موانع رونق تولید

واردات بی رویه و عدم صادرات، موانع اصلی رونق تولید هستند. تحلیل گران اقتصادی  برای اینکه اصل موضوع دیده نشود، آن را به عوامل دیگر نسبت می دهند. ایران دارای همه امکانات برای تولید هست، دربرخی موارد بهترین شرایط را دارد. رونق هم انجام شده. ولی در همان نظفه خفه شده است. زیرا سوداگران بین المللی، برای دریافت پورسانت های دلاری، و به جیب زدن میلیاردها پول بی زبان، فوری دست به کار یک اشوب، یا کمبود شده، با احتکار یا گرانفروشی، دولت را وادار به واردات می کنند. مخصوصا این کار را در بازه زمانی: قبل از عرضه انجام می دهند. مثلا گندم یا برنج فصل برداشت بخصوصی دارند. طبیعی است که ذخائر قبلی، با نزدیک شدن به زمان برداشت، کاهش می یابد و خود را آماده: دریافت تولیدات جدید می کند. در این موقع هست که وارد کنندگان، کمبود طبیعی را بزرگ نشان داده، و دولت را وادار به واردات می کنند! تا تنش بوجود نیاید و کمبود در بازار نباشد. با افتخار هم اعلام می کنند: تمام بنادر ایران پر است از: کالاهای وارداتی! بعد کالای وارد شده قبل از عرضه تولید داخلی، بازار را اشباع کرده، خریداری برای تولید داخلی نمی ماند. این است رمز نابودی تولید داخلی، و رونق تولید خارجی! در سال رونق تولید. البته آنها مدعی هستند: بین دهقان ایرانی یا برزیلی تفاوتی نیست، بنابر این رونق تولید آنها هم، اشکالی ندارد. زیرا در پیام رهبری هم، حد و مرزی اعلام نشده! که مانع رونق تولید کشورهای دیگر بشود. کلک زدن به همین سادگی، در  همه زمینه ها هست تا بیشتر: پول به جیب بزنند و دستگیر هم نشوند. مثلا بازار متشکل پولی و ارزی، یکی از همین کلک مرغابی ها است. درست در زمانی که دلار پایین می اید، تصویب و برای اجرا ابلاغ می شود! در حالی که هدف آن ثبات بازار اعلام می شود، ولی این ثبات بازار، نیاز زمانی بود که دلار بالا می رفت. یعنی آن موقع که ریال تضعیف می شد، کاهش ارزش پول ملی غرور ملی را جریحه دار می کرد، به میدان نیامد. ولی حالا که پهباد ها غرور ملی را ترمیم کردند، و دلار را سرافکنده نمودند، آمده تا نگذارد دلار سقوط کند. البته منظور آنها این است که: پول ملی تقویت شود، ولی کدام پول ملی؟ پول ملی آمریکا و انگلیس. لذا در هدفگذاری اشتباهی نشده است، فقط در تعیین مکان آن اشتباهی کوچک رخ داده است. اینها می گویند پول ملی امریکا هم، حیف است ضرر کند. زیرا اقتصاد ایران تاب اوری زیادی دارد، و میتواند تا صدهزارم تضعیف پول خود را تجمل کرده، مردم هم اعتراضی نکنند! ولی اگر پول آمریکا یا انگلیس تضعیف شود، مرم آنجا بیکار می شوند! شرکتها ورشکسته و بدبختی گریبانگیر شان می شود. ما که نباید باعث بدبختی دیگران بشویم؟ ایران همه چیز دارد، اگر دلار کم شد میتواند از لیر ترکیه، روبل روسی و یا دینار عراقی استفاده کند. ولی آنها که نمی توانند: بجز دلار و یورو ارز دیگری را قبول کنند. چون چیزی نیست که با آن بخرند! فقط یک فرق اساسی اینجا هست. و آن اینکه اگر به کسی خوبی کردی، طبیعتا باید تشکر کند! اما انگلیس و امریکا هیچوقت: از ایران تشکر نمی کنند! چه آن زمان که نفت را به غارت می بردند، و چه الان که دارایی های ایران را توقیف، یا مصادره می کنند. وزیر حارجه آمریکا بعد از اینهمه لجن پراکنی، در خواست دارد که به ایران بیاید! و با ایرانی ها گفتگو کند. اما یک معذرت خواهی کوچک هم نمیکند. شاید هم ایران آنقدر بزرگوار است، که انها فکر نمی کنند کینه ای به دل بگیرد. یا حرفهای بد انها را شنیده باشد. پس کل مسئله این است: در دل دوست به هرحیله رهی باید کرد. طاعت ار دست نیاید، گنهی باید کرد:با عقب مانده خواندن ایران عذر خواهی می کنند!

