تدوین آنها وجود دارد. برای تدوین حقوق بشر، از کتیبه داریوش و منشور کورش بزرگ، نام برده می شود. که به همین مناسبت سالها این کتیبه، در اختیار موزه های امریکا بوده، و اخیرا یکی از انها به ایران مسترد شده است. علاوه بر ان در منشور حقوق بشر، از شعر سعدی برای نشان دادن برابری همه انسانها، استفاده شده و این شعر، زینت بخش سازمان ملل می باشد. دکتر سیاسی و دیگران از ایران، در تدوین آن نقش داشته اند. اگر قانون اساسی فرانسه را هم در نظر بگیریم، از روح القوانین منتسکیو بهره برده است. انقلاب فرانسه را براساس آن ارزیابی می کنند. و این کتاب براساس تخقیقات منتسکیو، در منابع ایرانی و اسلامی تهیه گردیده است. دو ایرانی نامه هایی که به منتسکیو می نویسند، او را با حقوق اساسی و مبارزه با برده داری آشنامی کنند. زیرا در ایران هیچگاه برده داری نبوده، و از سنگ نوشته ها و نقاشی های دیواره ای: مانده از زمان هخامنشیان برمی آید که: همه حقوق مساوی داشته اند. البته این را مدیون قانون حمورابی می دانند! اما قانون همورابی یا در واقع همه رابی، یک قانونی در باره برابری انسانها است، که در منطقه لرستان ایران ثبت شد. و به زبان لری بوده، ولی اشتباها با تغییر ه فارسی به ح عربی، خواسته اند از اصالت آن بکاهند.(حمورابی – همه را بی) مانند اینکه اهواز فارسی را، الاحواز یا آبادان فارسی را عبادان می نوشتند. اما موضوع جالب تر می شود اگر بدانیم با تغییر نوشتار یا لهجه گفتاری، نمی توان آن را مصادره کرد! مانند کلمه برادر که در انگلیسی و فارسی، یکی است ولی با کمی تغییر در نوشتار و لهجه، خواسته اند آن را مصادره کنند! از این نوع کلمات بسیار است. به همین دلیل اولین قانون اساسی، برای فرانسه یا آمریکا، حتی برای چین هم نیست! زیرا مائو دانشنامه خود را، در مورد حقوق اسلامی تالیف کرده، و به آن کاملا آشنا بوده است. قانون همه را بی یا منشور: حقوق داریوش یا کتیبه معروف به کورش هم، اولین قانون اساسی نیست. زیرا همه آنها برداشت از قانون الهی زمان خودشان بوده است. تورات حضرت موسی یا زبور حضرت داوود، انجیل مسیح قانون های اساسی  زمان خود بودند! اما مانند میکل آنژ که گفته بود: من نمی توانم مثل ایرانی ها، با آن ظرافت کلیساها را رنگ آمیز و نقاشی کنم، ناچار با اقتباس برخی از انها، به بک جمعبندی رسیده و: خود را مبتکر آن معرفی کرده. اگر بحث تکاملی هم در بین باشد، قران کریم به عنوان دستور جامع زندگی: فردی و اجتماعی در اولویت است. اما دشمنان بخشی از ان را انتخاب کرده، بنام خود منتشر می کنند! کسانی که گفتار خود را بنام خدا منتشر می کنند، یا گفتار خدا را بنام خودشان. تورات و انجیل مجموعه ای است از: گفتار افراد(اسرائیلیلات) بنام خدا، در حالیکه قران دست نخورده باقی مانده است.

