50میلیارد دلار گرفت! ولی 21هزار میلیارد دلار خرج کرد

ماهیت فساد سیستماتیک است، زیرا که امکان فساد فردی، یا جزیره ای  وجود ندارد! به همین جهت در اسلام گفته شده: ظالم و منظلم ( ظلم پذیر)هردو گناهکارند، یا  رشوه دهند و رشوه گیرنده هر دو در جهنم هستند. یعنی اگر ظم پذیر نباشد ظلمی نمی شود! لذا می توان گفت: هیچکس به تنهایی نمی تواند فساد انجام دهد. اگر کسی هم در تنهایی گناهی انجام دهد، بین خود و خدایش است و مسئولیت دیگران، تجسس در امور آنها نیست. در زمان ما هم همینطور است: کسی که اختلاس یا دزدی یا احتکار می کند، به تنهایی نمی تواند این کار را انجام دهد. حتما گروه یا سیستمی، به او کمک می کند. ممکن است در تبلیغات بگوییم: که خاوری سه هزار میلیارد اختلاس کرد! ولی کانادا از یکطرف، و کارمندان بانک همدست او، از طرف دیگر او را کمک کردند. بعید نیست همه پول های او را هم گرفته باشند! آل سعود 50میلیارد دلار به آمریکا داده، تا فقط از خاندان سلطنتی محافظت کند!  ترامپ هم می گوید: اگر امریکا نباشد، آل سعود فقط 12دقیقه وقت دارد! جانشین فرمانده سپاه هم، به نتانیاهو گفته: برو شنا در دریای مدیترانه را یاد بگیر! زیرا راه فراری جز دریا باقی نمانده! آمریکا هم فقط جلوی بینی خود را می بیند! گرچه 50میلیارد دلار گرفت! ولی 21هزار میلیارد دلار خرج: جنگ هایی کرد که به آل سعود ضرری نرسد. و الان بزرگترین بدهکار دنیا هست، که معادل 400سال درآمد نفت ایران بدهکار است. بنابر این توقیف اموال ایران، یا توهین به آل سعود، برای جبران بخشی از این زیان بزرگ است. این فساد عظیم آمریکا، در پشت فریبکاری های رسانه ای پنهان شده. روزی که اشکار شود، ترامپ هم راهی جز خلیج خوک ها نخواهد داشت! اینهمه فساد چیز تازه ای نیست،(اکثر هم الفاسقون)، 124هزار پیامبر آمده تا جلوی: این فساد ها را بگیرد نتوانسته اند! زیرا ام الفساد ها، در درون سیستم بودند! علت اینکه ترامپ اینهمه قلدری می کند، از خودش نیست از: باد کردن های بخشی از ایرانی هاست! وزیر خارجه ایران، در خانه ملت به ترامپ راهکار نشان می دهد! می گوید: اگر قانون پولشویی تصویب نکنید، ترامپ فلان می کند و بهمان! ترامپ عددی نیست که این چیزها به فکرش برسد، این ها هستند که او را باد می کنند! درست است که موضوع تحریم ها، از طرف منافقین وسلطنت طلبها مطرح شد، ولی فرزندان هاشمی و اصلاح طلبهای خارج وداخل، کم در این کوره ندمیدند. لذا می بینیم فساد حتی: فرزند نوح را با خود می برد. خداوند در قران وعده داده که: کفار هیچگاه بر مسلمانها مسلط نخواهند شد.(ولن یجعل الله الکافرین علی المومنین سبیلا..) اما این خودی ها هستند، بنام کفار مردم را می ترسانند! همانطور که در قضیه مسلم بن عقیل، از لشکر موهوم یزید، برای تنها گذاشتن مسلم استفاده کردند. البته باید دانست که فساد، نسبی هم هست. یعنی امری در جایی خوب است، و درجای دیگر بد به حساب می آید. دزدی و اختلاس، در فرهنگ سرمایه داری بیزنس است! آنها را بهترین و با هوش ترین افراد می دانند. برای همین است که: تمام دزدان و اختلاس گران ایران، با حاشیه امن کارهای خود را انجام داده، و در نهایت هم به کشورهای سرمایه داری می گریزند. در انجا مورد تشویق و استقبال هم قرار می گیرند. لذا گناه افراد هم فرق می کند. گفته شد که اگر ابوذر، آنچه را سلمان می داند، بشنود کافر می شود! یا: کوچکترین لغزش یک مومن عالم، برابر با بالاترین لغزش یک نادان است. کیس استادی! وجود دارد : معلم اگر کاغذ سفیدی را که در آن، نقطه سیاهی وجود دارد، به بچه ها نشان دهد، همه بلا استثنا می گویند: کاغذ کثیف است!یعنی 99درصد پاکی و سفیدی را در کاغذ نمی بینند، ولی 1درصد سیاهی را می بینند.