آرامش اصل و قاعده است، ولی تنش اتفاقی و عارضه ای است.  یعنی جهان طبیعت از روی نظم و قاعده حرکت می کند، و هیچ حادثه غیر روتینی در ان بوجود نمی اید. از این رو جهان در آرامش کامل و دائمی است. علت آن هم عدم وجود اختیار در میان اشیا، مواد و اجزا جهان می باشد. اما وقتی خداوند انسان را آفرید، در واقع می خواست این آرامش را به هم بریزد! شور و غوغا و عشق در ان پدید اید. لذا این آرامش از نظر انسان هم، چندان قابل قبول نیست. یکنواختی و حرکت در مسیر ثابت، سرنوشت روزمره و تکراری، از طبع انسان به دور است. مثلا در جنگل هر حیوانی میتواند: حیوان دیگری را بخورد، یا گیاهی را از زندگی ساقط کند. این قانون همیشگی و دائمی و ثابت است، و کسی هم به آن اعتراض نمی کند! حتی برخی فلاسفه گفته اند: که انسان نیز باید از قانون جنگل پیروی کند: زور مداران، فقیران را ببلعند و آنها هم هیچ اعتراضی نکنند! مانند ماکیاولی و دیگران. برخی فلاسفه دیگر هم،عکس قضیه را گفته اند: چرخه غذایی یاد شده را، یک تکامل می دانند. لذا شوق تکامل لذتی بوجود می اورد، در نتیجه هیچکس اعتراضی نمی کند! بلکه از ان راضی هم هست. مثلا دانه گندم وقتی توسط انسان خورده می شود، خدا را شکر می کند! زیرا سلولز او تبدیل به سلول، شده و فیبر آن به فیبرینوژن! بنابراین ارتقا یافته، در مسیر تکامل قرار می گیرد. و از این کار لذت می برد: مولانا می گوید: از جمادی مردم و نامی شدم! و از نما مردم زحیوان سرزدم! ینابر این هرچه باشد، چون انعکاس فکر بشری است، تابع جبر و اختیار هم هست. یعنی برای چوب لذتی تصور می شود: که اگر آتش زده شود خوشحال شود، یا اینکه دردی برای او تصور می شود که: اگر بصورت تخته یا نی بریده شد، ناله سردهد! اگر گردش زمین و اسمان در ارامش است، جامعه نیز به تبع قانون طبیعت، دارای یک آرامش بنام تعادل می باشد. اما انسان به اراده خود، این نظم را برهم می زند، تا نظم نوینی ایجاد کند. و این را تنش می نامد. مثلا در بدن انسان، تولید آنزیم های گوناگون نظم خودش را دارد. ولی انسان که وقت و بی وقت غذا می خورد، این آنزیم ها بیشتر ترشح می شود. لذا ناگهان فشار خون یا میزان قتد بالا می رود! زیرا غذا با خود گلوکز دارد، که تجزیه شده به قند مبدل می شود. در اینجا بدن باید انسولین ایجاد کند! ولی ایجاد انسولین تابع ریاضی دارد! لذا نمی تواند با منحنی یا تابع قند، یکنواختی کند و انسان دچار بی حالی، یا افت قند می شود! در همایش آکادمی دیابت در هتل اوین، نکات بسیار ظریفی توسط اساتید مطرح شد: که مثلا در کل جهان حدود 436میلیون نفر! درگیر این تنش هستند. یعنی نمی توانند میزان انسولین را، با میزان قند خود هماهنگ کنند! و همه اینها به اختیار انسان بستگی دارد: زیرا فشار خون یا قند خون و..  یا همه بیماری ها، براثر خوردن غذا تنش افرین می شوند. به همین دلیل خداوند دستوراتی داده مانند: روزه گرفتن و یا آرام غذا خوردن، تا این تنش را به روتین یا ارامش تبدیل کند. اما آدم ها به دلیل لذت: استفاده از اراده خود، خدا را هم نادیده می گیرند. یعنی به میل خود هرچه می خواهند: مخفی و اشکار می خورند! در جریان های سیاسی هم، ایجاد تنش فقط به دلیل دوری از خدا است. مثلا وقتی نخست وزیر جدید انگلیس، در اولین سخنرانی خود، گرایش به ملاها ی ایرانی را، دلیل تعویض وزرا بیان می کند، یعنی به دنبال تنش است.  لذت اینکه بگوید: من این کار را می کنم! باعث می شود: دستورات خدا را برای زندگی بدون تنش، در نظر نگیرند. اما دنیا مانند اقیانوسی از انسان ها است، که رقص قطره ها را، حتی اگر درجهت مخالف باشد، همسو و همجهت طوفانها، یا بادهای موسمی می کند.

