رئیس جمهور محترم در مورد: جلوگیری از قاچاق سوخت، ایده ای را مطرح کردند که: چند وزارتخانه مامور شوند تا با داده پردازی، از بدو تولید سوخت تا انتهای توزیع، آن را رصد کنند: یک انبار داری ملی برای نفت و مشتقات آن تهیه شود. این البته فی نفسه کار سختی نیست، و پیش نیازی هم نمی خواهد! و شاید یک استارت آپ هم بتواند: این کار را انجام دهد! برای اینکه چنین کاری در تمام شرکتهای: بزرگ و کوچک دنیا در حال اجرا است، و بارکد نام دارد. اما دلیل اینکه اجرا نمی شود مهم است! اگر دقت کنیم نفت یا حامل های انرژی، در ایران جایگاههای تولید مشخصی دارند: صد پالایشگاه در مجموع 64میلیون لیتر بنزین تولید می کنند، ولی 72میلیون لیتر مصرف می شود، که به معنی قاچاق سوخت و واردات آن می باشد. درواقع سرانه هر ایرانی یک لیتر بنزین است. حسابداری و انبارداری آن نباید سخت باشد. اکنون شرکتهای چند ملیتی در جهان هستند که: نرم افزار انبارداری آنان در 200کشور، میزان موجودی را، برخط، رصد می کند. لذا رصد کردن 80میلیون نفر با سرانه یک لیتر بنزین یا: نفت و گاز و پتروشیمی کار سختی نمی تواند باشد. شاید هم وجود دارد: ولی به آن توجه نمی شود. مرکز مدیریت همه اینها در سازمان برنامه و بودجه است، که شدیدا مخالف ان لاین شدن است! حتی در وزارت اطلاعات یا قوه قضائیه نیز، سیستم ها پایش نمی شوند. شاید بتوان یکی از دلایل آن را عقب ماندگی، یا عقب نگهدارندگی سیتم عامل ها دانست. و این از تفکر مدیران، یا رهبران ناشی می شود که به: سیستم اینترنتی و برخط، بدبین هستند. نمونه آن برگزاری انتخابات است، که هنوز نتوانسته مجوز الکترونیکی شدن را  دریافت کند. حتی برخی مسئولان حاضر، به پذیرش سیستم پارالل یا همزمان: دستی و ماشینی هم نیستند. بدبینی آنها به سیستم ماشینی، هرگز از بین رفتنی نیست. مانند پزشکان که حاضر نیستند از: خودپرداز در مطب خود استفاده کنند. چون فکر می کنند اشتباه محاسبه، خطا و هک شدن در سیستم ماشینی، خیلی بیشتر از سیستم دستی است! می گویند: چون تکنولوژی را دشمن تولید کرده، لذا سوار بر ان است و: هرکاری بخواهد می کند. برخی طراحان سیستم هم با عملکرد جاسوسانه خود، بر این موضوع صحت می گذارند. اولین کلاهبرداری کامپیوتری، در شرکت نفت اتفاق افتاد! زیرا اولین جایی بود که سیستم ماشینی را، در دهه1350جایگزین سیستم دستی کرد. مهندس عامل که دانشجوی فقیری بود، در عرض یکسال بار خود را بست، و بخارج فرار کرد. این نوع برخورد ها از نظر مدیریتی، مقاومت در مقابل تغییرات بیرون سازمانی است. و تا زمانی که مدیران قدیمی وجود دارند، این مقاومت هم ادامه دارد. لذا برای وزیر جوان ارتباطات، بسیار ساده است که همه اطلاعات 80میلیون را، در یک پکیج ارائه دهد، ولی یک نفر در مقابل اینهمه مدیران قدیمی، نمی تواند کاری از پیش ببرد. بنابر این ابتدا باید اندیشه مدیران متحول شود، و یا اینکه مقاومت نکنند. در مرحله بعد امنیت سایبری مهم است. اگر اطلاعات در یکجا باشد، دشمن راحت تر به آن دست پیدا می کند! اکنون دشمن هزاران کودک را، از پاکستان و افغانستان بطور دائم وارد می کند، تا اشراف اطلاعاتی خود بر چهار راه ها و خیابان های ایران را، از دست ندهد ولی اگر سیستمی شود، فقط کافی است هکر استخدام کند! و یا آنها را نفوذ دهد. این دو مانع اگر برطرف شود، طراحی سیستم انجام شده و آماده است. نه تنها در مورد نفت و گاز بلکه،تمام داراییهای انسانی و مادی میتواند: در سیستم یکپارچه و جامع اعمال شود.