مانیفیست دولت جهانی شیعه سالهاست نوشته شده، مرام نامه و اساسنامه آن هم قران کریم است. براساس طرحی بلند مدت، از ابتدای تاریخ تا انتهای تاریخ، برای تاسیس آن کوشش های فراوانی شده است. این طرح با پیامبری حضرت آدم ع آغاز می شود، و بعد از او به پیامبران بعدی منتقل می گردد. در نهایت به صورت قران کامل، به آخرین پیامبر نازل می شود. دشمنان در هر برهه سعی داشتند این کتاب را نابود، و یا آن را تحریف نمایند. لذا ائمه هدا، مامور حفظ آن می شوند. اولین امام حضرت علی ع است. او را قران ناطق می گویند. قران را جمع آوری و کتابت کرد. مردم را به آن آموزش داد، و به تفسیر آن همت گماشت. این کتاب به همراهی کتاب هایی چون: مصحف فاطمه و صحیفه سجادیه، در دست امامان به امانت بود، تا اینکه آخرین امام از سوی خدا، غایب و مخفی شد تا آن را مخفوظ نگهدارد. اگر امام علی و حامیان ایشان (شیعیان) نبودند، همه این تاریخ از بین می رفت! یا اینکه آن را افسانه و غیرواقعی می خواندند. چنانچه بقیع شریف را ازبین بردند یا:در مورد حضرت سلیمان و معجزات حضرت موسی، و حضرت ابراهیم ع، آن ها را با سحر و جادو، افسانه و اساطیری یونان بهم آمیخته اند.غیر ازشیعه هیچکس آنها را درست نمی داند. مسلمان غیر شیعه قران را فقط قصه های قدیمی می دانند! یا فقط برای صوت زیبا آن را می خوانند. هیچکدام از آیات قران را نمی فهمند! یعنی علاقه ای به فهم و تدبر در ان ندارند، بیشتر به افسانه های ساخته شده خودشان معتقدند. نمونه بارز آن تکذیب امامت حضرت علی ع است، با اینکه در روزغدیر اعلام شد! و آیاتی در ان روز نازل شد. یا شهید و مسموم کردن اهل بیت پیامبر. به همین دلیل اکنون در تمام جهان، فقط یک راه درست وجود دارد: و آن راه شیعه امام علی ع است. و بزودی کنگره بزرگ سالانه آنها، در کربلا و ایام اربعین برگزار خواهد شد. همه ادیان و مذاهب دیگر، اگر تابع شوند برحق هستند، والا باید از انها دوری جست!(ان الدین عندالله الاسلام) امروز تشیع در همه دنیا، شناخته شده است و کسی نیست که: نداند روز اربعین یعنی چه و امام حسین ع، یا حضرت علی ع چه کسانی بودند. البته همیشه روشن بوده، اما دشمنان سعی داشتند آن را مخفی کنند، یا تبلیغ کنند که مخفی است، و کسی از آن اطلاع ندارد. در حالیکه صریح قران است که هر قومی، یک نفر دارد که برای آنها حقیقت را بگوید. لذا همه آنها حقیقت را می دانند. حتی همان روز که امام حسین شهید شد، همه میدانستند چه می کنند! و خون کسی را بر زمین می ریزند که: مادرش بهترین زنان دنیا، و پدرش بالاترین مقام الهی دارد. در اسناد تاریخی قدیمی انگلیسی هم آمده، که روز عاشورا باران خون باریده! همه جا این شنیده شده و دیده شده. همانطور که وقتی پیامبر به دنیا آمد، آتشکده ها خاموش، قصر ها ترک برداشته و دریاچه ساوه خشک شد! تا همه بدانند. امروز نیز طوفان ها و زلزله ها، سونامی های سهمگین، گوش و دل آمریکایی ها، ژاپنی ها و