کشتی را پس نمی دهند

پیگیری ترامپ و انگلیس برای: امنیت خودشان در خلیج فارس و تنگه هرمز، نشان می دهد آنها قصد باز پس دادن کشتی ایرانی را ندارند! ودلیل عمده آن هم لو رفتن نقش روسیه، در این فاجعه است .البته برخی کشورها سعی دارند: این موضوع را نادیده بگیرند، ولی طبیعی است که آمریکا و انگلیس، در این کار تنها بمانند. برای تحلیل آینده این باید گفت: انقلاب اسلامی از ابتدا تا کنون، یک روش روشن داشته است و آن اینکه: دشمن را با دست جبر تاریخ از بین می برده است. وقتی رهبر انقلاب می فرماید: براساس وعده الهی، فلسطینی ها پیروز می شوند، و این را امری قطعی و تخلف ناپذیر می داند. یعنی پایان کار برای انقلاب اسلامی روشن است. و پیروزی حق بر باطل امری محتوم می باشد. این اعتقاد مانند پتک بر سر مستکبران کوبیده می شود، و آنها را  دست و پاچه می کند! بطوریکه دچار اشتباهات فاحش شده، و بر اشتباهات خود اصرار می ورزند! و به دست خودشان گور خود را می کنند. انقلاب اسلامی هم این تجربه را نه فقط، از سال های 1979دارد بلکه از ابتدای تاریخ، انقلاب اسلامی بوده و تا کنون هست، و تا انتهای تاریخ هم خواهد بود. هابیل اولین مقتول تاریخ است! ولی هیچکس نمی داند چرا او کشته شد؟(بای ذنب قتلت؟)البته میدانند ولی سوال آنها از باب تعجب است(استفهامی). یعنی از خود می پرسند چه گناهی مرتکب شده بود، که سزاوار مرگ بود؟ یا چرا قابیل، اینقدر از خود دیوانگی نشان داد، که برادرش را از بین برد؟ الان هم مردم می پرسند: چرا کشتی ایران را توقیف کردند؟ و هنوز رها نمی کنند. مگر چه تخلفی کرده که باید نابود شود؟ انها وقتی کشتی خودشان توقیف شد، تازه فهمیدند دزدی دریایی یعنی چه. و حالا به دنبال مخفی کردن: این جرم بزرگ خود هستند. کلاغی خواهد آمد و: راه را برای آنها روشن خواهد کرد! یعنی کسی که حرف خدا را نمی پذیرد، عاقبت مجبور است به حرف حیوانات: پست تر از خود گوش بدهد. و آن کلاغ کسی جز ترامپ نیست. در جریان های بعدی هم، این موضوع حماقت و کشتار قابیلیان، تکرار می شود. شهادت حضرت مسیح (به اسمان رفتن ایشان) را نگاه کنید: همه مردم سر زمین با اعتقاد راسخ به دین، پیامبر الهی را آنقدر شکنجه می دهند، که به صلیب کشیده می شود. درست مانند حضرت ابراهیم ع، که همه مردم با اکثریت ارا! او را در آتش انداختند. یا نهضت امام حسین ع که: صدها هزار در مقابل یک اقلیت 72نفری، صف کشیدند. در انقلاب مشروعه هم دیدیم که: هزاران نفر مشروطه خواه، یک شیخ مشروعه خواه را به دار آویختند! و نوه او مجبور شد: دین را انکار کند! تا زنده بماند(طبری). ریشه انقلاب اسلامی نه در 15خرداد 42 است، و نه در 22بهمن 1357بلکه: خط سرخی است که از ابتدا، تا انتهای تاریخ کشیده شده است. و شیاطین اگر کاری می کنند، فقط آبروی خود را می برند. در سال 1357 همه دنیا یک طرف بودند، و از رژیم شاه حمایت می کردند، ولی مردم با دست خالی، همه را کنار زدند. ائتلاف عربی غربی و عبری: بر ضد مردم یمن  یا بحرین و لبنان و سوریه هم، با همین متر اندازه گیری می شود. مردمی با دست خالی که: ابر قدرتهای ثروت و قدرت و سیاست را، به چالش کشیدند. خون هر