همانطور که از اسم آن مشخص است استارت آپها بزرگترین آسیبی که به وارد می کنند نابودی زبان ملی است. فارسی در این سده اخیر ضربه های زیادی دیده است و هرگاه رهبران جامعه با دلسوزی از این آسیب صحبت می کنند تا از بین برود ناگهان حفره جدیدی ایجاد می شود و نامهای و لغت هایی وارد می شوند که آن را بطور کلی محو می کرد. زبان استعماری انگلیسی آنقدر در ایران رسوخ کرده که بجای زبان فرانسه و آلمانی و حتی روسی و ترکی و عربی خود نمایی می کند. و علت آن تخم انگلیسی هایی هست که در ایران پراکنده شده اند. بسیاری از انان یقه سفید هایی هستند که جز زبان انگلیسی چیز دیگری نمی دانند. و حالا هم که انگلیس نفتکش ایران را توقیف کرده با زبان انگلیسی از او تشکر می کنند و به زبان فارسی از آن انتقاد می کنند. حتی در کنفرانس های همسایگان که هیچکدام انگلیسی زبان نیستند بجای زبان ملی و محلی ایران آنها را مجبور می کند به زبان انگلیسی صحبت کند یعنی کنفرانس هاس اشلامی! و غیر اسلامی هم واسطه شده اند تا زبان فارسی یا عربی نابود شود. دومین اسیب بزرگ پس از نابودی زبان ملی افزایش واردات است. با اینکه وزیر صنهت سعی می کند با نهضت تولید داخل جلوی واردات را بگیرد ولی استارت آپ ها با عنوانهای جدیدی به شدت به دنبال افزایش واردات هستند. و همیشه دنبال چیزهایی می گزدند که 90درصد آن وارداتی باشد و بعد می گویند این کسب وکار نوپا هنوز در ایران نیست پس باید از استاد تا شاگرد و تا مدیر و تا ماشین الات آن را از خارج وارد کرد. و بیشتر هم در زمینه رایانه یا اینترنت هستند. از وزیر ارتباطات هم سوء استفاده می کنند! زیرا قبلا قرار بود اینترنت ملی حتی با حروف فارسی در آدرس تاسیس شود ولی در سوالی که از ایشان شد اصلا ازاین موضع خبرنداشتند و لذا وزارت ارتباطات هم کلا انگلیسی شده بطوریکه حتی در مصاحبه های ایشان خبرنگاران سوال ها را انگلیسی می پرسند! و ایشان هم با افتخار تمام زبان ملی را پاس نداشته به زبان انگلیسی جواب می دهد تا کم نیاورد! و این عمق فاجعه را نشان می دهد. بعد از نابودی زبان فارسی و تخریب تولید داخل آنها به سراغ خروج ارز می روند. به هربهانه دلار ها به خارج فرستاده می شود تا خزانه خالی شود و صندوق ذخیره ارزی هم در مقابل آنها مقاومتی نمی کند! بالاخره مشاغل نوظهور و نوپا هستند و باید کمک شوند و حمایت گردند. از خرید فله ای نرم افزار های درپیتی گرفته تا میز و صندلی و کامپیوتر که باید استاندارد آن طرف باشد. سفرهای بی جهت مهمانی ها و همایش های سنگین و پرخرج بدون محتوا! که مثلا بلاکچین را یاد بدهند یا نحوه استخراج بیت کوین. اینها یک روی سکه است روی دیگر سکه فراری دادن مغزها یا قاچاق انسان است حتی به غیر فرهیخته ها هم رحم نمی کنند و کشتی های غرق شده در راه اروپا نشان می دهد از گداو گشنه ها هم دلار استخراج میکنند و به آنسو می فرستند. اموالی را هم که نمی توانند صادر کنند بصورت مجازی صادر می کنند مثل استخراج بیت کوین که برق ارزان ایران را بصورت مجازی صادر می کنند. استفاده از پیامر رسانهای خارجی وتبلیغات برعلیه اینترنت داخلی و پیام رسان های بومی در همین راستا است. البته آقای ستاری یک افتخاری می کند: 60میلیارد تومان در امد یکسال این شرکت ها است! ولی حسابداری بلد نیست! نمی داند این همان وامهایی است که گرفته اند سوبسید بهره های ارزان قیمت فرار مالیاتی ( ببخشید معافیت مالیاتی) و ندادن حقوق و دستمزد واقعی ارگران پرداخت نکردند حق خمس و زکات و عوارض است. یعنی اگر با اینها هم مثل تولیدی ها برخورد شود عمرا بتوانند یک ریال سود داشته باشند.