چینی ها را نوازش می دهند! تا بدانند خدای آنها، ترامپ و اون و آن نیست! بلکه آنها حتی در مقابل یک زلزله، ناتوان هستند. خدای بزرگ و توانا، همه پیشرفت های علمی و تکنولوژی آنها را، با ورزش باد که قابل دیدن نیست! بهم می ریزد! لذا در میان 8میلیارد بشر امروزی، هیچکس نیست که حقیقت را نداند. زیرا همه انسان ها براساس فطرت خود، همه چیز را می دانند. نام صاحب الزمان را همه می شنوند، گرچه او را نمی بینند. آنهاییکه فطرت پاکی دارند منتظر یاری او هستند، تا انتقام خون حسین ع را بگیرند! دولت جهانی شیعه باید این خود آگاهی را جدی بگیرد. پسندیده نیست خود را برای کمبود درهم و دینار، یا غنیمت مشغول بدارد.

در حالیکه ترامپ بارها و بارها، به محمد بن سلمان توهین کرده، و آنها را گاو شیرده خطاب نموده! ولی بن سلمان می گوید من عاشق کارکردن با ترامپ هستم.  وزیر خارجه ایران هم به بن سلمان التماس می کند  و می گوید: ما منتظر همسایه خود هستیم، تا در منطقه قدرت جدیدی بسازیم! در این حملات کوتاه، خیانت های بزرگی نادیده گرفته شده. اولا بن سلمان همسایه نیست! و مرز مشترکی با آن ندارد، لذا همسایه دانستن آن، توهین به بحرین، کویت و عراق است. زیرا حاکمیت آنها را نقض می کند! تا به همسایگی عربستان برسد. لذا پیشنهاد می کنیم: ایشان یکبار دریگر نقشه را مرور کنند! و کلمه همسایه را ننگ آلود ننمایند. ازنظر دیپلماسی هم ایشان، همسایه حساب نمی شود! زیرا با تشکیل شورای همکاری خلیج فارس، و تغییر نام آن، همیشه در صدد جنگ با ایران بوده، و تمامی هزینه های لشکر کشی: صدام و آمریکا و اروپا را پرداخت کرده. اگر وزیر این را هم نمی داند! بهتر است  تاریخ را هم مرور کند! جای تعجب است: کسی که: تاریخ و جغرافیا نمی داند، چطور به او دکترای روابط بین الملل داده اند! بعید نیست به دلیل ژن خوب! همه مدارک جعلی باشد. این از سواد کلاسیک ایشان. اما سواد دیپلماتیک هم ندارد! اصل اول دیپلماسی: اعلام مواضع رهبران کشور است، نه اعمال نظر شخصی. و ایشان با توهم اینکه: شاید در آینده جزو رهبران شود! به خود حق می دهد: حتی نظرات صریح رهبری را هم توجیه، و خلاف آن عمل کند. ملاقات اخیر ایشان در سه مرحله، با جان کری و دیگران در سازمان ملل، مخالفت صریح با نظریه منع مذاکره می باشد. از ان مهمتر، او نمی داند: موضع وزارت خارجه یا روابط بین الملل: رهبری و نظام سه چیز است : حکمت عزت و مصلحت.  اما ایشان دقیقا به سه اصل سفسطه،  ذلت و التماس معتقد است. رفتار ایشان در عمل، با نوشتار ایشان در تویتر، گاه تا صدها درجه اختلاف دارد! یادداشت هایش مصرف داخلی دارد، تا مردم ایران را فریب دهد! و موضع گیری هایش مصرف خارجی دارد، تا مثلا آنها را فریب دهد. فی المثل قصد او از التماس به بن سلمان، این است که او را به دوستی با ایران، و به دشمنی با امریکا تشویق کند! شاید  فکر می کند بن سلمان یک بچه دبستانی است، که با یک فربانت شوم! نرم  