شهید از یمن یا بحرین، پرچمی برافراشته شد تا همه دنیا بدانند که: ابزار، قدرت نمی آفریند بلکه ایمان هست: که قدرت می آفریند. حالا غولهای جهان (ناو ها و هواپیمابرها) ایران را به دزدی دریایی متهم می کنند! اما حقیقت مثل خورشید خود را نشان می دهد. آنها هرکاری توانستند انجام دادند! در تحریم مردم انقلابی، از میرحسین ها تا ترامپ ها دست به یکی شدند ولی حالا، خودشان باید: تاوان آنچه را، که انجام داده اند، پس بدهند

رئیس جمهور محترم در مورد: جلوگیری از قاچاق سوخت، ایده ای را مطرح کردند که: چند وزارتخانه مامور شوند تا با داده پردازی، از بدو تولید سوخت تا انتهای توزیع، آن را رصد کنند: یک انبار داری ملی برای نفت و مشتقات آن تهیه شود. این البته فی نفسه کار سختی نیست، و پیش نیازی هم نمی خواهد! و شاید یک استارت آپ هم بتواند: این کار را انجام دهد! برای اینکه چنین کاری در تمام شرکتهای: بزرگ و کوچک دنیا در حال اجرا است، و بارکد نام دارد. اما دلیل اینکه اجرا نمی شود مهم است! اگر دقت کنیم نفت یا حامل های انرژی، در ایران جایگاههای تولید مشخصی دارند: صد پالایشگاه در مجموع 64میلیون لیتر بنزین تولید می کنند، ولی 72میلیون لیتر مصرف می شود، که به معنی قاچاق سوخت و واردات آن می باشد. درواقع سرانه هر ایرانی یک لیتر بنزین است. حسابداری و انبارداری آن نباید سخت باشد. اکنون شرکتهای چند ملیتی در جهان هستند که: نرم افزار انبارداری آنان در 200کشور، میزان موجودی را، برخط، رصد می کند. لذا رصد کردن 80میلیون نفر با سرانه یک لیتر بنزین یا: نفت و گاز و پتروشیمی کار سختی نمی تواند باشد. شاید هم وجود دارد: ولی به آن توجه نمی شود. مرکز مدیریت همه اینها در سازمان برنامه و بودجه است، که شدیدا مخالف ان لاین شدن است! حتی در وزارت اطلاعات یا قوه قضائیه نیز، سیستم ها پایش نمی شوند. شاید بتوان یکی از دلایل آن را عقب ماندگی، یا عقب نگهدارندگی سیتم عامل ها دانست. و این از تفکر مدیران، یا رهبران ناشی می شود که به: سیستم اینترنتی و برخط، بدبین هستند. نمونه آن برگزاری انتخابات است، که هنوز نتوانسته مجوز الکترونیکی شدن را  دریافت کند. حتی برخی مسئولان حاضر، به پذیرش سیستم پارالل یا همزمان: دستی و ماشینی هم نیستند. بدبینی آنها به سیستم ماشینی، هرگز از بین رفتنی نیست. مانند پزشکان که حاضر نیستند از: خودپرداز در مطب خود استفاده کنند. چون فکر می کنند اشتباه محاسبه، خطا و هک شدن در سیستم ماشینی، خیلی بیشتر از سیستم دستی است! می گویند: چون تکنولوژی را دشمن تولید کرده، لذا سوار بر ان است و: هرکاری بخواهد می کند. برخی طراحان سیستم هم با عملکرد جاسوسانه خود، بر این موضوع صحت می گذارند. اولین کلاهبرداری کامپیوتری، در شرکت نفت اتفاق افتاد! زیرا اولین جایی بود که سیستم ماشینی را، در دهه1350جایگزین سیستم دستی کرد. مهندس عامل که دانشجوی فقیری بود، در عرض یکسال بار خود را بست، و بخارج فرار کرد. این نوع برخورد ها از نظر مدیریتی، مقاومت در مقابل تغییرات بیرون سازمانی است. و تا زمانی که مدیران قدیمی وجود دارند، این مقاومت هم ادامه دارد. لذا برای وزیر جوان ارتباطات، بسیار