شوق واردات

هربلایی سر مملکت آمده، از شوق واردات بوده است!از واردات فرهنگی گرفته تا: واردات ماشین و کود و آدمیزاد و مدیریت! تقی زاده روز اول حرف را تمام و کمال گفت. ولی برخی ها فکر کردند او شعار می دهد! گفت از نوک پا تا فرق سر، باید فرنگی و اروپایی شویم! همین کار را کردند. شوق واردات از عرق غریبه پرستی ایرانیان، نشات می گیرد و می گویند: همسایه ها از خودمان واجب ترند. اخیر اقای وزیر صمت، شوق جدیدی دنبال می کند. او می خواهد همه چیزهایی غربی و شرقی قطع شده، در داخل تولید کنیم. بنده خدا! فکر می کند ما کمبود تولید داریم، لذا نهضت تولید داخل راه انداخته و: نمایشگاه بین المللی هم برای آن زده است، و سخنرانی های داغ هم انجام می دهد. در حالیکه درد تولید نیست!همه علوم غربی را هم ما تولید کردیم! ولی بقول ایت الله کاشانی، با پولهایی که از نفت ما بردند، برعلیه ما تبلیغات می کنند.  نفتکش توقیف شده توسط انگلیس، نشان می دهد ترس از انگلیس نیست، بلکه علاقه شدید به آنها است، که مانع اقدام قضایی می شود. والا شایعه شد که یک کشتی انگلیسی، توقیف شده فوری ناوهای خودشان را، حرکت دادند! با اینکه ما به راحتی پهباد آمریکایی را سرنگون کردیم، زیاد مهم نبود! ولی آنها در خواب و خیال هم، یک پهباد ایرانی را سرنگون کردند، دلار دوباره قد کشید! عشق به دلار مایه همه بدبختی های این ملت است. واردات هم فقط به عشق دلار انجام می شود. لذا همه کالاهای وارداتی، عینا در داخل هست. از قدیم هم بوده! ولی شیرینی و حلاوت دلار نمی گذاشت آنها دیده شوند. انقلاب سفید نمونه آن است. مگر مردم خودشان گندم نداشتند؟ یا برنج نمی کاشتند؟ ولی عشق دلار و واردات، باعث شد که از برنج آمریکایی و تا مرغ و کره آمریکایی، آنقدر وارد شود که همه کشاورزان، ورشکسته شده به شهر ها روی بیاورند. و روستاها خالی از سکنه شود. رژیم غذایی و ذائقه آنها، با قبل از انقلاب سفید فرق کند. بعد از انقلاب اسلامی هم، امام خمینی فرمان داد همه گندم بکارند! و جهاد کشاورزی راه انداخت. در همان سال اول آنقدر گندم کاشته شد، که دانشجویان، همه دانشگاهها و دبیرستانها را تعطیل کردند: و برای درو رفتند! ولی عشق دلار باعث شد تا بنام کالای اساسی، وارد کنند و آنها در دست کشاورزان تلف شود.  و سالهای بعد هم، کشاورزان دیگر کشت نکنند! مگر باتضمین. همین نهضت ساخت داخل را، شهید چمران راه انداخته بود. وقتی از ناسا استعفا داد، به لبنان رفت و برای شیعیان لبنان، هنرستان صنعتی شبانه روزی تاسیس کرد، و همه آنچه لازم بود، به آنها یاد داد. بعد از انقلاب اسلامی که به ایران آمد، همه چیز را به دست خود طراحی کرد و: برای تولید آن بودجه گذاشت! از موشک های سردوشی (آرپیجی هفت) تا زیر دریایی، پهباد(مهاجر)  و هواناو! ولی او را شهید کردند، تا بتوانند از کره و چین و روسیه بخرند! دلار های نفتی را به خلقوم آنها می ریختند: تا درصدی از ان هم به جیب خودشان برود. فقط 80تریلیون دلار در عرض 80سال، پورسانت واردات بود که در: حسابهای خارج واریز می شد. و اکثرا در بانکهای سوئیس ذخیره شده. که چون بسیاری از انها مرده اند، اموالشان مجهول المالک است، و باید در اختیار ولی فقیه قرار گیرد. ولی عشق به اروپا و آمریکا، باعث شده از ان چشم پوشی کنند! حتی برای برگرداندن الماس کوه نور، و همه عتیقه جات دزدی شده هم، کاری نکنند! می گویند اروپایی ها بهتر از ما، از این پولها نگهداری می کنند. حتی در مورد آثار تاریخی هم، حق را به سارقان اروپایی می دهند! چون مانند تخت جمشید، در ایران زیاد است! و کسی قدر ان را نمی داند، ولی اروپاییها برای یک تکه سنگ آن، میلیاردها دلار می دهند!

پهباد و نرخ دلار!