شده، خود را به بغل ظریف می اندازد! زهی از این تفکر ناشیانه و کودکانه. اما دشمنی هایی که آل سعود کرده، و آقای ظریف از ان خبر ندارد! آنقدر زیاد است که آدم فکر می کند: ظریف اصلا در این دنیا نبوده! مدرسه علوی و خیابان ایران، برای او خواب و خیالی بیش نیست! اولین دشمنی آل سعود، تخریب هزاران نقطه تاریخی و مذهبی، در مکه و مدینه از جمله بهشت بقیع است! که صراحتا در گفتار اخیر مقام معظم رهبری، به آن اشاره شد وایشان، دقیقا در مقابل همین سخنان، آن موضع دوستانه را اعلام می کند! تا هم نوکری خود را به آل یهود ثابت کند، و هم سخنان رهبری را بی اساس، یا بی اهمیت نشان دهد. آیا جهل او به این سخنان رهبری هم، اتفاقی است؟  یا او وزیر خارجه ای است که، نه به حرف رهبر گوش می دهد، و نه موضع گیری ایشان را باور می کند! آل سعود نه تنها دوست و همسایه نیستند، بلکه قاتل هزاران شیعه ایرانی و عراقی هستند. وقتی کربلا را تخریب میکردند، مردم کربلا را هم قتل عام کردند. در ایام حج، حداقل سه بار به طور مشخص و علنی، به قتل عام ایرانیان دست زدند. بودجه داعش و القاعده و طالبان را، آل سعود تامین می کند. آیا اینقدر بیسوادی عمدی نیست؟ درست در زمانیکه موشک های ایران، پایگاه داعش در سوریه را هدف قرارداده، به حامیان مالی و سیاسی آنها التماس، و دست دوستی دراز کند! که خوار وذلیل هم شد.

نداشتن خبری از ایران، به معنی نداشتن مخاطب است

رسانه های دنیا در دست ما است و: ما از ان خبرنداریم! یا آن را باور نداریم. در حالیکه رئیس صدا و سیما در عشق آباد، با ترس و لرز از تهاجم رسانه ای حرف می زند! ولی معاون صداو سیما معتقد است: همه این تهاجم ها انفعالی است، و نشان دست برتر ما در رسانه های جهان است. دلایل زیادی وجود دارد که: تنها رسانه ملی ایران، برتر و بالاتر از همه رسانه های جهان ایستاده است.  در رسانه سه رکن وجود دارد: پیام دهنده و پیام گیرنده و کانال انتقال پیام. در امپراطوری رسانه ای، فقط یک عنصر قوی است: کانال یا مسیر انتقال پیام. زیرا فرستنده پیام و گیرنده پیام، هیچکدام در اختیار این امپراطوری نیست. رسانه های غربی یا ابر رسانه ها، امپریالزیم خبری و امپراطور رسانه ای، داستانی است افسانه وار! و برای قرن نوزدهم. این راز و رمز در سال 1356 از سوی امام خمینی ره، شناسایی و مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. هنگامی که ایشان به فرانسه رفتند، کثرت خبرنگاران و حضور رسانه ها در برابر ایشان، ثابت کرد که غول جادوی رسانه ای امروز تهی شده! همه منتظر پیام جدیدی از سوی امام خمینی بودند. ظاهرا در داخل ایران، فقط ضبط صوت بود! و نوارهای قدیمی. هیچکس باور نمی کرد ماهواره ها، در مقابل این نوارها شکست بخورند. اما صدای امام رساتر از تمام ماهواره ها شد! و همه ابزار های غول رسانه ای، در اختیار ایشان قرار گرفت. افرادی که هنوز به این رمز پی نبرده بودند، تصور کردند همان رسانه زیر زمینی: صبط صوتی، قیام مردم را هدایت می کند! اما قبل از اطلاع  واقدام آنها، رسانه های جهانی پیام را منتقل می کردند! فرانس پرس، اسوشیتد پرس و یونایتد پرس همه ریزه خوار انقلاب شده بودند.  