پارادایم شایسته سالاری

سالها است که همه دانشمندان علوم اداری و مدیریت، صحبت از شایسته سالاری می کنند. ارزیابی ها و روند آموزش ها، همه می کوشند تا شایسته ها انتخاب و منصوب شوند. ولی در هیچ کجای جهان این کار اتفاق نیافتاده است. زیرا نظام شایسته سالاری، از سوی هر کسی به گونه ای تعریف و اجرا شده! مثلا در وزارت نفت اگر کسی 55سال کمتر داشته باشد، مدیرکل و یا وزیر و معاون وزیر نمی تواند باشد! با توجه به اینکه اولین و بزرگترین: شرکت آنگلیسی آمریکایی می باشد، و همه الگوهای آنها را قبل از خودشان، در ایران اجرا می کند، میتوان حدس زد شایسته سالاری، از نظر آنان یعنی اینکه کسی پایه کارمندی، یا رتبه اداری او به میزان بالایی رسیده باشد. در حالیکه به قول یکی از اساتید در: همایش مدیران اینده: چهل سالگی اوج تجربه و قدرت انسان است، و پیامبر ما در سن چهل سالگی مبعوث شد! اگر همه دنیا هم جمع شوند، نمی توانند این قانون را در وزارت نفت یا: در وزارت کشور و آموزش و پرورش تعویض کنند! زیرا امروزه دنیا به این نتیجه رسیده که: باید از نیروهای جوان استفاده کرد. و معلوم نیست دنیای وزارت نفت کجاست؟ و از چه کسی دستور می گیرد. و این پارادایم شایسته سالاری کی حل خواهد شد. واحد های عریض و طویل ارزیابی، راه خود را می روند و واحد های: انتصابات و گزینش کارکنان و مدیران هم، راه خود را! و مانند دو خط موازی، هرگز به همدیگر نمی رسند! و همدیگر را قطع نمی کنند. در حالیکه به هر استنادی، باید این دو یکی شوند. اگر در اسلام مطالعه کنیم می بینیم: جوان 25 ساله رهبر امت اسلامی می شود! 28ساله هم داریم که: امام معصوم شده است. و امام خمینی هم فرمود: رهبر ما آن طفل 13ساله است! پیامبر اسلام هم در جنگ تبوک، فرمانده بسیار جوانی را بجای خود، منصوب نمود. در ادیان دیگر از این هم بهتر است! عیسی مسیح در قنداقه، به رهبری جهان منصوب شد!(انی عبدالله آتانی الکتاب و جعلنی نبیا) بنابر این در مذهب و ادیان الهی، در رهبری و مدیریت جهان، سن و سال مطرح نیست. بلکه شایستگی مطرح است. معصومیت و تقوا مهمترین آن است. زیرا رهبر با نفوذ خود، می تواند همه چیز را به نفع خود مصادره کرده، و مردم را بی بهره کند:( مانند رهبران طاغوتی) لذا شایسته ترین رهبران، کسانی هستند که برای خود چیزی نخواهند!(ما سئلتکم من اجر..). عنصر بعدی داشتن کتاب است. یعنی ارائه قانون و پایبندی به آن.عنصر سوم، منصوب شدن از سوی خداوند بلا واسطه یا با واسطه. یعنی رهبر جهانی نباید حودخوانده باشد. زیرا زمینه سوء استفاده فراهم می شود: هرکس مدعی رهبری می شود. برای جلوگیری از این هرج و مرج، هر پیامبر باید معجزه ای داشته باشد، تا ارتباط او را با خدا ثابت کند. البته این حالت در سلسله مراتب هم، باید رعایت شود: یعنی افراد بعد از پیامبر باید توسط: پیامبران و به همین ترتیب علما، باید توسط امامان تایید شوند. لذا پارادایم شایسته سالاری، در اینجا حل می شود. بطور مثال کنکور در ایران، رتبه علمی افراد را مشخص می کند. ولی انتخاب رشته نمی تواند پاسخگو باشد. و انها را جذب کند(بخاطر کمبود ظرفیت و یا زیاد بودن متقاضی). لذا آنهاییکه احساس می کنند که  شایستگی شان، مورد توجه قرار نگرفته مهاجرت می کنند. بجایی می روند که به شایستگی آنها احتیاج باشد. در همه سازمان ها و کشورها هم، این قانون وجود دارد. این سیالیت شایسته ها، راه حل پارادایم شایسته سالاری شده است. این موضوع در ادیان الهی هم تایید شده. یعنی فرار مغزها، در واقع مهاجرت اندیشه ها و: شایستگی ها به جایگاه واقعی خودشان است. زیرا از نظر خداوند مرز زمینی وجود ندارد.