از وقتی که پهباد آمریکایی سقوط کرد، ارزش دلار هم در بازار های ایران، روبه سقوط گذاشت تا جاییکه: نگرانی های زیادی در بین دشمنان، و مزدوران یقه سفید داخلی ان برانگیخت. چاره کار را در ان دیدند که یک پهباد از خودشان بزنند، و بنام ساقط کردن پهباد ایرانی  تبلیغ کنند، تا دوباره ارزش دلار بالا برود! این روند نشان میدهد که برخی عناصر که به سادگی از ان عبور می کنیم، بر مسئله مهم تاثیر گذار هستند. سقوط پهباد ایرانی از نظر صاحبان دلار، یعنی وقوع جنگ بین ایران و آمریکا، به هم ریختن همه بازار های پولی و مالی! راه نجات هم، تبدیل همه اموال به دلار و خارج کردن آن است. به همین جهت دلار کمیاب شده، قیمت آن بالا می رود. لذا مقابله پهبادی به معنی کاهش ارزش دلار خواهد بود. طبق فرمول موجود، کاهش ارزش دلار یعنی ثبات اقتصادی، و ادامه صلح در منطقه است. پس فرمول دلار در دست: فرماندهان هوافضای ایران می باشد. اما ازآن طرف کاهش یا افزایش قیمت ها، در دست فرماندهان نیست. زیرا که رابطه بین قیمت دلار، با گرانی و ارزانی کالاهای دیگر، رابطه یک طرفه است. صاحبان کالا برخلاف صاحبان دلار، هیچ قصدی برای پایین آوردن قیمت کالاها نداشتند. و دراین مدت که کاهش دلار، به سمت پایین در حال سرعت گرفتن بود، هیچ کالایی به قیمت قبل برنگشت.  پس رابطه دلار با تورم، گسسته و فرمایشی است. یعنی هر وقت دلار بالا می رود، قیمت ها هم چند برابر می شود، آنهم به بهانه گران شدن دلار، ولی وقتی دلار پایین می آید، بازهم قیمت نان و کالاهای دیگر گرانتر می شود. معلوم می شود صاحبان کالا، با صاحبان دلار تفاوت هایی دارند. اگر صاحبان دلار به آمریکا وابسته باشند، صاحبان کالا احتمالا به شرق! یعنی چین یا روسیه وابسته اند. زیرا که کالاهای آنها، رونق بیشتری در ایران دارد. لذا با کاهش دلار، آنها قیمت های خود را کاهش نمی دهند. سیاست کلی مزدوران شرقی! در فشار حداکثری با آمریکا، هماهنگ است ولی با شکست امریکا، آنها شکست نمی خورند، بلکه قوی تر می شوند! زیرا سیاست ایران را از ترس آمریکا، به  دوستی با شرق سوق می دهند. مثل ترکیه: وقتی از اف 35نا امید شد، به سوی سوخو 35 هدایت شد. این امر از زمان مصدق، وحتی رضا شاه در ایران وجود داشته است. توده ای ها، همیشه روی نان و کارگر تکیه می کردند، جبهه ملی ها بر روی در آمد دلارهای نفتی. بعد از انقلاب هم با اینکه رده های اول نظام، سیاست مستقلی داشتند. ولی نفوذی های شرق و غرب، بیکار نبودند. گاهی امیرانتظام و یزدی ها به سوی دلار پر می کشیدند، گاهی هم بهزاد نبوی و موسوی ها، بسوی کوپنی کردن کالاها. کوپنی کردن کالاها، ظاهر زیبای عدالت محوری داشت، ولی عملا در جهت حذف اراده خداوندی بود. قدرتی که مبنای حکومت اسلامی، و مرجع تصمیمات امام خمینی ره و یاران بود. آنها با این نوع عدالت، علاوه بر تغییر ذائقه و ایجاد پر مصرفی، نشان می دادند که خداوند هم، قادر نیست مانند آنها از فقرا و کارگران حمایت کند! به عبارت بهتر، خداوند طرفدار بورژواها و سرمایه داران است. اکنون نیز به بهانه سیل و زلزله، این سیاست در حال اجرا است. کسانی که به سیل زده ها کمک می کنند: دو دسته هستند! آنهاییکه واقعا پای کار هستند، و از ملک خویش! می بخشند. وآنهاییکه از ملک دیگران یا بیت المال می بخشند! دسته دوم می خواهند ثابت کنند: خداوند با سیل و زلزله، به فقرا ضربه می زند ولی آنها، از این ضربه جلوگیری می کنند! بردن یخچال به روستایی فاقد برق! یا فرش به مکانهای که خودشان فرش می بافند، و فرستادن نان و برنج خارجی به: مرکز تولید نان  وبرنج چه معنی دارد؟

Dirt and Dollar Rates!