آماده بودند تا هرچه در سفره انقلاب بود بخورند! بعد از پیروزی انقلاب، این تهاجمات رسانه ای یا تسخیر غولهای رسانه ای، مسئولان آن را به فکر چاره ای انداخت! آنها کم کم تغییر موضع دادند، خواستند که مخالفان خمینی را، در برابر او بزرگنمایی کنند. لذا به سوی تجزیه طلبها و سلطنت طلب ها رفتند! و هرکدام سخنگوی یکی از انها شد. تا بتوانند رقیبی برای امام خمینی بتراشند. اما مردم به این شگرد آگاه شدند، و به عنوان پیام گیرنده، نعل وارونه زدند و پیام معکوس رسانه ها را، بطور معکوس دریافت می کردند! که دوباره بجای اول برمی گشت. در دوران انقلاب، ما آن را ویروس ضد خبر نام گذاری کردیم! یعنی اگر بی بی سی یا رادیو آمریکا، دیگر خبرگزاری ها و رسانه ها، خبری را منعکس می کردند، مردم معکوس آن را باور می تنمودند! مثلا اگر رسانه ها می گفتند: ایران برعلیه عراق وارد جنگ شد. مردم می فهمیدند این عراق است که: جنگ را بر ایران تحمیل کرده است. لذا 180درجه تغییرات رسانه ها ، با 180درجه تغییرات مردم، به همان نقطه اصلی برگردانده می شد. مولف در سفر اسیای جنوب شرقی، شاهد این مدعا بود. یکی از نظریه پردازان اندونزی گفت: اگر بنی صدر ادعا می کند: یکمیلیون رای امام کم شده است، به او بگویید 140میلیلون، در اندونزی اضافه شده است. در دوران جدید هم همینطور است. ممکن است کوته نظران، ترس از تهاجم رسانه ای داشته باشند! ولی تمامی رسانه ها،ا اخبار ایران را در صدر رسانه خود دارند. ممکن است بعضی شان شیطنت کنند، ولی شیطنت آنها به ضرر خودشان است، زیرا اولا مردم روش آنها را می دانند، لذا حرفهای آنها را باور نمی کنند! ثانیا در طول زمان مخاطبان خود را از دست می دهند! و این امر برای خودشان، محسوستر از ما هست. زیرا که نداشتن خبری از ایران، به معنی نداشتن مخاطب است. و هیچ رسانه ای دوست ندارد بی مخاطب باشد. لذا برای جذب محاطب هم شده، مجبورند اخبار ایران را کار کنند.

در کمال ناباوری دشمنان: عربی عبری غربی اسلام، موشک ها به مقر داعش در سوریه،  اصابت کرد و پهباد ها هم، عکس برداری نمودند. 40نفر از مزدوران به درک واصل شدند. اما این تمامی کار نبود! موشک ها بر فرق دلار هم فرود آمدند! و در اوج پرواز، آنها را رهگیری کرده به زمین زد! هزاران مزدور ضد: اقتدار اقتصادی ایران هم، در اینجا به درک واصل شدند! و باندهای مخوف آنها، در ترکیه و ایران دستگیر شدند. گرین کارتها باطل شد! و دارندگان آن دنبال سوراخ موش هستند تا قایم شوند. گرچه هنوز دوتابعیتی ها، خطر را احساس نکردند! و فکر می کنند به فریب کاری خود ادامه دهند. ولی بزودی سر آنها هم به سنگ کوفته خواهد. تا عبرتی باشد برای آنان که: مانند مسعود رجوی وطن فروشی، یا