سیر اندیشه حکمرانی

برخلاف ادعای غربی ها حکمرانی از قرن بیشت و یکم آغاز نمی شود بلکه سیرتاریخی بسیار وسعی دارد اولا حکمرانی ذات خداوند است یعنی هرکاری بخواهد می کند و قادر مطلق و فعال مایشا است و فعل او هم کن فیکون می باشد. همه جهان قلمرو حکمرانی خدا است و زمین واسمانها در جهت اجرای فرمان او انجام وظیفه می کنند(کل فی فلک یسبحون) اما خداوند اراده کرد بغیر از موجودات ساکت و صامت و عامت!(صم بکم عمیا) موجودات هوشمندی هم داشته باشد، تا بتواند به آنها ماموریت بدهد بخشی از کارها را انجام دهند.این بود که انسان را افرید و او را خلیفه خود قرار داد. او را بینا و شنوا و گویا قرار داد.( انسان حیوان ناطق، سامع و باصر هست) حکمرانی خدا از طریق کرسی یا عرش اعمال می شود که :چهار رکن یا اصول یا وظایف دارند

: جبرائیل قوه مقننه خدا است. اسرافیل قوه قضائیه و میکائیل و عزرائیل هم قوه دهنده و گیرنده(مجریه) هستند. انعکاس این پایه های حکمرانی در انسان هم عقل و اراده و وجدان و بصیرت است. یعنی انسان نیز هماهنگ با جهان، برای خود حکمرانی بر خود را دارد. لذا از موقعیکه آدم بر روی زمین آمد، خداوند به او فرمود: زمین کارگاه توست. و باید که بران حکمرانی کنی! و این بود که حکمرانی بعنوان ذات خداوندی به ذات بشری منتقل شد. که ما آن را فطرت و غریزه می گوییم. غریزه در مورد اداره بدن است و فطرت برای اداره امور فکری و دینی. چون حضرت علی فرمود: (العلم علمان، علم البدان و علم الدیان) علوم حکمرانی بر دو دسته است: حکمرانی بر بدن، و حکمرانی بر اندیشه. اگر انسان بر بدن و فکر خود حکمرانی نکند با حیوان برابر است زیرا غریزه کار خود را می کند و فطرت هم راه خود را می پیماید. ولی دین می گوید غریزه را کنترل کن و فطرت را کشف کن. به همین جهت سیرتاریخی حکمرانی حداقل به 12هزار سال پیش برمی گردد. جاییکه حضرت آدم دانشگاه علمی کاربردی تشکیل داد!و با ده کتابی که از خدا دریافت کرده بود، کارگاه عمرانی، کشاورزی و دامداری به راه انداخت. او اولین کسی بود که بلند مرتبه سازی در زمین را آغاز کرد: خانه ی خدا را ساخت تا: ماکتی باشد برای بشر بعد از خودش. آنهم برمبنای چهار ضلعی که مستوره ای از عرش و کرسی خداوند بود. لذا پروژه ساخت مسکن از اینجا آغاز شد. به پسران خود، یکی دامداری و دیگری کشاورزی یاد داد. و بعد هم ده کتاب را به نوه خود حضرت شیث سپرد. انسان با زاد و لد زیاد شد،و نیازهای جدیدی در انها بروز کرد. لذا پیامبران جدیدتری امده و مانند حضرت داود زره و اهن را یاد داد، حصرت ادریس کلاس درس گذاشت. و دیگران با نجاری و دامداری این راه را ادامه دادند. انطور که بیان شده حضرت سلیمان آخرین تکنولوژی ها را بکار گرفت: مگا پروزه های سنگین درست کرد، که عجایب هفتگانه به ان گفته می شد. با پیشرفت بشر حکمرانی انبیا هم تکمیل شد: حضرت موسی ده فرمان را آورد. و زیرساخت صحرای سینا و بیت المقدس را اماده کرد، حضرت عیسی بیشتر به پروژ ه های بهداشتی و پزشکی پرداخت. و پیامبر اسلام هم تجارت را به مردم یاد داد. لذا ما در تئوری های مالی هم می گوییم بازرگانی (مدیریت مالی یا بازرگانی ) برتر از مدیریت صنعتی (تولید و خدمات) هست، نوک هرم پیشرفت اقتصادی هر جامعه را، موسسات مالی و تجاری تشکیل می دهند. لذا اخرین پیامبر با دستاوردهای مالی، حکرانی خود را جلو می برد. و این موسسات مالی پیامبر که در کار: تجارت و وصادرات و واردات هم بودند، از سرمایه حضرت خدیجه نشات می گیرد.  نقش زنان نیز برابر یا برجسته تر از گذشته می شود. حکمرانی بعد از پیامبر به صورت توسعه تشکیلاتی است، بطوریکه ائمه در سراسر دنیای ان روز پخش می شوند: 11امام ما در چندین نقطه مهم شهید شده اند. 4تای انها در مدینه، مرکز صدور انقلاب پیامبر بودند، ولی 6تای انها در بین النهرین هستند و یکی از انها هم در شمال شرقی ایران.

It means that man also has control over himself in harmony with the world. Therefore, since Adam came to earth, God said to him: Earth is your workshop. And you have to rule over them! And it was that governance as God's nature was transferred to human nature. which we call nature and instinct. Instinct is about managing the body and nature is about managing intellectual and religious affairs. As Hazrat Ali said: (The knowledge of the scholars, the knowledge of the body and the knowledge of the religions) The sciences of governance are divided into two categories: governance over the body, and governance over the mind. If a person does not control his body and mind, he is equal to an animal because instinct does its work and nature follows its own path. But religion says to control the instinct and discover the nature. For this reason, the history of governance goes back to at least 12 thousand years ago. Where Hazrat Adam established an applied scientific university! And with the ten books he had received from God, he started a construction, agriculture and animal husbandry workshop. He was the first person who started high-rise building on earth: he built God's house to be a model for mankind after himself. It is also based on a quadrilateral, which was a secret of God's throne and seat. Therefore, the housing construction project started here. He taught his sons, one animal husbandry and the other agriculture. And then he handed over ten books to his grandson Hazrat Seth. Humans increased with reproduction, and new needs appeared in them. Therefore, more recent prophets have come and taught armor and iron like Hazrat Dawood, Hesrat Idris taught classes. And others continued this way with carpentry and animal husbandry. As mentioned, Hazrat Suleiman used the latest technologies: he made heavy mega-projects, which were called the seven wonders. With the progress of mankind, the rule of the prophets was also completed: Hazrat Musa brought the Ten Commandments. and prepared the infrastructure of the Sinai desert and Jerusalem, Hazrat Isa focused more on health and medical projects. And the Prophet of Islam also taught people about business. Therefore, we also say in financial theories that commerce (financial management or commerce) is superior to industrial management (production and services), financial and commercial institutions form the top of the pyramid of economic progress of any society. Therefore, the last prophet, with his financial achievements, advances his self-interest. And these financial institutions of the Prophet, which were involved in trade, exports, and imports, originate from the capital of Hazrat Khadijah. The role of women is also equal or more prominent than in the past. Governance after the Prophet is in the form of organizational development, so that imams are spread throughout the world of that day: 11 of our imams have been martyred in several important places. 4 of them were in Medina, the center of the Prophet's revolution, but 6 of them are in Mesopotamia and one of them is in northeastern Iran.