تخم لقی که کواکبیان در دهان بقیه انداخت، همه را از زیان های مادی و معنوی این تفکر دور کرد. بطوریکه نمی دانند: این مردم سالاری دینی، سالانه فقط 120میلیارد دلار به ایران ضرر می زده است. در واقع درآمد نفتی کل مملکت، در راهی صرف شده که نباید شده! طبق فرمان اولیه امام خمینی به کارگران اعتصابی شرکت نفت، قرار بود که فروش نفت کاهش یافته، و برای نسل های اینده ذخیره شود. اما مردم سالاری باعث شد: تا نفت را به زور بفروشند و پولش را هم نگیرند! یا مانند انسان های اولیه کالا به کالا مبادله کنند، که در نهایت تبدیل شود به: نفت در برابر غذا! آنهم غذایی که دور ریخته می شد، یا به کشورهای همسایه قاچاق می شد( مانند برنج کوپنی یا گوشت منجمد ..). امام خمینی در کتاب ولایت فقیه می گوید: اگر خمس  یا زکات  و فطریه یکسال را دست ما بدهند، دنیا را گلستان می کنیم! ولی اقایان گفتند نمی خواهد: دست ما بدهید خودتان به هرکس صلاح می دانید،  بدهید یا اگر ناراحت می شوید اصلا ندهید! اینکه فلاسفه برای ما منطق و فلسفه ارسطویی می آورند، همه برای این است که دلارها، به دست مردم و مسئولین نرسد. و به قول معروف دعوا، بر سر لحاف ملا است! اگر حتی منطق ارسطوی دگرباش را هم بپذیریم! مردم سالاری در درون خود، تضاد دارد چه رسد که بگوییم: مردم سالاری دینی! بزرگترین جنایت ها در طول تاریخ، تحت عنوان مردم سالاری دینی شده است! از قضیه شورای سقیفه که بگذریم، قتل عیسی مسیح و همه قتل های پیامبران، براساس مردم سالاری دینی بوده است. از همه اینها که بگذریم، و جای بحث زیادی دارد، فقط به عاشورا نگاه کنید. صد و ده هزار سپاه در یکطرف، و 72تن در طرف دیگر، کدام مردم سالاری دینی است؟ جاییکه ابن سعد می گوید: یا خیل الله ارکبی و بالجنه ابشری؟ یا امام حسین ع که می فرماید: هل من ناصر ینصرنی؟ باز این را هم قلم می گیریم. کشتار فلسطینی ها، توسط چه کسانی انجام می شود؟ رژیم مجعولی که همه شرایط مردم سالاری دینی را دارد! هم دارای حزب و تشکیلات دموکراسی مآب است، و هم دیوار ندبه دارد، که همه حاجات خود را به آنجا می اندازند! در حالیکه اگر خداسالاری بود، مردم فلسطین یک روزه نجات پیدا می کردند! حاکمیت خلق! و اندیشه مردم سالاری دینی است، که مردم را بجای نماز جمعه واجب، به عصر جمعه مکروه می برد! نماز جمعه فلسطینی ها اگر بود، صف های ان هر روز طویل تر می شد، تا به تمام پایتخت های جهان وصل شود. ولی آنها دستور خدا را ضایع کردند، و عصر جمعه را برای: تظاهرات بازگشت انتخاب کردند! عصر جمعه که نهی شده مردم اجتماع کنند! طبیعی است که با این روش، هم نماز جمعه ها خلوت تر می شود، و هم ایمان و خدا از مبارزه کنار می رود.اگر کسی هم شعار مذهبی بدهد، تشکیلات خودگردان یا الفتح یا جبهه خلق برای آزادی فلسطین! به آنها تذکر می دهند که آقا چرا صلوات فرستادی؟ یا ذکر خدا گفتی؟ تو غیر مذهبی ها و غیرمسلمانها را، ازما فراری می دهی! فروش فلسطین در گذشته مورد تایید مردم بوده، الان هم اگر نیست در ظاهر است! ولی در باطن پولها رد و بدل می شود، و مقاومت تنها تر می گردد. وقتی رای همه مردم برای فروش فلسیطین است، پس مردم سالاری دینی حکم می کند: قضیه فلسطین را رها کرده، و سراغ زندگی خود بروند! در ایران هم وقتی مردم سالاری دینی مطرح می شود، نتیجه اش مذاکره با آمریکا است! فقط خدا سالاری است که: به مسئولین شجاعت می دهد، تا در برابر زور و ستم مقاومت، و تسلیم دیوانگان بین المللی نشوند.