مانند مریم رجوی، تن فروشی می کنند. مسعود رجوی که با دشمن ملت ایران، در جنگ 8ساله دست دوستی داده بود،مرده و: سرنوشتی بهتر از صدام نداشت. بهتر است دیگر مردم بدانند که: سرنوشت مرکبار او را مریم عزیزش رقم زد! ابتدا علاقه به  تن فروشی او، موجب شد تا مسعود رجوی به عشق: خریداری تن او به همه چیز پشت پا بزند! حتی به دوستش ابریشمچی و: پدر زنش بنی صدر و معضوقه اش فرح دیبا. حتی به دین اسلام! زیرا اسلام ازدواج  زن با دو مرد را حرام می داند! مریم نه تنها با تن فروشی خودش، او را ارتقا ایدئولوژی داد! بلکه اجازه داد تا همه زنان پایگاه را هم قربانی کند، تا راه بازگشتی نداشته باشد. عاقبت هم خودش او را سر به نیست کرد. از نظر ما او همان پیر زن ریش داری است! که با امام زمان عج هم می جنگد. او ظاهرا  در دامن عربهای سعودی است، در حالیکه  بین سران عبری و عربی و غربی، دست به دست می گردد! یکی به او 70تن طلا می دهد! و دیگری حواله دلار، سومی هم قول حمایت او برای ریس جمهور ایران شدن! اما آل سعود و جان بولتن و نتانیاهو بدانند: این عروس هزار داماد، وقتی به شوهر خود ابریشمچی و دختر خود اشرف، رحم نکرد!  شوهر غیر شرعی دومش را هم، سرش را زیر آب کرد، نباید انتظار راستگویی، یا وعده های معقول داشت. وی همانطور که مک کین را کشت، به جان بولتون هم رحم نخواهد! لذا آل سعود و دیگران هم، اگر نمی خواهند در چاه او بیافتند، هرچه سریعتر پای خود را پس بکشند، و به او اعتماد نکنند. وی طراخ اصلی تحریم ایران! و مدافع و مبلغ آن هست. عوامل او در تهران و جهان، به دروغ های او اعتماد می کنند. در سادگی این هواداران بزرگ! همین بس که چهل سال است، وی  می گوید رژیم ایران رفتنی است، با اینکه میدانند او دروغگو هست، ولی راه دیگری نمی شناسند. علت آنهم روشن است: زیرا زیر گوش همه آنها خوانده که: اگر بشنود به منابع خبری دیگری، گوش میدهند آنها را، به یک قهوه قجری مهمان خواهد کرد! همه رادیوهای بیگانه را هماهنگ کرده: تا اخبار ایران را، فقط از روی سایت او رونویسی کنند. اما امروز ستون فقرات او شکست! موشک ایران نه تنها افراد مهم او را نابود کرد، بلکه تئوری تحریم او را هم ازبین برد. هر روز که می گذرد، نرخ دلار پایین تر می آید! اجناس و کالاها بیشتری به بازار عرضه می شود. عوامل دوتابعیت او هم شناسایی شده، از ایران و ترکیه اخراج می شوند. اموال آنها مصادره می شود! سقوط دلار در ایران باعث سکته مریم شده! و وی اکنون تحت نظر پزشک می باشد. اگر موشک های بعدی شلیک شود، هواداران بیشتر از او جدا خواهند شد. طلاهای او بدون مشتری مانده! و احتمال مرگ او در بستر بیماری هست. شاید هم تا حالا به درک واصل شده باشد، ولی مردم را در بی خبری گذاشته اند. این امر نشان می دهد تا چه حد از: آگاهی مردم در هراس هستند. مردم بزودی از مرگ او مطلع شده، و ماحصل چهل سال دزدی و روسپیگری او، به بانکهای سویس تعلق خواهد گرفت.