That is, the global leader should not be disappointed. Because the field of abuse is provided: everyone who claims to be a leader. In order to prevent this chaos, every Prophet should have a miracle to prove his connection with God. Of course, this state must also be observed in the hierarchy: that is, after the Prophet, the people must be approved by the Imams by: the prophets and the like, by the ulama. So the meritocracy paradigm is solved here. For example, an examination in Iran determines the scientific rank of individuals. But the field selection cannot be answered. تابلوی دارایی های ایران.( بجای تابلوی بدهیهای آمریکا)

هر موسسه یا یک اداره کوچک، داری پستی است به نام صاجب جمع اموال، که موظف است تا از دارایی های قیزیکی مواظبت کند. صورت و لیست اموال را تهیه کند. اما معلوم نیست که چرا کشورها چنین کسی را ندارند؟ یا چرا کل جهان چنین موضوعی را جدی نمی گیرد؟ ایران دارای مساحتی بیش از 1648000کیلومترمربع است، اگر هر مترمربع زمین 10میلیون تومان باشد، 1648در ده بتوان 25 ریال، قیمت زمین ایران می شود. اگر ایران 157تریلیون بشکه نفت ذخایر داشته باشد، و هربشکه صد دلار قیمت داشته باشد1576در ده بتوان ده دلار، یا 1576در ده بتوان 15ریال نفت دارد. برای حسابداری آن، باید دفتر روزنامه یا دفتر کل، با حداقل 30ستون داشته باشیم! ذخائر گاز ایران که دومین کشورجهان، و بیش از 17درصد آن هست، وامثال آن چه مبلغی می شود؟ البته دارایی ها را میتوان به انواع مختلفی تقسیم کرد: مانند داراییهای ثابت و جاری، مشهود و نامشهود ، منقول و غیرمنقول، نقدی و ملکی. ولی برای حسابداری بزرگ ملی یا جهانی، باید انواع دیگری هم به آن اضافه کرد. مانند داراییهای فیزیکی و معنوی. داراییهای بزرگ و بزرگتر! داراییهای تاریخی و احتمالی ، دارایی های حقیقی و اعتباری. یکی از انها که مورد بحث است: داراییهای (گیگا آست) یا دارایی های مافوق گران. اگر دارایی هایی، بالای یک میلیارد دلار ارزش داشته باشد، به آن (مگا آست) می گوییم ولی اگر بالاتر از تریلیون، یا فاقد انکان قیمت گذاری باشد، (گیگا آست) یا دارایی های مافوق گران می گوییم! مثلا تخت جمشید و پاسارگاد در شیراز، یا بارگاه ملکوتی امام رضا ع در مشهد، میتواند نمونه آن باشد. که قابل قیمت گذاری نیست، و یا اگر بتوان معادل سازی کرد، در حد دارایی های مافوق سنگین جهان محسوب می شود. روش حسابداری این نوع دارایی ها در حسابداری، انتخاب یک ریال برای انها است. یعنی فرض عدم قیمت گذاری، باعث می شود فقط وجود آنها ثبت شود، نه بهای انها. از این رو در جهان می گویند: عجایب هفتگانه! یا اهرام سه گانه، یا خانه خدا. ایران به لحاظ تاریخی، قدیمی ترین و بیشترین پایتخت های جهان را داشته است. هر پایتخت اثر ماندگاری برای طول تاریخ از خود بجای گذاشته است. که فقط ذکر نام آنها باعث افتخار است. هیچکس از قیمت آن سوال نمی کند، اما مهم است که آن را بدانیم و: در گوشه از ذهن خود یا در میان یاد داشتها، در کتابخانه و حافظه کامپیوتر ان را داشته باشیم. و به یک جمعبندی برسیم. البته جمع بندی در مود داراییهای زیر یک میلیارد دلار، راحت تر است. هر شرکت یا سازمان و موسسه، داراییهای خود را در ترازنامه ذکر می کند، با تلفیق یا تجمیع این داراییها، میتوان به کل داراییها دست یافت. شاید در مورد مگا آست ها، یا داراییهای گران هم بتوان: از همین روش استفاده کرد، ولی بهترین روش پیمایش یا آمایش است. چرا که بسیاری از این داراییها، در مالکیت موسسه ها یا سازمان ها نیستند. جزو اموال عمومی یا انفال می باشند. مانند جنگلها و کوهها و معادن و ذخائر زیر زمینی . لذا با تخمین مقادیر انها میتوان: با قیمت متوسط برای انها جایگاهی در نظر گرفت. اما در مورد فوق گران ها، حتما باید کاری دقیق و پژوهش های فراوان شود، و فهرست آنها نهایی شود.  تا برای غرور ملی، و یا جذب گردشگر، ایجاد توان مالی و تقویت ذخایر بانکی، و پشتوانه ملی مفید باشد. مثلا وقتی یک تکه سنگ از دیوار تخت جمشید، میلیون ها دلار حراج می شود. مجموعه آن تالارها و دیوارها را میتوان تخمین زد و نوشت. حسابداری هوشمند با متغییر های زیاد نوشت، سرجمع آنها را در تابلوی ملی اعلام کرد! تا هرلجطه از وجود آنها و تغییرات واقع شده، همه مردم مطلع شوند.