دولت هر سال خزانه را خالی می کند، و دلار ها را به بیرون می فرستد! با این کار باعث افزایش قیمت دلار می شود. مثلا هر سال 12تا 20میلیارد دلار، برای کالاهای اساسی می دهد! که  در ایران تولید می شود، و واردات بیش از حد آن، الگوی مصرف ایرانیان را تعییر داده است. واغلب در گمرکات باقی مانده،  یا به عنوان ذخیره ی احتیاطی از ان یاد می شود، که همگی به ضرر تولید داخلی است. اکنون نیز اجازه 5هزار میلیارد دلا ر را گرفته، تا برای سیل زده ها خرج کند! که عاقبت، مانند سرنوشت دلار های 4200می شود! که برای کالاهای اساسی گرفتند، ولی همه را هاپولی کردند! و الان مجلس بررسی آنها را کلید زده است. پس به دلایل زیادی نباید: کالاهای اساسی خریداری شود. تا پولها و دلارها در خزانه بمانند، و ذخیره ارزی بالا رود، و قیمت دلار کاهش یابد. اولین دلیل آن است که کالاهای اساسی بهانه است. همه کالاهای اساسی در ایران تولید می شود، یا امکان تولید دارد. براساس واردات بی رویه دامپینگ معکوس، برعلیه تولیدات داخلی می شود، و تولید کنندگان را نابود می کند. زیرا گندم یا برنج با دلار دولتی (4200) وارد می شود، لذا قیمت آن به یک سوم کاهش می یابد! و تولید کننده داخلی که با ارز آزاد (13000) کار می کند، نمی تواند رقابت کند، ورشکست می شود. دومین دلیل باعث  تغییر ذائقه مردم ایران، و تحمیل الگوهای پرمصرف می شود. مثلا مردم ایران که سالی یکبار، آنهم برنج ایرانی اعلا مصرف می کردند، به مصرف سه بار در روز، آنهم برنج خارجی روی آورده اند. و این به دلیل سهمیه بندی، یا کوپنی کردن کالا بود! که شخص فکر می کرد: اگر مصرف نکند از دست می رود. سوم اینکه دامپینگ ضد ایرانی است. یعنی اجناس خارجی، با دلار دولتی که به یک سوم قیمت خریداری می شود! فقط برای پرکردن بازار، و نابود کردن تولید داخلی است. در حالیکه اگر همان دلار را به تولید کننده بدهند، تا یک دهم قیمت ارزانتر تولید می کند! و رونق تولید اتفاق می افتد. دلیل چهارم از بین بردن ذخائر ارزی، و بازپرداخت بدهی های دشمنان! یعنی آمریکا که پول نفت به ایران بدهکار است، دلار از او نمی گیریم! و بجای آن برنج آمریکایی وارد کنیم! همه پول نفت ایران به این شکل نابود می شود. به عبارتی خام فروشی را تبلیغ، و مجانی فروشی را تحمیل می کند! اولا چه اصراری هست که نفت خام فروخته شود؟ وقتی مشتری نیست، یا در محاصره هستیم، چرا باید نفت را خام فروشی کنند؟ که مخالف تمام سیاستهای ابلاغی مقام معظم رهبری است. در ثانی وقتی می دانیم که پول آن برگشت ندارد، هند و چین و روسیه یک دلار هم نمی دهند، چرا باید اجناس بنجل آنها را وارد کنیم، تا کشوری که مثلا صادر کننده آجیل بوده، الان مصرف کننده آجیل چینی باشد؟ بنابر این از دو جهت خالی کردن خزانه را هدف گذاری کرده اند: اینکه ذخائر نفتی ما خام فروشی شده، از دست برود. درآمد آنهم خرج عطینا و اجاس بنجل شود، و پر مصرفی را به مردم تحمیل کند. پنجم اینکه فقط یکسال است که: موضوع کالاهای اساسی دروغین پیگیری می شود، همه سالها اینطور بوده و مجلس باید: از همه سلها تحقیق و تفحص کند، تا معلوم شود بهزاد نبوی ها، بنام کالای اساسی و کوپنی کردن کالا، چطور خزانه مملکت را به دشمنان تقدیم می کردند. تحقیق و تفحص دیگر این که معلوم شود: کالاهای اساسی خریداری شده حتی: در صورت واقعی بودن(مانند گندم و گوشت  و لاستیک..) چرا در: گمرکات می مانده و یا به انبارها ی متفرقه انتقال داده می شده، براثر عدم نیاز پوسیده و به مزایده گذاشته می شد؟ ششم اینکه تحمیل مصرف کالا به مردم، باعث رونق قاچاق ان کالاهای اساسی، به کشورهای همسایه می شد.