ازقدیم گفته اند: کوزه گر از کوزه شکسته آب می خورد! لذا وزارت فناوری اطلاعات هم، اصلا به ای تی معتقد نیست! و هنوز برای  ارتباطات خود، از خط شهری بدون خدمات اضافی استفاده می کند! و بجای استفاده از سروش یا واتساب، همچنان از فاکس بهره می برد. حتی اعضای آن از دادن شماره تلفن همراه می ترسند! کسی جرات ندارد به تلگرام آنها متصل شود. البته نک تک افراد، هم ماهواره دارند! و هم از دنیای دیجیتال آخرین فناوری ها را استفاده می کنند. ولی روح وزارت نمی گذارد: پیشرفت های ای تی در: وزارت آی تی استفاده شود. چه رسد به اینکه نوآوری هم بکند! نو آوری هم البته از نظر این وزارت، مانند دیگر وزارت خانه ها، یعنی اخذ تکنولوژی قرن بیستم! یا ترجمه کتب دهه1960 و یا: تدریس متون قرون وسطایی: اختراع تلگراف و غیره!  امام علی ع می فرماید: فرزند زمان خود باش. البته وزیر و مسئولین جوان این وزارت خانه، مایلند چنین کاری انجام دهند، و فناوری ها را بیاورند ولی سیستم جواب نمی دهد! مثلا وارد کردن گوشی های آخرین مدل خارجی، در اسرع وقت انجام می شود! ولی ساخت گوشی های قرن بیستم! در ایران هنوز در مرحله مونتاژ می باشد. شاید دلیل اینهمه گرفتاری دکتر عارف! باشد زیرا وقتی ایشان رئیس مرکز: تحقیقات کارگر شمالی بود، با دو اتاق اجاره ای! وام تولید 500میلیاردی گوشی های همراه را گرفته بود. بعد هم از فنلاند خواسته بود: یک سری از گوشی های خود را، مارک ساخت ایران بزند. رسیدگی به بخشی از این اوراق پرونده، بعهده مولف بوده! اما این اقای عارف هم تقصیر ندارد، بقول یک نفر، این سیستم یا روش بوروکراسی و دیوانسالاری هست که: سفله پرور است.  شاید هم بسته نگه داشتند! تا بتوانند سوء جریان را به سرعت انجام دهند، و کسی نتواند آنها را دنبال کند! اگر هم دنبال کرد، به گرد آن نرسد. چنانکه الان مدتی است که 800هزار گوشی را توقیف کرده اند، و نمی دانند چه کنند! یعنی قوه قضائیه هم سر در نمی  آورد. چه رسد به گوشی های موجود که: همه به عنوان چمدانی یا مسافری وارد می شوند. و طرح رجستری را دور زده اند. یعنی فروشندگان موبایل، که بازار گرمی دارند: آنها را چند برابر بالاتر می فروشند، وقتی از انها سوال می شود، می گویند جلوی واردات گرفته شده! واردات قبلی هم توقیف شده، بنابراین اصلا موبایل وجود ندارد، که ارزان باشد یا گران. کیفیت تولید ایرانی هم طوری است که: کسی نمی خرد. و کارخانه های بهره بردار، سراغ دلالی و یا تعطیلی رفته اند.  با این اوصاف وزیر جوان می گوید: قرار است همه مشکلات را فناوری حل کند! برای این کار قرار است آبرسانی هوشمند شود، تا مشکل کم ابی حل شود! مشکل آلودگی هوا با هوشمند سازی: سازمان محیط زیست حل می شود. وی ادعا می کند: دستگاهها اگر هوشمند شوند، هم فساد از بین می رود و هم: رانت اطلاعاتی بی رزش، یا اطلاعات کاملا شفاف می شود. اما دریغ از اجرای آن، حتی در سازمان ارتباطات زیر ساخت! با اینکه همه روستا ها هوشمند شده، شهرها هم در حال هوشمند سازی است، ولی  می گوید: همه اینها به دلار احتیاج دارد، و با بحران فعلی دلار، کار ها خوابیده و تا نرخ ثابتی اعلام نشود، هیچکدام از طرح ها اجرا نمی شود . در واقع سیستم هوشمند خودش هم هوشمند نیست. چه رسد به اینکه بخواهد دیگران را هوشمند کند. اگر قرار است دلار آمریکا، همه کار ها را درست کند، پس شما چه کاره هستید؟ و اگر قرار است شما مملکت را هوشمند کنید، پس دلار آمریکا چه کاره است؟ همسایه ها یاری کنید! تا او شوهر داری کند؟ این چه روش هوشمند سازی، و اداره مملکت است که به دمب  دلار بسته شده. دلار هم، می برد آنجا که عرب نی انداخت.