ساده است که همه اطلاعات 80میلیون را، در یک پکیج ارائه دهد، ولی یک نفر در مقابل اینهمه مدیران قدیمی، نمی تواند کاری از پیش ببرد. بنابر این ابتدا باید اندیشه مدیران متحول شود، و یا اینکه مقاومت نکنند. در مرحله بعد امنیت سایبری مهم است. اگر اطلاعات در یکجا باشد، دشمن راحت تر به آن دست پیدا می کند! اکنون دشمن هزاران کودک را، از پاکستان و افغانستان بطور دائم وارد می کند، تا اشراف اطلاعاتی خود بر چهار راه ها و خیابان های ایران را، از دست ندهد ولی اگر سیستمی شود، فقط کافی است هکر استخدام کند! و یا آنها را نفوذ دهد. این دو مانع اگر برطرف شود، طراحی سیستم انجام شده و آماده است. نه تنها در مورد نفت و گاز بلکه،تمام داراییهای انسانی و مادی میتواند: در سیستم یکپارچه و جامع اعمال شود.

هربلایی سر مملکت آمده، از شوق واردات بوده است!از واردات فرهنگی گرفته تا: واردات ماشین و کود و آدمیزاد و مدیریت! تقی زاده روز اول حرف را تمام و کمال گفت. ولی برخی ها فکر کردند او شعار می دهد! گفت از نوک پا تا فرق سر، باید فرنگی و اروپایی شویم! همین کار را کردند. شوق واردات از عرق غریبه پرستی ایرانیان، نشات می گیرد و می گویند: همسایه ها از خودمان واجب ترند. اخیر اقای وزیر صمت، شوق جدیدی دنبال می کند. او می خواهد همه چیزهایی غربی و شرقی قطع شده، در داخل تولید کنیم. بنده خدا! فکر می کند ما کمبود تولید داریم، لذا نهضت تولید داخل راه انداخته و: نمایشگاه بین المللی هم برای آن زده است، و سخنرانی های داغ هم انجام می دهد. در حالیکه درد تولید نیست!همه علوم غربی را هم ما تولید کردیم! ولی بقول ایت الله کاشانی، با پولهایی که از نفت ما بردند، برعلیه ما تبلیغات می کنند.  نفتکش توقیف شده توسط انگلیس، نشان می دهد ترس از انگلیس نیست، بلکه علاقه شدید به آنها است، که مانع اقدام قضایی می شود. والا شایعه شد که یک کشتی انگلیسی، توقیف شده فوری ناوهای خودشان را، حرکت دادند! با اینکه ما به راحتی پهباد آمریکایی را سرنگون کردیم، زیاد مهم نبود! ولی آنها در خواب و خیال هم، یک پهباد ایرانی را سرنگون کردند، دلار دوباره قد کشید! عشق به دلار مایه همه بدبختی های این ملت است. واردات هم فقط به عشق دلار انجام می شود. لذا همه کالاهای وارداتی، عینا در داخل هست. از قدیم هم بوده! ولی شیرینی و حلاوت دلار نمی گذاشت آنها دیده شوند. انقلاب سفید نمونه آن است. مگر مردم خودشان گندم نداشتند؟ یا برنج نمی کاشتند؟ ولی عشق دلار و واردات، باعث شد که از برنج آمریکایی و تا مرغ و کره آمریکایی، آنقدر وارد شود که همه کشاورزان، ورشکسته شده به شهر ها روی بیاورند. و روستاها خالی از سکنه شود. رژیم غذایی و ذائقه آنها، با قبل از انقلاب سفید فرق کند. بعد از انقلاب اسلامی هم، امام خمینی فرمان داد همه گندم بکارند! و جهاد کشاورزی راه انداخت. در همان سال اول آنقدر گندم کاشته شد، که دانشجویان، همه دانشگاهها و دبیرستانها را تعطیل کردند: و برای درو رفتند! ولی عشق دلار باعث شد تا بنام کالای اساسی، وارد کنند و آنها در دست کشاورزان تلف شود.  