موسسات تولیدی و خدماتی همیشه دارای زیان هستند، گاهی زیان انباشته آنان از حد سرمایه و سهام هم، بالاتر رفته است. که باعث تغطیلی کار گاهها و بالا بودن هزینه های تولید و غیر قابل رقابت شدن کالا هم شده، و کسی برای درمان آن اقدام نمی کند. در حالیکه راه بسیار ساده برای سود آور کردن: همه مجتمع های تولیدی و خدماتی، سازمانها و نهادها و شرکتهای دولتی و خصوصی وجود دارد. در تجزیه و تحلیل صورتهای مالی شرکت ها و موسسات، عامل اصلی زیان ده بودن شرکتها، هزینه بهره بانکی است. اصولا هیچ شرکت زیان ده ی، بدون بهره بانکی وجود ندارد. یعنی رمز سود آوری شرکتها عدم استفاده از وام بانکی است. دلیل ان بسیار ساده است: شخص به اضطرار به سراغ دریافت وام می رود، و در آن لحظه، هر شرایطی که وام دهنده مقرر کند، با چشم بسته امضا می کند! بانکها از این موضوع سوء استفاده می کنند، و شرکت ها را نابود می کنند. به گفته یکی از نمایندگان مجلس در صحن علنی، یک نفر 100 میلیون وام می گیرد، بعد از باز پرداخت 200میلیون تومان! بانک به او اعلام می کند: 300 میلیون تومان دیگر بدهد! همه اینها هم، طبق قرارداد و امضا ها و رضایت وام گیرنده است! اما چه رضایتی ؟ طبق قانون مدنی و قانون اسلامی، هر گونه اقدام یا اعتراف تحت فشار و اضطرار، فاقد ارزش و وجاهت قانونی است. لذا قابل استناد نیست. ضمن اینکه بدهکاری جرم محسوب نمی شود. البته مخالفین هم می گویند: اینهمه قرارداد، برای جلوگیری از عدم بازپرداخت است، یعنی کسی که وام می گیرد، از ابتدا قصد بازپرداخت ندارد!. ممکن است عده ای هم برای این منظور وام گرفته باشند. ولی کسی که بازپرداخت می کند، تحت نام این دسته نباید باشد. زیرا اگر چنین هم باشد، بر اثر تبلیغات سوءعملکرد بانکی است. یعنی برای اینکه طرف آن را امضا کند، به او دلداری می دهد که: باز پرداختی در کار نیست! مانند کسی که در ازدواج، مهریه سنگین می خواهد، معمولا می گوید: کی داده و کی گرفته! یعنی زوجه با این کلمات، زوج را برای امضای مهریه سنگین تشویق می کند. اما هنوز  شش ماه نشده، مهریه را به اجرا می گذارد. حق الاجره و بهره دیرکرد و: جرایم و هزینه های دادرسی را هم مطالبه می کند. لذا تولید کنندگان و کار افرینان، اگر قصد انجام کار دارند، روی وام بانکی حساب باز نکنند! بانکی ها زرنگ تر از شماهستند، و شمارا به روز سیاه می نشانند. اگر خیال می کنید: وام گرفتن نقد است و پس دادن آن نسیه! این کار را نکنید! البته کسانی که قصد تولید ندارند، ممکن است آگاهانه وارد شوند. زیرا هدف آنها اجرای سیاست: دزدی و اختلاس بیگانگان است، تا بتوانند پناهندگی بگیرند. یا به بهانه زندگی بهتر در آمریکا و کانادا، همه پولهای ایران را خارج کنند. این ها، دشمن رو در رو هستند. و باید با آنها به عنوان: جاسوس اقتصادی یا دشمن مسلح برخورد کرد. عملکرد آنها دو جنبه دارد اول اینکه: پولها را از ایران خارج می کنند، تا به قول آمریکایی ها پولی دست ملاها نماند! تا خرج تروریست های حزب الله شود. دوم اینکه مسئولین را به فساد متهم می کنند! یعنی اختلاس آنها بجای اینکه: به نام آمریکا تمام شود، به نام رهبری یا نظام تبلیغ می شود. سردسته این کارها هم، رادیو آمریکا است که: تروریستهای اقتصادی و سیاسی را پرورش می دهد، و به بهانه درج اخبار شان، به آنها دستور می دهد که چه کاری انجام دهند. مثلا در حال حاضر، شاهد پایین آمدن نرخ دلار هستیم. اما پیاده نظام دشمن ساکت نیست، بلکه می خواهد به بهانه قیمت نیمایی، مانع از کاهش بیشتر آن بشود! در حالیکه دلار بی ارزش تر از پول ایران است، و نباید به سیاست قبل از: سقوط پهباد(چله اول) ادامه داد!