انقلاب اسلامی دارای اقتصاد مخصوص خود است، که زیربنای فکری آن در قران کریم، و احادیث ائمه می باشد که علمای امروز، ان را تفسیر و اجتهاد می کنند. مانند کتاب حکومت اسلامی امام خمینی و اقتصادنا محمد باقر صدر.  این امر بطور دائم ادامه دارد، و توانسته بزرگترین اقتصاد جهان را در خط مقاومت به وجود آورد. البته دشمنان ساکت ننشسته اند، ابتدا زیربنای آن را سست کرده، و در نهایت آن را ناکارآمد جلوه می دهند. و برای این کار حتی تمام قوانین تجارت آزاد! یا سوسیالیستی را هم زیر پا می گذارند، که تحریم ایران نمونه آن است. برای اینکه بدانید اگر ایران تحریم نباشد، چه اتفاقی می افتد کافی به سوریه امروز، نگاهی داشته باشیم. فقط چند روز از خروج بخش کمی از: نیروهای آمریکایی گذشته می بینیم بسرعت، همه کشورهای عربی برای بازسازی، و بستن قراردادهای تجاری، به سوریه هجوم آورده اند! سوریه شاید در ظاهر پولی نداشته باشد، ولی مقاومت در مقابل آمریکا، اغتبار اقتصاد مقاومتی را به آنان بخشیده، و با وجود کمی بودجه، پیشتاز همکاری های اقتصادی شده است. این درست مثل این است که: دو نفر به خواستگاری دختری می روند، یکی مسن است و پولذار و دیگری: جوان است و فقیر. طبیعی است دختر، جوان فقیر را انتخاب می کند. زیرا می گوید او جوان است و آینده دارد. دنیا هم بجای سرمایه گذاری در: بورس آمریکا یا بورسهای اروپا، ترجیح می دهد با انقلاب اسلامی ایران، و خط مقاومت همکاری تجاری داشته باشد. به همین جهت است که تصمیم ایران، تصمیم جهانی است. البته در این سو، اقتصاد دانان که مغز آنها از طرف آمریکا، شستشو داده شده این را نمی فهمند. بجای اینکه برای اقتصاد ایران، شخصیت مستقل و بالنده منظور نمایند، با الفبای اقتصاد آمریکایی، همه آن را رد می کند! مثلا ایران در عرض 40سال، همیشه گرانی و افزایش قیمت داشته. بجای اینکه آن را به عنوان یک حقیقت قبول کنند، دائما از ثبات قیمت ها صحبت می کنند! اولا ثبات قیمت ها در اقتصاد وجود ندارد! و الا قانون عرضه و تقاضا نقض می شود. معلوم نیست اینها به چه مذهبی هستند.  زیرا جمعیت در حال رشد است، ومنابع (مانند زمین)، ثابت و محدود است. طبیعی است در اثر تقاضای بیشتر، قیمت ها رشد می کند. در ثانی با رشد قیمت ها، کالاهای سرمایه ای جایگزین کالاهای مصرفی می شود. یعنی در اثر بالا رفتن قیمت طلا یا نفت، قیمت همه کالاها هم، افزایش پیدا می کنند. قدرت خرید اشخاص کاهش می یابد، و در نتیجه قدرت پس انداز یا سرمایه گذاری انان، بیشتر می شود. کسی که خانه یا ماشین دارد، ممکن است نتواند گوشت مصرفی را تهیه کند، ولی خانه او چند برابر قیمت پیدا کرده. لذا مصرف گوشت یا مواد غذایی دیگر کم می شود، بجای ان قیمت خانه بالا می رود. سودهای حاصل از افزایش قیمت، به کالاهای سرمایه ای منتقل می شود. در حالی که در اثر ثبات قیمت ها، بازار دچار رکود می شود: زیرا که تولید کننده، کالایی تولید نمی کند  که نتواند بیشتر بفروشد! و اگر هم بفروشد، همه معاملات باید با سود صفر، یا منفی انجام شود. اما به محض بالارفتن قیمت ها، چرخ تولید به کار می افتد، و اشتغال بالا می رود، و بازار رونق می یابد! از این رو بین اشتغال و تورم، رابطه مستقیم تعریف شده است. علاوه بر این در اقتصاد ایران (انقلاب اسلامی) نهاد های جدیدی فعال هستند، که دیده نمی شوند: صندوق ها خانوادگی به دلیل نداشتن بهره نقش بزرگی در: ،تامین مالی و تهیه سرمایه دارند، در حالیکه بانکها، نقش منفی در تولید بازی می کنند. یعنی بهره بالای آنها، باعث گران شدن هزینه تولید می شود. کارگاههای زیر زمینی و خانوادگی هم، عنصر فراموش شده هستند.

The purchasing power of individuals decreases, and as a result, their savings or investment becomes greater. Anyone who has a home or car may not be able to make meat, but his home has multiplied by price. Therefore, the consumption of meat or other food is reduced, instead of the house price rises. The gains from price increases are passed on to capital goods. While the price stability keeps the market stagnating, because the producer does not produce goods that can not be sold further! And if it sells, all transactions must be made with a zero or negative profit. But as the prices rise, the production wheel is used, and employment rises, and the market thrives! Hence, direct relation between employment and inflation is defined.