و سالهای بعد هم، کشاورزان دیگر کشت نکنند! مگر باتضمین. همین نهضت ساخت داخل را، شهید چمران راه انداخته بود. وقتی از ناسا استعفا داد، به لبنان رفت و برای شیعیان لبنان، هنرستان صنعتی شبانه روزی تاسیس کرد، و همه آنچه لازم بود، به آنها یاد داد. بعد از انقلاب اسلامی که به ایران آمد، همه چیز را به دست خود طراحی کرد و: برای تولید آن بودجه گذاشت! از موشک های سردوشی (آرپیجی هفت) تا زیر دریایی، پهباد(مهاجر)  و هواناو! ولی او را شهید کردند، تا بتوانند از کره و چین و روسیه بخرند! دلار های نفتی را به خلقوم آنها می ریختند: تا درصدی از ان هم به جیب خودشان برود. فقط 80تریلیون دلار در عرض 80سال، پورسانت واردات بود که در: حسابهای خارج واریز می شد. و اکثرا در بانکهای سوئیس ذخیره شده. که چون بسیاری از انها مرده اند، اموالشان مجهول المالک است، و باید در اختیار ولی فقیه قرار گیرد. ولی عشق به اروپا و آمریکا، باعث شده از ان چشم پوشی کنند! حتی برای برگرداندن الماس کوه نور، و همه عتیقه جات دزدی شده هم، کاری نکنند! می گویند اروپایی ها بهتر از ما، از این پولها نگهداری می کنند. حتی در مورد آثار تاریخی هم، حق را به سارقان اروپایی می دهند! چون مانند تخت جمشید، در ایران زیاد است! و کسی قدر ان را نمی داند، ولی اروپاییها برای یک تکه سنگ آن، میلیاردها دلار می دهند!

The craze of imports

Everybody came to the country, from the craze of imports! From cultural import to: importing cars, fertilizers and human beings and management! Taghizadeh said the whole word perfectly. But some thought he would give a slogan! From the tip to the head, we must become European and European! They did the same. Love for the dollar is all the misery of this nation. Import is only done for the love of the dollar. So all imported goods are just inside. It's been old! But the dollar did not allow them to be seen. The white revolution is an example. Did not people own wheat themselves? Or did not they plant rice? But the love of dollars and imports made American rice, as well as chicken and Korean Americans, so tight that all farmers went bankrupt to the cities. And the villages are haunted. Their diet and taste are different from before the White Revolution. After the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khomeini ordered all the wheat to work! And the agricultural jihad. In the very first year, so much wheat was planted, which closed the students, all universities and high schools: and they went to the harvest! But the love of the dollar made it into a commodity, and it was lost in the hands of the farmers. And next year, the other farmers will not cultivate! Unless guaranteed. It was this movement that made the inside of the martyr Chamran. When he resigned from NASA, he went to Lebanon to establish a boarding school for Lebanese Shiites, and taught them all that was necessary.