وقتی از شفافیت اطلاعات سخن به میان می اید، همه ادارات دولتی یا سازمانها، موظف به این کار می شوند ولی مردم، خودشان از ان دایره بیرون می مانند! در حالیکه اگر در مورد مردم، شفاف سازی شود، همه شفاف سازی ها کامل می شود! زیرا کارکنان دولت هم، از همین مردم هستند! به این دلیل باید سیستم یکپارچه و جامعی طراحی شود که: مثلا صد میلیون خانه داشته باشد. هر فروم یا خانه آن، متعلق به یک ایرانی باشد که در ان، همه اطلاعات او درج شده باشد: از سال تولد و محل تولد و میزان درآمد: تا صورت دارایی ها و اموال. به این ترتیب هیچ ایرانی، در هیچ جای دنیا غریب و ناشناس نخواهد بود. دولت هم به وظایف خود، بهتر عمل خواهد کرد! مثلا سازمان بهزیستی توانایی جسمی یا ذهنی آنها را رصد می کند. و کسی که ناتوان باشد، از قلم نمی افتد، و دولت می تواند همه را بطور روشن و: بدون نیاز به تحقیق و پژوهش، تحت پوشش قرار دهد زیرا یکبار برای همیشه، اطلاعات پیمایش شده و در طول زمان آمایش  می شود، و بعد از اصلاح هم، پایش ان تامین می گردد. سازمان مالیاتی دیگر با پدید ای بنام فرار مالیاتی، یا ظلم مالیاتی مواجه نخواهد بود. زیرا درآمدها از طریق این سامانه جامع اطلاعاتی، راستی آزمایی می شود. خط سیر پولها را میتوان در آن مشاهده کرد. زیرا هر نوع معامله ای درون این سیستم انجام می گیرد. پولی که از جیب یک نفر می رود، با راستی آزمایی طرف گیرنده منطبق می گردد. و باصطلاح حسابداری ملی، هر بدهکاری یک بستانکاری مساوی خود دارد. و ریالی گم نمی شود. اگر مغایرتی بوجود آمد، فوری خود را نشان می دهد. آموزش و پرورش هم، براحتی می داند سال بعد، چند نفر دانش آموز خواهد داشت (بالقوه) و اگر، نتوانست به آن حد برسد، نقاط ضعف را جستجو و رفع مغایرت کند. ارتش می داند چند نفر سرباز، با چه میزان درآمد یا سواد و بهداشت خواهد داشت. اگر تعداد منطبق با واقع نشد، افراد گم شده یا خارج از سیستم را، تا رفع مغایرت جستجو می کند. از موازی کاری مخصوصا در امداد رسانی، جلوگیری می شود و سازمان های متعدد، خواهند دانست که هرکس از کجا، منبع درآمدی دارد. تا که یک نفر به هیچ جا دستش نرسد، و نفر بعدی که سند سازی می داند، از همه جا کمک بگیرد. براساس اعتراف رئیس سازمان بهزیستی، حدود 60هزار نفر از افراد ناتوان و کم توان، یارانه نمی گیرند! یعنی کم توانی آنها بقدری زیاد بوده، که حتی قادر به ثبت نام در: سیتسم یارانه ای نبوده اند، یا مدارک لازم را ارائه نداده اند. و این ظلم مضاعف در همه مقاطع که: اطلاعات شفاف نباشد، اتفاق می افتد. بنابر این تجمیع اطلاعات افراد، و یکپارچه سازی آن امری لازم، و بر سبیل عدالت است. تا راه فساد و تباهی ها را ببندد. ممکن است عده ای بگویند این اطلاعات، حریم خصوصی است! اشکال ندارد، حریم خصوصی برای افراد خصوصی، از بین می رود! مثلا افراد عضو یک خانواده، به اطلاعات زیادی از یکدیگر نیاز دارند، تا بهتر با هم ارتباط داشته باشند. بنابر این همانطور که پزشک، محرم اسرار بیماران خود است، سازمان تجمیع اطلاعات و: شفاف سازی ملی که ما، آن را دیده بان ملی می نامیم، هم یک پزشک ملی است! و محرم همه ملت محسوب می شود. یا اینکه اطلاعات مورد نیاز این سیستم، به دلیل ضرورت داشتن برای برنامه ریزی اجتماعی، حریم خصوصی محسوب نمی شود. زیرا خلا همین اطلاعات، باعث می شود تا افراد سودجو، قاچاق کالا و ارز کنند و: یا فرار مالیاتی انجام دهند: لذا از افشای برخی اطلاعات خود بیم دارند. ضمنا این طرح می تواند در مسیر تکاملی خود، تا 8میلیارد خانه هم داشته باشد! که هیچ بنی بشری از قلم نیافتد.(ولارطب ولایابس)
